The staff is always exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The vets are great about taking the time to address any questions - I know they are very busy and this is an incredibly stressful time. They always come out to the desk and talk to me and say hello to my dogs. Great customer service!

All of the staff at LFPC are friendly, and take the time to know us and our pets. They remember our preferred time of day for appointments. They handle our cats gently but secure to make sure they are comfortable with their shots. The staff remember our pets, and answer our questions about vaccine scheduling for our kitten.

I was very impressed with Dr Flaph & how she handled my cat. Her knowledge & ability to control the situation with the least amount of stress was very comforting. I will continue to go to her for my cat & recommend her for others as well.

The service was really great! Dr. Taylor and the vet tech were so kind and took their time to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed whatsoever and it was the first time going to a vet that I've really felt like they wanted to spend the time making sure they understood all of my dogs needs and any concerns. The exam was very thorough and the vet tech (I really wish I would have caught their name) even gave us a little lick mat for free to help my dog not be scared when he takes a bath!

I have 5 pets and not only do they know all their names and histories, but when I come in, I feel important and my pets are taken care of with such high respect and love. The doctors are professional and friendly and explain everything in detail so I feel comfortable. Great place!!!!

Our kittens first appointment went great! She wasn't freaked out and it made it easy for me as well. I wasn't sure if people were allowed in the rooms yet or not but everything was smooth and stress free! The patience and tricks used! Who would think spray cheese would calm (distract) a kitten!

This was our first visit to this Lakeville Clinic. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Flath spent a lot of time with us, formulating a meal regimen for our female Havanese. We discussed future options for Frankie’s healthcare and even had a specialty pharmacy work with us on medication. We were so VERY IMPRESSED and will definitely be making this our new clinic. The cost for all of this was VERY REASONABLE, too. Thank you to Paige and Dr. Flath.

MONEY HUNGRY VET CLINIC, You'll get nickel-and-dimed for everything When we moved to Lakeville in December 2020 I spent a good amount of time researching vets to take our pets to. Came across this vet, which was highly reviewed and close to our home. Our dogs had just had their annual visits at our vet in our old location and only needed to follow-up on some labs when we scheduled with Lakeville Family Pet Clinic. We had to pay deposits to schedule appointments, which was explained as being busy with COVID and ensuring we would show up for the appointments. We were then charged for annual visits (even though they were current from our old vet and we had these records) because they were new to Lakeville Family Pet Clinic and needed comprehensive exams in order to follow-up on the previous lab concerns. Fine. We were asked if we wanted to give our dogs their vaccines early since we had brought them in for visits. We declined because they weren't due for vaccines for another 6 months. I now call to schedule their vaccines, figuring it can be a vet tech appointment for simple vaccine administration. NOPE. They require annual visits AGAIN because it has been 6 months since their last exam. What is the point of an *annual* exam if they need them twice per year? It was not explained to us at the time that we declined the early vaccines 6 months ago that we would need to AGAIN pay for comprehensive exams in order to vaccinate our dogs. I won't be paying for two annual exams in less than one year at the same clinic. Taking my pets elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

Our dogs see Dr. Kennelly and her team and we have always had a great experience! Her front desk and tech staff have always been so helpful with recommendations and suggestions for minor illness/injury between appointments and Dr. Kennelly has always been great during our visits. She is thorough, thoughtful, and great to work with! I would highly recommend Lakeville Family Pet Clinic to anyone looking for great veterinary care!

My boys (Wyatt & Cole) have never been this at ease when coming to the VET, but you made their (and mine) experience so easy. Dr. Erin and her assistant were so kind, thorough, and explained everything. I’m so happy that my canine boys and feline girls (Pye & Queenie) are part of the Lakeville Family Pet Clinic!

What an awesome clinic. I LOVE that it is basically ran by women, with the exception of one male. The clinic is very clean and bright. From the kind welcoming greeting from the receptionist, to the technician who was gentle with my dog and had a very nurturing kind personality and last, but not least, the vet who did a thorough check, seemed very knowledgeable and listened and heard what about my concerns everyone was awesome. I was extremely happy with the cost of the visit it was very reasonable and fair. And they allow you to pay in the room so you are able to avoid standing in the lobby waiting to pay with other animals when the appointment is done. This IS our new clinic for all of our three fur babies. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

Dr. Kate and team are GREAT! Mozzie is our first family pet and they have been so helpful and patient with all my questions and any concerns. He's always excited to come in for a visit. I'm glad he doesn't have any fears about being there.
