Always pleasant and professional. Wonderful staff. Love taking my furbabies there. I wish human doctors were as caring about their patients and not insurance grabbers.

The lady at the front desk was very professional and super nice and understanding. By far the best animal clinic I have ever been to

This clinic doesn't have public relation skills. The doctors are good but who pays $450 of a $480 bill and is led into an exam room to be chastised and scolded for not paying the bill in full. That's really messed up. This clinic is more about money than anything else, any they are over the top with it. You'll see. Thats the reason i wont be going back. Thank you Dr Berry at Rankin Veterinary!

Extremely rude every time I have called. Seems everyone who works there is burnt out or hates their job. I have called everyday this week and told something different each time so when I called today (10/14) about coming in I was basically told I would not be seen about a broken leg without practically paying $200 up front just for a puppy exam and shot before I could even make an appointment with the Vet then plus looking at $200+ for an X-ray if needed. I called 4 other places after this and they were all extremely helpful, understanding, & caring. And I will be seen at half the price with better customer service.

Now I am putting five stars because I appreciate the staff and vet we dealt with during the life of my pet but it was costly. I do not discount them for this because I do not know how it matches up. The building was always smelling good and the wait time never seemed too long when I made an appt first.

My dog Dillon was injured severely in his neck. This clinic has is still is going way beyond their call of duty I am grateful

Our puppy broke his leg and the awsome people at Forence Animal Clinic had him all fixed up in no time. Yes it was a touch pricey but it was an emergency call. I love everyone there they even put up with his nasty old man gas????????

I wouldn't take my pups anywhere else! These ladies, especially Jennifer and Dr. Dye, love your fur babies like they were their own! Being kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable is definitely what they're about.

I don't know about anyone else, but two of my animals died at because of this place, one of our dogs, Sarge, we believe, overdosed and we had to bring it back here to get put down. The other was a cat, Milo, and he was there for a checkup, and when we came back to pick him up, no-one had checked on him in a while, and when they went back to get him, he was dead. Don't know how to explain that.

Absolutely great! Took my new puppy in for a check up and vaccinations. They were so good with him, and just loved on him throughout. They were also a wealth of information, and were willing to answer all my questions. I would highly suggest checking out this place for any vet needs you have!

Dr. Dye and all her staff are super nice and helpful. I feel like they truly care about the animals brought into the clinic.

Way, way, overpriced. I called ahead to get a quote got there and it was double for the service so we refused the service and still had to pay 75 dollars to walkin and walk out. The so called lesion was a 3 inch gash he has on his right hind quarter that took our regular vet a whole 10 minutes to stitch with just a local anesthetic not run a tube down his throat full sedation.

Dr. Dye and her staff are wonderful. It's a little out of the way for us, but the treatment that Anderson received was well worth the trip. I'm so glad we found them!
