Some good deals on dog beds

Had an appointment at 9 am to get my dog groomed. Every groomer was late to work! Finally they started trickling in and by that time there were 8 dogs/owners waiting. Not one single apology. I waited with my dog in the lobby and it took them 7 mins to even acknowledge me. I have never seen such unprofessionalism. Petsmart-do better

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Additionally the store has been clean and orderly when I have visited.

Super nice people pet friendly

They push additional services which they do not end up providing. My dog was still shedding tons of fur when picked up. I witnessed them talking mean to the dogs they were grooming and handling them roughly. Very young people working there, do not appear to be legitimately trained in grooming. It is dirty in the grooming area. Staff is rude. My dog was scared when picked up. Will never go back there.

Love this place, always get to see a variety of pups while you shop. Dogs and shopping, it doesn't get any better than that.

Love Petsmart, just bought toys and new pet beds and saw the cutest pups. Great place!!!

Employee working in the aquatics area was rude and the fish selection was slim

We took our dog in for a bath and nail trim. Ashley the groomer clipped his nails so short that his nerve is showing on multiple nails. She couldn't figure out why he wouldn't let her do the rest, kinda easy to figure out, she was hurting him. We will not be back!

Love them for a pet supply store

When I was paying for some treats tonight, I asked if that manager gal with the short blonde hair was working? The cashier replied, “nope she isn’t here anymore….. moved to Boston!” I said, “oh okay, well I was just going to see if she could order these treats in a larger size? The 4 oz package that you currently have (these are the Blue Buffalo bits) go really fast, and Target carries the big 19 oz size, but they are frequently out, and it’s a further drive.” She replied, “nope, all we get is what corporate sends us, that’s it! They wouldn’t be able to do that.” I was like, “oh……ok, well I guess I’ll keep trying Target.” She goes, “sorry.” (Thee end.) Didn’t even try to fake like…… “let me ask. I can try and find out. “ nothin. All I got was “ you want a receipt or no receipt?” “no receipt, thank you…..” crestfallen. I just walked out with my tail between my legs thinking, “I know darn well a manager would have handled that differently, and I’ll bet they can at least TRY to order special requests from customers?” The world may never know. ????????‍♂️ Unless of course, they reach out to me.

I went in for a fish and was helped by Alex at the Shakopee location. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me many tips to make sure my fish was taken care of. I would definitely return based on my experience!

Really good spot for getting cheap dog shots. There is a line but definitely worth it.

I love this location, Steph knows everything about EVERYTHING. and I own multiple species of fish, crabs, reptiles and dogs. This is my favorite pet store to go to! Thank you Savage Petsmart. The burnsville location should be more like this one.

Had a points to use and thought we'd just get some litter. There was a flowing drinking bowl that was on sale for $25. Brought our selections up to the register and the cashier was so fast we didn't have the opportunity to ask to use our points. When we asked, there was no fuss or anything. We then noticed the bowl was ringing up at $30 and told him about the sale sign. We offered to retrieve the sign, but he told us it wasn't necessary. That's customer service. No fuss or attitude. Very nice staff I always enjoy going in and checking out the cats for adoption they are also well kept in their enclosures reptiles and small animals are also well kept as well as very clear fishtanks, I also like their organization everything is in its own section and well kept.

Nice place, everything that you may need for you're pet and to get a pet

Slow service. One lady couldn't answer any of our questions which is not what bugs me. It was her 0 ambition or motivation to find us the answer or someone who did. Store needs either more help or quicker workers. Also pet and handled the kittens and cats up for adoption. You can tell they are not shown enough attention, handled properly, or treated kindly every one cowards and hides in fear.

They had what we were looking for but the aisles were set up different then the petsmart by us so it took a bit longer to find!

Always has the right type of cat food in stock. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and cordial.

Bought a baby budgie here and he died before I could even get him to a vet to be checked out! Never get any of the animals here, they're obviously sick and not taken care of at all! RIP my little baby boy, I didn't even have him long enough to name him!
