I had brought in my German Shepard for a nasal scoping because of massive nose bleeds caused by a fungal infection and this vet never even did the procedure then told me to put my dog down. I later went to red bank and realized that these people scanned hundreds of dollars from me.I would never recommend, THEIR SCAMMERS!

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. This morning my boyfriend and I brought our dog in for a scheduled surgery to get her spayed. We began filling out paperwork as we waited for the doctor to come speak with us. Immediately …

I usually never leave reviews but honestly this place deserves 0 stars but that's not an option. My family has been taking our pets here for about 20 years since my parents moved to Branchburg, they were amazing for a while but within the recent past few years their service has taken a huge decline. The last straw was when my dog needed emergency surgery and the vet was more concerned with making sure his wife had food rather than taking care of my dog, my moms boyfriend literally had to go get the food so he would do the surgery immediately, well she passed away during surgery and we were still charged $3000 for her surgery. The receptionist is also very rude a good handful of times I have called.

We are thrilled and overjoyed with the quality of care we’ve received at All Pets Vet Hospital! We’d been looking for a reproductive specialist near us and everywhere we called, we hit a brick wall. That is until we called All Pets Vet Hospital. Dr. Sam is wonderful to work with and we had a successful artificial insemination of our French Bulldog- Lady Penelope. We can breathe easy knowing that our girl and her soon to be pups are in good hands with Dr. Sam and his very attentive staff of vet assistants and administrative team. Edit (Addendum): The pups arrived! 7 beautiful Frenchies and we are absolutely in love with them! Again, we’re so grateful for Dr. Sam and his absolutely incredible team who many came in on their off day when they discovered how many and helped deliver our girl’s pups! Even Dr. Sam came in on his birthday which is a testament of his passion for reproductive canine care. Also, the team of techs were so helpful in answering our questions and making us feel comfortable with the c-section procedure, as this was her first time. But our girl recovered quickly and has been all smiles since she met her pups the first day. We at Metro Frenchies can’t thank this team enough!

Dr Sam and Dr Levy are great. Very up front about cost of procedures. My dog came in very lethargic and bloody stools with no appetite. Dr Levy saw my dog when we first brought her in. Dr Sam did an XRay and found a foreign object in her stomach. He performed surgery the same day and now she is home with me recovering. She was knocking on death's door & Dr Sam saved her. The ladies up front are great too. Very kind and compassionate & keep this busy vets office operating smoothly!

Working with Erin was fantastic. She processed my request and wrote me up an estimate quickly and accurately. The staff was able to fit my request in months earlier than their competitors.

We took our 6-year-old kitty in for an examination because of a lump on his side and signs of distress as he started going outside the litter box. They gave us an appointment right away. Dr. Sam presented us with clear options and helped us make the important decisions without any pressure and with an exceptional level of compassion and empathy for our kitty and for us. Turned out his issues resulted in two surgeries back-to-back. Both successful with minimal discomfort. I was very impressed with the level of care from all the staff before and after the procedures. I’m quite amazed with the result that in such a short period of time our kitty is home and already back to his spry and mischievous self. Pricing was fair and care was above and beyond. This is and continues to be my Vet of choice. Our Thanks to Dr. Sam and his kind staff.

If I could leave zero I would!!! This man broke my emotional support animals back and sent me with with him paralyzed and NEVER told me. When I called he kept screaming at me saying he didn’t hit a nerve which I didn’t even suggest he did, after all I am not a Vet. He also lied and said he was affiliated with another vet with the same name. My ESA had to be put down at another facility the next day. Feel free to reach out as I will be seeking retribution and can show proof from reports and X-rays. “Doctor” Sam is abusive to animals and verbally abusive to their owners. This man should not be allowed to touch cold cuts let alone living beings.

So my husband and I just moved to the area, we have 5 cats and 1 dog. We were looking for a good vet that cared about the animals and not how much money he can make off of us. And i have to say we found him. If I can give this man 10 stars I would, my parents found a kitten with a broken leg and went to him for help. Not only did he stay open later then he was supposed too, but he took great care of the kitten. Who is doing so much better today thanks to Dr. Sam. If you want a real, honest, and super kind vet and staff. Go visit Dr. Sam

DR. SAM AND HIS TEAM ARE AMAZING! Today they saved the life of my 13.5 year-old companion and best friend with his surgical skills. Dr. Sam used his expertise to diagnose and plan a rapid course of action that made the difference. Without their help, Max would not have made it. My family has been loyal to All Pets for 23 years for all of our 4-legged family members. Dr. Sam is an honest, straight-forward, incredibly knowledgeable vet, and also a friend. THANKS DR. SAM - on behalf of Raymond Tarascavage

