I've been going here for over 5 years now. I drive from Brandon but it's worth it because of how great the staff and service are. Dr. Jeanes is one of the few vets I trust with my pets.

Dr. Jeanes is amazing. Me and my pets have been seeing Dr. Jeanes for over 15 years. He really cares about all of my pets and tries to help you as much as possible. He explains everything really well and will suggest the best plan of action and considers your finances too. I love all of his staff. I've never had any bad encounters with them and someone of them have become good friends. I highly recommend Dr. Jeanes and Northtown.

Doctor has a gentle way of saying what is going on with your pets. Very nice staff and very friendly.

Did not accurately check for fleas and the head veterinarian got very rowdy with me after explaining I was overcharged for a visit .The veterinarian is unprofessional. I will not be bringing my dog back . If I could give 0 stars I would

Took my Eyo to Northtown for the very first time! Due to the pandemic the services are curbside only! The staff was fast, effective, and efficient! I have nothing great words regarding Northtown Animal Clinic.

When I got my cat back after only getting his nails trimmed. He had bitten his tongue (Which I was surprised that they didn’t try to flush it and if they did they didn’t tell me) and his fur was all scruffed and messed up. It had looked like he was handled very roughly and now he won’t come near me or my boyfriend. He’s usually a very active and playful cat but now he’s very timid and scared. I will not and I do not recommend bringing your animals here if you want them to be treated well. I have never received this kind of care for my cat.

Dr. Jeanes is great, Dr. Connerly is not....she argued incessantly to me that dogs do not have strokes......unreal she got out of vet school. I tried to present her the proof and she scoffed at it. I'll leave a 3 in spite of her lack of capacity.

Kenneth Jeanes has been our veterinarian for over 20 years.. He is kind he is calm and attentive.. Hes never in a hurry which helps the patient and the owner stay calm and confident.. You cannot ask for a better human being to take care of your loved one
