We've been going here for a few years. While the care is good the prices I feel have gone up. They wanted between $700 and 1200.00 to clean my 3 year old dogs teeth.

My dog chico got ran over today he didn't make it but the veterans that assisted him they tried their best and they didn't take advantage of the situation when it came time to pay my last dog thumper had to be put down and cremated and it was over 5 grand and the eden prairie vet

The vets and techs are amazing here! 100% would recommend.

Our cat is seen here. My only small gripe is that he has a health condition which often requires prescription refills and it usually takes a few emails or calls to get that sent. Otherwise no complaints.

We cannot recommend this place enough. They were recommended to us by some family friends when we got our puppy Dunkin! The vet staff know him the second we pull up, and often times tell is to grab a cup of coffee or run some errands as they absolutely love having him there! The staff is always so kind and willing to help. The vets are knowledgeable and helpful when making large decisions and recommendations. We've taken our guy to them multiple times with random issues or concerns and they've always been willing to help! Only downside is they don't have a rewards program for all the money we've spent there! ???? Love them and will keep bringing our guy there

Best clinic in town. Take my dog there for all of our shots and checkups. They also neutered our dog. We knew he would be in great hands. Thanks again!

Doctors and Staff are super awesome. Beyond friendly and caring. Very gentle. Extremely knowledgeable.

I've been taking my dogs here for about 6 months now and so far its been a great experience! With COVID not allowing pet parents into the vet, it changes the dynamic of things a little and you aren't there to be with your pet. I have felt completely comfortable with their staff though, they have all been very friendly and informative. The vet we see (forgot his name) explains things in great detail but not to the point of me not understanding something which I like. I haven't ever felt rushed or anything and he's always been able to answer my questions. I would highly recommend them!!

Not bad to be the 1st time dr. Check my dog and give her a prescription she's much better really well explained and good care.

We love this vet. We had an emergent isdue with our 4 mo old pup even though they were full they told us to come right away and blgot us right in! Our pups love Mark, he is an awesome Tech

Overall a good place. They send reminders for annual appointments, tests, vaccines, etc which is super convenient. They remember you and your pet and are clear on any medical processes that may need to take place. They are more expensive than other vets in the area, however.

dumb place. Nothing been done with my puppy and got charged $501.

Date: 5/30/2019 - DO NOT GO HERE! They quoted me $500-$800 for a dog dental cleaning. They stated that my dog's teeth looked great, nothing would have to be pulled. They take her back and all of the sudden they're pulling 7 teeth and charging us almost $1500. Time for a new vet - this is ridiculous!!!!! Date: 5/9/2019 - I've been bringing my dog here since 2015, seems like a pretty decent veterinary office. Was rather disappointed to find out that they don't work with PetMeds, instead making me pay their higher prices for dog meds.

They absolutely care about the health of your pet. My dog drags me into the doctor's office.

We had a very great experience here at Marschall Road Animal Hospital, Check Ups are quick and thorough, they gave us estimates for future visits and procedures, we are happy to be new clients here.

Dr. Miller saved my dog! I've been bringing my dog's and cats here for over 20 years.

If I could rate them on service alone it would be a 5. They don't over charge and get the job done. We have been going there for over 15 years. But this is not the place for warm and fuzzy. Its is very clinical. Putting our cat down was a horrific experience not just because of the fact we had to do it but because of the clinical way they treated us. We continue to go because their price is right, the office is clean, they don't push tests or treatments and always get the job done we came for.

I LOVE the people here! My animals have been coming here for a year and a half and I've never had a bad experience.

I've been taking my dog here for over 10 years the people are friendly courteous and very professional I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Never ever going to this place again. My do was attacked by another dog and I went here since it was the closest vet and since my dog was bleeding out I didn't want to go far. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone helped and the was told "we don't know if we can fit you into the schedule" mind you my dog was dripping blood in the lobby still. Got my dog checked out and they sent us home with antibiotics and pain meds, but did nothing to stop the blood. Came back 12 hours later to drop him off and when I went to pick him up I could hear him whining the entire time while I was there, but no one bothered to even check with him even though they were "monitoring him" when I asked why is he still in a cage when I'm already here. Then they had the nerve to charge me more than the high end of the estimate. Why even have a high end if you are going to go over it? They wanted me to come back again to have a canine tooth pull so I went to my regular vet and they could believe this place didn't even bother to do an xray before electing to do an extraction. My regular vet told me the wound to his gum above the canine tooth will heal after a dental cleaning.

These guys are great! I’ve only been in the area for about 4.5 months and when we needed to bring our new pup in for Kennel Cough, this was the first place I tried. From the moment I arrived I felt like I was getting great service and everyone was so personable. So far they have seen my dog, Jenny, and my youngest cat Thor. They were so amazing with both! It’s just so nice to have found a vet that not only has great service but also has reasonable prices for care. Keep up the great work guys!

I have been going here for years. But one day they were closed so I went to another local vet. I found that I have been getting gouged in the price of some routine services and even the prescription food.

Our dog got her ACL surgery here and everything went great. She's been going to Marschall road since we got her 4 years ago and we've never had anything but the best treatment. Mark and Gabby are some of the friendliest techs I've ever met and they treat Chloe like she's their own.

Honestly we can not say enough good things about this place. We've taken both our dogs to Marschall Road Animal Hospital and they've taken excellent care of both of them. They really do have the best interest for our pets in mind, and their costs are reasonable especially for the quality of care. Today we took our older dog for surgery and they took amazing care of her (she's currently happily snoring on the couch). They walked us through the whole thing beforehand and provided updates throughout the surgery so we wouldn't have any surprises afterwards (with Lucy or with the cost). We have and will continue to recommend them to fellow pet families.

Our puppy had problems regurgitating ever since we brought her home. Marschall Road helped us from the beginning and diagnosed our puppy, Murphy, with Megaesophagus. After the diagnosis, they were able to answer all our questions along with researching the answers they didn't know right away. They always called to check up and to ask if we had any more questions. I was always very happy with our visits and so was our dog! She LOVES going to the vet. I'm so sad we are moving out of state and need to find a new vet. Even after telling them about our move, they said to continue to call if we had any questions. I highly recommend Marschall Road!

Needed to see our cat on an emergency visit and squeezed us in at the end of the day. Fantastic customer service and showed excellent care for our pet. Will definitely be going here from now on!

Very friendly when I took my puppy here for his first appointment. They were very helpful and informative and willing to answer any questions I had for them. They are also very friendly over the phone, compared to many other vets I have been too.

Love Dr. Rogers and all the techs. They give so much attention and care to your pet. They care for them as if they were their own. Can't recommend them enough.
