My poor kitty had a couple mats that needed to come out. I called every where and nobody had openings or or did cats. I called paw spa and she said we could cone in an hour and she would help my Annabelle! Friendly staff and great prices! I highly recommend paw spa!!

Love Paw Spa. We loved them in Monticello when we lived near there. Now we moved to the Zimmerman area and are thrilled to have them close again! Hope enjoys her spa days and we appreciate the attention Sarah and her team give our girl. They are always kind and pleasant.

Omgosh was bring our fur baby Gizzy to another place and it would take about 4 hours and the cuts were horrible. Took him to Paw Spa first time today and he looks so handsome, cut was awesome! Also, it was nice to hear that they use those two hours to completely spoil your fur baby and only work on one pet at a time. Thank you Kelsey you did an amazing job he is happy and so are we, money well spent!will continue to go here!

Sarah and her team are amazing. I have been taking Roxy to Paw Spa since I got her. I know when she is there she is in good hands and well cared for. When Sarah left Monticello I tried another local groomer and it did not go well. If you are looking for a groomer please check them out, you will be very happy you did.

I have been coming to Paw Spa for years to use the self-service bath and blow-dry (which I am SO appreciative that they offer!) Very clean, beautiful salon and the other dogs being groomed there are always well cared for and look great when they are done. Sarah truly cares about her clients and making them happy, and she is so compassionate and patient with every animal she grooms, as is her whole staff. Highly recommend Paw Spa, your pets are in wonderful hands there!

This was our first visit to Paw Spa. We loved everything about it - the sweet person who directed me to the correct entrance, Kelsey's wonderful personality and patience in listening to facts about my dog, my dog's beautiful and fluffy coat, and the fact that my dog was happy as can be hanging out waiting for me. I never knew a black lab could be so poofy! :) We can't wait to visit again!

I've been using various groomers for over 15 years. Until we started going to Paw Spa several years ago, groomers would ask us not to bring in all 3 of our small dogs at the same time. We were able to do that at Paw Spa, saving us time and money, and the dogs looked GREAT. We love how they take care of the dogs, go over any concerns and would not take any of our dogs anywhere else. Staff is the best!

Sarah is the best cat groomer I have ever found! My cat just loves her :-). Carl, my cat is very fluffy. She is very good at taking out all the knots and is able to clip his nails with ease! I will not go to anyone else! She is the best!

Sarah is an amazing groomer! I've been following her since she was 16 years old and just learning to groom. Her passion for animals had only grown over the years. She is so much more than a groomer as she did spend time grooming at a vet clinic that taught her so much more about recognizing things that need to be addressed with your pets skin, ears, and so much more!!

We have been taking our 8 year old Shih Tzu to Paw spa since he was just a few months old. Sarah and her staff are absolutely wonderful! They always go above and beyond for us. We moved out of the area a few years ago and still drive 45 minutes every 8 weeks because there is absolutely nobody else like them. They are simply amazing!

My Husky Olaf has been going to Paw Spa for years. We've tried other groomers closer to home but Olaf was not happy. They do a really good job and Olaf looks forward to his day at the spa!

Absolutely love Paw Spa!! Always a calm relaxed atmosphere and my pups are happy there. They are very accomodating and willing to work around your schedule.

My shih ztu mr. Monti loves going here to see Sarah. His favorite part though is the kitties????☺️ Sarah does a wonderful job, her and her staff are friendly and do a great job. The shop is extremely clean and we’ve never had any problems.

I've known Sarah personally and professionally for 18 years and I know from experience that her grooming skills are amazing. Not only does she specialise in hard to groom dogs but she also groom's cat too. If you want your pet to look it's best, take them to paw spa

We brought our terror of a dog to get his nails done and they treated him very well. You can tell they care about their clients and our dogs nails have never looked better!

I've taken my sheltie to Sarah for all of his 14 years, and started going to her with my older sheltie a few years before that. I have always been 100% satisfied with her work. She has always done a great job, and they look so clean and happy when she is done. I will never go to another groomer as long as I have dogs!

Sarah is truly amazing with all dogs no matter if they are easy or crazy. My 3 absolutely love going for their spa days. Even though her shop is almost an hour away, Maximus is willing to make the drive to see his favorite groomer, who he’s been seeing for almost 11yrs. Max, Cali & Alex all agree, Paw Spa is the place to go. All dogs (& cats) are always welcome.

Sarah and her team have always exceeded my expectations and will go above and beyond to make sure my cats are comfortable during their cut and bath. I am always happy when I leave and would recommend Paw Spa to anyone who needs pet grooming.
