My kitty is not a people kitty. Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital was wonderful with her. Every visit I don't worry about a thing because I know she'll be well taken care of. Every member of the staff is exceptional at their job. I had to have my 19 year old kitty put down a couple years ago and they were all very supportive and caring with the whole process. They understood the gravity of my loss and treated me and him with the upmost sympathy and respect. This will be my forever veterinary clinic for current and future pets of mine!

New to the area, first time making an appt here. Staff was very friendly and helpful and did great with my anxious/wary of strangers pup. Prices seem to be higher than previous vet but I think I will continue to use BPAH for future vet needs.

Took our 1 year old cat, BETTO . In because he wasn’t eating. Landskov asked us if she could do two tests, a urinalysis and blood work which we approved. She diagnosed him with an infection, gave him an antibiotic shot, and sent him home with us along with an ointment to make him hungry and a $780 bill and to wait till the following day for all the test results. Too bad she didn’t do an x-ray. She may have noticed signs of a blockage in his intestines. Turned out BETTO ate a rubber band and did have a blockage. BETTO didn’t make it. We wasted Betto’s precious time going there. And when I think about putting that ointment on him to make him hungry and adding to his discomfort it makes me sick. Plus that ridiculous bill.

Our pet gunea pig developed an infection in her eye, which can get very serious for them because they don't really have much ability to fight infection. It's also really hard to find a vet who treats small animals. The staff here got her in immediately, and got her started on drops for the infection. As this animal is an emotional support pet, we are very great full to the staff for their care. Thank you!

My pup and I moved to Minnesota almost four years ago and have since moved twice. We currently reside in Maplewood so should consider finding a clinic that is closer, but keep making the trek down to Burnsville because this clinic always fits us in- often even same day when my pup has an emergency. I’m a bit of a helicopter-anxious pet owner, but the staff at this clinic have been supportive and always find me answers when I call with a question- even though I know they are busy. Since covid, there has been a rotation of vets when I bring my pup in, but I don’t mind as the vets provide the same attentive care. The clinic is also continually updating their technology to meet demands of the times, with their rewards app and a video/messaging app to keep clients in the loop- which is much appreciated!

I've been taking animals here for over two decades, and always been satisfied.

I take my 2 dogs and my cat here. Cali, Koda and Kamona. Dr Rosendaal is the best and helps me with everything I need and sporadic questions! Love love love this place. The receptionists have been the same since I’ve started going here about 3 years ago and they never fail to have the best attitude at all times, i've never ended the phone call and thought “wow she really is having a bad day”. I will forever rave about this place and feel so much relief leaving my babies with them❤️

My husband and I recently moved here from Texas, and have had the struggle of finding a veterinarian clinic for our dog, Archie. We have had to take Archie twice here for emergency visits, and this clinic has been very accommodating in regards to fitting our dog into their schedule last minute. I found this clinic online, and after reading the Google reviews, I was thrilled to find out that their office allows one person in with their pet in the clinic with COVID, which is one of the first reasons we chose to have our dog treated here! Archie hates the vet, as most pets do, and I hate not being with him for the exam! I hope they can continue allowing owners in since it makes visiting the vet less stressful for the both of us! The clinic is clean, and all doctors and staff have been very kind and compassionate towards Archie to help him be less timid. I'm very pleased with this clinic, and plan on scheduling Archie's routine visits here!

We had the very difficult situation of seeing our cat with cancer drastically decline in one day from Friday to Saturday. We made the heartbreaking decision to take her out of her misery, but it was Saturday and our primary clinic doesn't offer vet services on weekends. After calling a few clinics, Burnsville Parkway was able to get us in immediately to perform the euthanasia. We were so impressed by the kindness and compassion of the staff. Even though we came shortly before closing, they allowed us to spend as much time as we needed to say goodbye. If that wasn't enough, we received a letter in the mail from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine saying that Burnsville Parkway made a donation on Gwen's behalf. What an awesome gesture! All this and we had never been to this clinic before. They treated us like we had been going there for years.

I have had canine companions for years and have always gone to a local national franchise vet clinic for convenience. I finally hit the point where I was not happy with building a relationship with a new Vet. every 6 months. Burnsville Parkway is awesome! The staff is always friendly and professional. I connected with Dr. Kruse....he is exactly what any pet owner is looking for: he is your friend the Vet....professional, personable, knowledgeable, and shows true care. I always hesitate writing reviews since I want to keep my finds from going to the too busy mode. I could not help it though, Dr. Kruse and Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital deserves the credit. A+ across the board.

Very poor value. Everything is so expensive compared to other vet clinics we've been to. Not a very comprehensive annual check up. The level of detail provided by the vet is very minimal.

I've been taking my Lab, Kobi, to this clinic for the last 12+ years - until Kobi passed away last month. Today I received a letter from the U of MN Veterinary College stating that a monetary contribution was made to the College by Burnsville Pkwy Animal Hospital in Kobi's memory. What a wonderful gesture! It simply adds to the long list of great things I can say about the staff, and Drs Kruse and Rozenbdaal. The wonderful care, the sincere phone call follow-ups and professional treatment they provided us over the years could not have been better. Thank you for all you've done and continue to do for our beloved pets.

They did a great job . I was in from California and my dog had an emergency . This was the only place that said they would see my dog RighT Now!!

Offered help in a bad situation

These guys are great! I love the Pet Desk! I can make appts online and always have my pet's vaccines and medical records at my finger tips. You are all great! Short of doing house calls ;-), i cant think of anything you should change!

This vet still hasnt told me why my dog died. Said I had to speak to their lawyer. But wont give me the lawyers contact info. Beware. I took many pets herehere for over ten years. Spent thousands of dollars with them. The prices are high but they have a clean place. So I didnt mind the high price. The price I would pay to have not been treated the way I was and have closure on my dog is priceless. They make a mistake and they forget about the patient comes first. Only concern they have at the end of the day is protect themselves instead of admitting they made a mistake. Regardless of all you want is an apology and some answers. Trust me when I say stay away. From onn loving animal owner to another.

I love this vet clinic and Dr. Rozendaal is the best! I feel like they actually care about the animals they see. All the staff there have been very friendly and helpful.

I am so thankful I found Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital. We have 3 dogs and during COVID I tried to get them into our last vet clinic of 9 years on 3 separate occasions when they were experiencing a non emergency issue and they could not accommodate us, they actually told me to find someone else, and I'm so glad they did! The veterinarians and assistants are so caring, thorough and kind. They take the time to answer all of your questions and treat my dogs like they are one of their own. The other thing I noticed, now that I was able to go inside, is how clean everything is! They also have a reward app that is fantastic! So far, making an appointment and finding a time that works has been very easy!

I drive down from Minneapolis just to see them! My family has had two dogs there for years (one is 15) and they’ve always taken great care of them. I just for a puppy and wouldn’t trust another clinic like I do with them!

Since covid has changed the way we interact. Maybe do video updates while our pets are being cared for. Just a thought! Thanks for the great customer service!

Very professional and helpful great place to take your pet. Could get a little bit expensive though.

First time taking puppy here. Staff seemed really nice and professional. Due to COVID restrictions I wasn't able to go inside to actually witness how the staff interacted or treated my puppy. Overall from talking over the phone and the greeting at the door from the Vet Tech I would say things went well. My puppy wasn't terrified or anything after coming out so I'd say that is a good sign that he was treated very kind.

We love all of the staff here. They are so friendly and caring! We have been clients since 1995. We could go to a vet closer to home but won’t because we love them so much.