We took our golden doodle puppy to this vet for his puppy check up and shots for a total of three visits. Unfortunately we were unhappy with the care we received. The doctor was insensitive and could care less about the scared animal in front of him. We found him to be extremely obnoxious and made inappropriate comments to me. He gave our puppy five shots at one time, and did not explain any of the shots before he administered them. Our pup received multiple shots each visit, many of them we now have found out were not necessary and could have been optional. We were never given a choice nor given an explanation of what they were ahead of time. Our new vet has strongly expressed that giving five shots at one time is not good for the dogs and can impact their immune system. I would not recommend bringing your pets to this doctor. We have found a new vet in the area that is much more caring, friendly and knowledgeable for our pup.

Only went here because the pet store stated I should. Made my appointment and showed up on time. Waited over an hour to see the vet only to have him spend less then 10 seconds "examining" my dog and 10 minutes trying to sell me a bunch of different medicines. Telling me, unprovoked that he can show me what the prices are online so I know I'm not getting ripped off. Why would he say that? Gave my dog vaccine shots, didn't explain what they were, only that they were necessary for a healthy dog. I googled the shots, 2 of the 4 are optional. How could he not tell me that? Very unprofessional. Never ever coming back to this place.

We have used All Pets for about 10 years. We love Dr. Sam, the extent of his knowledge and experience are second to none. We have never been rushed through an appointment and were always able to make an appointment when we were in crisis. Got to meet Dr. Levy yesterday, my best friends dog was very ill. He could not get an appointment with his vet, or even at the animal hospital. We drove over 45 minutes to have Hemi assessed. It was a bad outcome, Dr. Levy was amazing! So compassionate, excellent advice and 100% took her time to send our information, x-rays and her findings to the Emergency Vet Clinic in Oradell. Even though it's gonna be a long ride, I'm bringing my pets here forever.

I am giving this place 1 star solely on the actual Vet (Dr. Sam). The experience I had with him outweighs the place and other staff. The front desk and vet techs were awesome super supportive, understanding, and welcoming. Now let’s get to Dr. Sam! He was rude and judgmental. I felt he was trying to sell me something from the minute I met him. He is all about money and a fake appearance. If it wasn’t a routine neuter and for the other staff I would have left immediately. I would never trust him to take care of my pup as my regular vet. I cannot say anything about the other Vet Dr. Levy because I did not get a chance to meet her but I wish I did. Please avoid Dr. Sam at all cost! Find another place and I wish all the other staff would find another place to work because they deserve the 5 stars!

Very very disappointed with my visit I wish everyone to be careful with Dr. STELLA Levy. Her personality is selfish she does not care about nothing just what she thinks it is, no matter how good relationship you have with the other Doctor she charge more money does not attend right away and if she see something that it will make more money she will charge you a fortune. If you go for the first time. Be carefull you will go out of this place miserable thanks for reading this

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. To start the doctor was unprofessional from beginning to end. Kept making remarks about my looks and babbling about divorce and how he would lose all his money if he did. The initial $125 neuter cost i received over the phone suddenly turned into 250$. Moving past that I left my pets for the procedure. I get a call eventually they are ready to be picked up and while waiting in the waiting room i get harassed by the doctor about my choices in regards to my pets care and he proceeds to involve a random woman with her pet in the waiting room bad mouthing me right in front of me and I told him he's unprofessional and I don't appreciate him discussing my pets medical information and my choices with random people and he walked away. Not to mention when I got my pets back, clumps of fur were coming off their necks...One of my pets apparently bit a tech while they were awakening from anesthesia which my pet has never bit anything other than food it's whole life, but the doctor 3 times told me to apologize to the tech and how much money he had to spend to treat her and how my pet attacked her....luckily the tech was very understanding as it comes with the job. The techs were great especially the gentleman explaining to me the post op care. The front desk i dealt with had an attitude and didn't seem like she cared to be at work dealing people or animals. Sadly I would not recommend this place solely because of the doctor and his greed for money and unprofessional behavior.

Had a bad experience. Incompetent doctors. Poor service. Spent a fortune. Didn't treat my dog. Would never go back. They don't care about the animals. Just care about the financial gain.

My pets are my children, so when one is not feeling well, I make sure they see their doctor. Dr Sam and his staff are very helpful and good people to deal with. Would recommend this animal hospital.

