Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic!!! Paws Unleashed is nothing short of outstanding! They are flexible, professional, reliable, clean and safe. We have been sending our dog to daycare as well as occasional boarding there for going on 3 years and they have always been incredible. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and they take great care of all there customers, both 4 legged and 2. Couldn't recommend enough!

Overall, once finally accepted for an evaluation - I have had such ease with my experience. Easy Drop off & P/U system. OFFICE is well kept, and clean. I know from first had experience as I have worked at a few doggy daycare's prior to completing my degree. Great, friendly staff. When called for information- they always returned them same day. 1/2 star loss- Is the inability to purchase larger 10 day or 30 day package- as they have an expiration date of 2 months. I wanted to do 1-2 x's weekly, and if I even purchased the the 10 day- I would have 2 days expire. Another 1/2 loss- Is how long it took to get set up. I filled out paperwork in early/mid Jan 2020, was told 3 different "idea's" on when they might be able to get him scheduled- Only taking 2 new dogs a day. Each time i inquired for the evaluation day, the estimated time would extend another mnth out. 6 mths to become a client. As it wasn't until the may 29 2020- and for that day I am sure was only related to a covid cancellation and I just got lucky. Evaluations are important- but maybe w/ such high volume of interest- minimize day for -4 hrs free w/ scheduled times- and increasing to 4 new dogs daily. NO star removed as this is only personal desires, but no fault of owners- Ideally some progression in adding a groomer would be convenient. Ideally would love webcams available. So I have the capability to see how my dog is acting. Whether it be nice , mean, learning naughty habits, Or just playing sweetly, I wanna know. I this would put many customer's at ease for long stays, or if aware their pet can sometimes have issues- and see it first hand. OVERALL: CLEAN, FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE. Costly $$$$. I waited 6 mnths because the facility is well kept, & w/ first hand experience- know how challenging this task can be. My dog is tired after a day here, and that is really what it comes down too, so thank you for taking such great care of my boy while he is there.

We had tried a few different doggy daycares around the metro before we found Paws Unleashed, and none of them matched the quality of care I know Hazel receives here. Their staff is so friendly, completely professional, and I can tell Hazel LOVES it there - her response when greeting the staff at Paws Unleashed tells me everything I need to know about how she is treated there and how much she enjoys it (not so for other daycares). Their facility is clean, not-overcrowded, and spacious. Paws Unleashed is the only place I'd ever trust to board my dog!

I was not sure about this place, I would ask some questions about my doodle behavior there and they didn’t answer my question, not until I spoke to a younger lady she was able to help me out. I fell more relax now that my answers were answered and not nervous about dropping my boy off.

My husband and I love this place. We bring our dog Luna there all the way from NE Minneapolis. Luna is always so tired when she gets home!

Moved to Woodbury recently and was in need for a new dog daycare for our golden retriever, Lucy. Took a little while to get in for an evaluation but worth the wait! Arrived to facility, was greeted immediately by friendly staff. The place is awesome, large facility with outdoor space. Our pup is high high energy but Lucy is thoroughly exhausted when I pick her up (in a great way), which tells me they are engaging with the dogs all day. Prices for daycare are definitely reasonable and worth what you get in return- a happy, tired pup! In addition, they offer some additional services such as bath, nail trim, tooth brush, ear cleaning- also very reasonable pricing. We had them cut her nails recently and by far the best nail trim yet! Overall, highly recommend.

Staff is friendly but you better have an appointment when you go are you'll be sitting there almost all day if you're going to walk in

Best place to bring your dog! They have an awesome staff that goes above and beyond for the dogs and owners alike. We have been going here for a couple years and our dog loves it! Grooming services are also top notch!

Wilbur was a little nervous in the beginning due to a bad experience at another doggy daycare, but after a few weeks he seems to love it there, has friends, loves the staff, and comes home very happy and tired! He such happy and good boy! Great caring staff, very clean, wonderful grooming, I highly recommend, they put my mind at ease after a bad experience at another doggy daycare.

The BEST place for our dog. Every dog is checked to make sure they are able to adapt to the environment which includes the dogs. The staff have a real heart for their work and it shows because our dog pulls to get inside. She is quite excited.

We have been taking our GSP for doggy daycare here 3x/wk for over 2 years. The people are wonderful and the facilities are excellent. Overnight boading is a special treat - no kennels, the dogs have a slumber party and snooze with their friends. I can't say enough good things about them.

They have a beautiful space for your furry family members, and the owners are wonderful too!!

If you're going to put your business name on your vehicle, you may want to drive cautiously and respectfully. I just saw your company vehicle blow through a red light with no regard for others. Just based on that, I would never bring my dog to your business.

We moved from south Minneapolis where our dog spent all day with his dog walker and about 10 other dogs. When we moved to Woodbury we were worried about finding him a daycare he would love just as much and we 100% found it in Paws Unleashed! We take him 3-4 days a week and he starts crying of excitement the second he sees the building each morning. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and I'm pretty sure he loves them more than us :) Best daycare/boarding experience we've ever had!

Paws Unleashed has my vote for best Twin Cities dog daycare and boarding. We've used several other places around town in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, and while the others we've used have been pretty good, this place is the best by far. Our dog comes home tired and happy - he always darts right in when we drop him off (we've had other places where he hesitates going in once he realizes we're leaving). The crew here are excellent - all of them! They're all professionals, great at handling dogs, friendly - the works. They've got an outdoor play area which is great. And I really like the boarding model here - they actually stay with the dogs overnight...it's pretty reassuring when we're traveling, and I think our dog likes it better than being kenneled by himself. This place also has way better hours than most places. Staying open till 7pm every day for pickup really helps after work on weekdays, and allows us to do more stuff if necessary on the weekends. Much appreciated. Lastly, I'll be honest - I really appreciate that this place smells clean. The other daycare places we've been to smell like chlorine. And our dog comes home smelling like chlorine. Which is good to the point of it meaning they're cleaning up messes. This place always looks really clean. But now, our dog just smells like - well, dog. Which is about the best we'll probably get. I HIGHLY recommend Paws Unleashed. They're the BEST!

Paws Unleashed is right down the road from where we lived. A few months ago when we decided to give this place a try, we never would have thought that it would be the best thing that has ever happened to our puppy! I can not say enough great things about this facility! Gibson is so excited every morning when we drop him off, and extremely tuckered out from playing with friends when we pick him up. The staff are kind and patient, they are understanding and adjust to whatever works best for you. The thing we enjoy the most is every time we walk through the door they greet our dog by name. It makes us feel special and like they actually care. They make such a connection with every dog that comes through there, they remember every dogs name and owner associated with the dog. I recommend to every person I know with a dog. If we ever move, we will drive out of our way to go here. Thank you to the Paws Unleashed staff!
