I mistakenly trusted Dr Purcell to be competent to treat my sweet 3 yrs old furbaby for heartworm infection, which he got on preventative recommended by their office. One week after his second double Immecticide injections he became septic and died. I took him back to be checkout 3 different times during the course of the week post injections concerned that he was having complications. Each time was told he was having problems unrelated to the heartworm treatment and treated like I was a hysterical pet owner by Dr Purcell. Finally, He began vomiting uncontrollably and I rushed him to MedVet to be told he was septic from heartworm treatment complications and his prognosis for survival was poor. This little guy was my soulmate and I lost him due to trusting Dr.Purcell to be competent to address his Veternarian needs. I am writing this because I would never want someone else to have to go through such a traumatic experience.

I made an appointment here, but unfortunately my fur baby didn't make it in time. Not only did they help me after he passed, they sent heartfelt sentiments including his paw prints, hand signed cards with notes from the staff, and more. Making this my go-to vet from now on.

We had to make the very hard decision to let go of our precious Loki. The staff was so sweet and caring. They even came out to the car so Loki could pass in my lap and not on a cold table. Thank you so much for the compassion shown to Loki and us.

This vet is amazing! They have always been so caring to my animals. My baby had to have an immediate surgery and they got her in the next day! Called me multiple times for updates and let me come visit her after surgery.

We love Dr Jennifer Purcell. Wherever she is, we will follow in order to get the best healthcare possible for our furbabies. She saved our 17 year old Mia multiple times over the years as health issues arose. Now she keeps our 2 year old Sadie feeling her best.

Great vet and staff! Friendly and easy to communicate

Everyone was nice and efficient. They had very safe Covid precautions.

We just adopted our dog - he's a big guy and he was definitely more energetic than normal at the vet. We kind of busted into the building like Kramer (we are working on leash walking...work in progress) so they were really helpful with getting us in a room quickly so our pup could start to calm down. Dr. Thompson and the tech were both very patient with him until he was more relaxed. We really like this vet - the prices are great, the doc was helpful and friendly, and overall it was a good experience. We're happy we found Jubilee Pet Hospital!

They are pretty great, it’s $45 per visit on top of everything else that your pup may need. I love that I can be with my dog in the same room while he is getting treated, that way I can ask questions and let the vet know about any concerns I may have. I’ve had good experiences scheduling an appointment for the same day even.

We had such a wonderful experience with this clinic. They were very professional, supportive, and caring in our times of sorrow when we had to put our sweet cat Murko down to sleep. A week after he was put to rest, we received his paw print and nose print along with a sympathy card and a note from each staff member. It was very touching to get these personal messages instead of a generic sympathy card. We were very happy with our experiences, despite it being a very sorrowful time for our family. Thank you, Jubilee Pet Hospital for being so kind and caring.

Found a stray and decided to take him in. He was in bad shape so I called Jubilee because they were located close to my office. Glad I lucked up on these folks. Dr Teague was extremely attentive and took time to explain everything she found wrong with Ruger. The other staff were also extremely friendly and great with my new guy. Thanks guys.
