Dr Bob and the whole staff were very kind and compassionate during our difficult time. They took the time and patience while we were making our decision and we felt no pressure to rush through all though I’m sure they had other matters to attend too. Our Cooper was a patient for all his life and if and when we decide to get another pet they will be brought here. Thank you all for what you have done for us!!

Great friendly staff and Vets my cat was very comfortable. They helped figure out his health issues and so glad to say he is back to himself again!! Thankful for them helping my fur boy!!

I have 3 mini Dachsunds pups who all get their vet care and boarding at SAH. Dr. Matt is so knowledgeable, caring and professional. The staff in the hospital and the kennel are all great, caring people who love the animals they care for and are very compassionate. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We took our cat Finn in very last minute when he was having some issues. Staff were great about getting us in last minute and helping our little guy! When he had to make a surprise visit to the Emergency vet on a weekend SAH called us the next day to check in on how he was doing and set up a follow up check in, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to others.

My 8 yo Beagle Copper went in for an appointment to get evaluated for an upcoming teeth cleaning and to get a couple of fatty lumps removed. The vet found he had a tumor developing on the inside of his leg that is so small I never even felt or saw it. Thankful they are so thorough and care about my baby. He is now going in this week for a teeth cleaning and getting the tumor and lumps removed.

Everyone here is really friendly and knowledgeable. My dog loves people but is very dog reactive and they accommodated that by having me bring her into her exam room through a side door as to avoid any potential dogs in the waiting room. They even took my payment right in the room as well. They are very gentle with all my pets which really helped ease their anxiety (the treats helped too ????). I also really appreciate that they allow owners to come in to the appt with our pets with all the covid stuff going on. Great place!

My experiences at Superior Animal Hospital have varied, but most recently have been excellent. I’ve scored this review based on my most recent experiences. At my last visit, I saw Dr. Bob. He was thorough, caring, explained his thought process, identified diagnostic criteria, and really searched for answers for what was going on with Ollie, my cat. He also followed up promptly on lab work that was done and to see how Ollie was doing since seen in the clinic, and gave me ideas where we could next look for answers. I really appreciated this attention to my pet’s well being, and it gave me confidence this practice would work with me on managing other less easy to treat pet health issues. This was reassuring as I had earlier experiences with a different doctor at the clinic where I felt care was less than thorough and there wasn’t a plan for follow up. I know veterinary medicine is under major pressure these days, and I greatly appreciate the people who provide it. I’m hoping earlier experiences that may have been lacking reflected individuals having off days, and I’ll continue to see the same level of care I’ve recently seen. I also want to note the front office staff were friendly, rooming times were reasonable, and vet tech care was professional and caring.

Truth be told their services seem somewhat expensive, but the staff and facility really make you feel like you're getting what you pay for. The place is very clean and well maintained. The staff all seem very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience makes me feel comfortable that our fur babies are in the right hands when we take them here.

Just took my cat to this vet for the first time and they took great measures to make sure he was safe and made him as comfortable as he could be during his exam. The price was also reasonable, the entire visit was $179 with two vaccinations, getting a microchip, a general exam and a bag of prescription dry food (which is $30). Their reception area and exam rooms are also very clean and have a lot of helpful information all around. All the staff I interacted with, from the receptionist, vet tech and veterinarian, were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

The staff is great. It's very clean. Doesn't smell like other animal hospitals do. Expensive, but not as expensive as the other places around town.

They have gotten my elderly dog in multiple times last minute for health concerns and have always been very straightforward but also empathetic to my situation. Great staff, awesome work, and I trust them completely with my fur baby!

The whole staff is awesome!!!

We have boarded our dogs here twice. First time, there was an issue with the cost & them not relaying it properly— as they “forget to tell people sometimes” that picking a dog up on a Sunday is double the price. That was handled. Our dogs also came out with the wrong harnesses on (one dog is quite a bit bigger & was strapped into a tiny harness) and had obviously not been given any of their toys. Second time, they were not given their toys again. One dog “had an accident” in her kennel… she has not gone to the bathroom in her kennel or in the house in YEARS. Then when we got home, both dogs peed for a solid 2 minutes. They are obviously not letting these dogs out often enough. I find it cruel & I will never be returning to the facility.

They are very friendly and helpful. They took the steps to help our cat without making him come in for a visit, saving us money.

The Staff at Superior Animal hospital is so friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about questions I had about our puppy Millie. Great advice was given to us about how to slow Millie down when eating.

All my life I've had multiple pets, but it took until this year to learn of the best clinic ever. Several pet emergencies happened, and this clinic showed their concern as well as their strengths. Every single person we and our pets came in contact with were kind, helpful and caring. I cannot say enough of their tremendous care and attitudes. I'll never go to another clinic. Try them- you'll soon feel the same way-

Max the Beagle is 13yrs old and always been to Superior Animal Hospital I trust them and know they give Max the best in care, As for Superior Animal Hospital Boarding, I wouldn't trust anyone else with Max while I am away, I know he is in good hands staying there, they take great care of him!!