Dr. Sam and his team are AWESOME! We had some challenges with our French Bulldog's pregnancy and Dr. Sam was, and continues to be, fantastic! Dr. Sam is very patient and took time to explain everything to us, and help us make the best decisions for our pup and her puppies. Can't tell you how relieved we were to find a specialist close to home and we are beyond thrilled with the care All Pets provided.

I brought my cat, Beto, here to be neutered and could not have been happier with everything. First off, Dr. Sam was awesome, warm, and friendly, and made me feel at ease right away about leaving my baby in his care. I was initially very nervous and anxious about the surgery, but left All Pets feeling calm and secure, and like I left Beto in good hands. The overall cost of all the preoperative tests and the procedure was more than reasonable and much better than some quotes I got from other vets. The receptionists there are also super nice and helpful! Lastly and most importantly, Beto is recovering beautifully and the surgery went really well and was done super quickly. He had to stay at All Pets for a couple hours before getting picked up, but I could tell he was treated well there and was taken care of. I highly recommend All Pets Vet Hospital!!!

I love All Pets! The staff is so warm and welcoming and take care of my cats as if they belong to them! They helped me last minute with a sick kitten I found when I didn’t have an appointment, and even sent me home with almost a months worth of food one time, free of charge. Most importantly, they are very knowledgeable and equipped to answer any questions I have and run any tests my pets need.

Finding a good vet is impossible these days. Being a first time dog owner and knowing almost nothing about them, I’m even more over protective of her. Took her to a vca hospital and they wouldn’t even let me inside to meet the vet. I had a voucher to get my puppy spayed at All PeTs Hospital and was extremely nervous. The day of the procedure I was asking the receptionists/ techs a million and one questions over the phone and when I walked into the office- the two girls were beyond nice, genuine, informative and overall caring/ reassuring that my puppy is in good hands. In this hospital, I was actually allowed inside and met the vet- Dr.Sam- who was doing the procedure on my puppy. He went over everything- medications, anesthesia, collars, pricing, etc- before the procedure. Once he started taking her away she got scared. However, once I came to pick her up my baby was wagging her tail and greeted me with kisses. Needless to say, the spaying went by smoothly with a huge thank you to Dr.Sam. We have a follow up in two weeks to remove the stitches- to which he said would be free! I am beyond impressed with the way this office is run, the comfort given to patients and owners, the knowledge of not only Dr.Sam but the techs/receptionists as well- and the overall hospitality!

I went to Dr. Sam as he was referred to us through YNBF Rescue, and I’m so glad that I went! He was amazing. He made sure to let us know everything that he was going to do as well as how everything went after. My dog had a hernia and he was able to fix it when he spayed her. That was extremely helpful and it was incredibly reasonably priced. I will be sure to come back here in the future. A wonderful facility, vet, and staff. Make sure to bring your dog here for any of your needs! Thank you All Pets Vet Hospital!

Dr. Sam was amazing. I brought 4 pets (3 cats and 1 dog) for neutering/spaying and he was very friendly and caring. I would definitely suggest All Pets Vet.

Dr. Sam and the All Pets staff are amazing! They genuinely care about our pets as if they were their own. Dr. Sam recently did emergency surgery on our beloved dog “Cookie” and saved her life. We went to a different vet earlier that day who told us there was no hope and to put her down. We were in shock and went to Dr. Sam for a second opinion and he saved her. We could not be more grateful or thank him and his team enough. She is recovering so well and they have checked in on her like they are part of the family. We look forward to spending more time with our dog and feel she is in the best of hands with All Pets as her vet.

Called to make an appointment. The woman didn’t want to see us, said they’re closing. They weren’t closing until 2 hours later according to their hours posted online. Won’t be calling back, they seem careless.

Its been three days, my dog is still not walking from a Spay surgery. She was fine active not she cant getup to eat a food. We took her for a recheck and the doctor brushed it aside saying she walks funny and has nothing to do with the spay. Besides that i dont think the doctor remembers things. I just hope there is nothing wrong, but it does not feel right

On our first (and only) visit they were running behind schedule. They took us in an put us in a room that had clumps of hair and teeth on the floor. Then they switched us again to a room that was clean. But then the vet came and switched us once more to a room that had blood stains on the floor. Once our dog was seen, the vet asked us for his weight (instead of actually weighing him) checked in his ears and heard his heart.. other than that the vet spent the rest of the consult trying to sell us products and vaccinating the dog with little mention as to what each vaccine was for. Charged us $120 for the shots and sent us home with 3 bags of free dog food. Saying that they weren't charging us for the visit because they wanted to make a great first impression... never going back.
