They have provided excellent care for our pets. From prevention to end of life care, they have been caring and compassionate. We feel like they are part of our pets extended family. We highly recommend them.

Did the best they could

My puppy was very sick and they fit him in for an appointment even though they were fully booked. They were very helpful and responsive to my many questions, and they also were a lot cheaper than other vets. Highly recommend, great atmosphere and staff.

Staff polite, confident and listens to you. If you're new, Google maps has you enter via Co Rd 42\Egan Dr. because that is their address. Driveway is off of Dakota Ave.

Hard to find, and more expensive than other vets. However, vet was kind and things seemed in order and done in an orderly manner. Especially, during the Covid crisis. Was able to get our kittens in for their shots, but paid more than we could've at other veterinary clinics. There wasn't separate areas for dogs and cats like some clinics. It's a single, family home...turned into a clinic basically. Can be hard to find if you haven't been there before and is a "no frills clinic". Other than leaving with a huge stack of sales material, pet insurance pamphlets, hospital magnets, and more stuff that just went into the recycling. Probably won't be back, but not because of care, but because they're way overpriced. When another vet changes $20 for a vaccine and this clinic charges $40+ it's more than a profit in my opinion.

The doctor here is amazing. Caring and respectful she takes the time to ensure you understand the treatment options. Highly recommend!

My dog was dying and they were to scared to let us know and passed us off to an animal hospital in Eden Prairie. If she would have just told us there was no hope we would have understood, instead they made us leave so someone else could tell us what we already knew.

My whole family has been taking all of our pets there since they opened. We love Dr. Howard! He is so thorough and informative!

Dr Howard saved my Lab's life. He removed a bone lodged in his throat. I was very grateful, and would recommend him to anyone in the Savage area.

My wife and I lived in Shakopee for 3 years and while we were there we took our dogs to Savage Tower to see Dr. Howard. We just recently moved out of the area to Anoka and are to far away to go see Dr. Howard but I wanted to take a moment to say how great of a Vet Dr. Howard is. There were countless times when they squeezed me in immediately due to something going on with one of my dogs. They would always go the extra mile and it was greatly appreciated. Dr. Howard and his staff are very kind and professional and they really do enjoy and appreciate the animals. They always seemed available to talk me thru on the phone, in person, calling in medicine etc... They were an invaluable resource! I highly doubt I will find another vet clinic that can match the standards that Dr. Howard and his team have set. Me and my dogs will miss them!
