This place is wonderful!! I just started going to them because I didn’t feel like my old vet clinic cared as much as they should. I have an 80lb dog that is reactive to other dogs so bringing her where she might see other dogs gives me a lot of anxiety, however, Eagan Pet Clinic is amazing with how they handle it! I feel 100% confident brining my reactive dog there. She gets treated with so much love and care. 1000% recommend!

They were knowledgeable only reason for the four stars was for miscommunication on a price quote they'd given in the past and felt it was too high due to pup being just over 6 months by the soonest time they had available. Personally in the experience I had they were very helpful clean and patient with a scared lil four legged princess going in for her shots. Just maybe a bit too spendy and off with scheduling/reminders for dad.

We've been going to Eagan Pet Clinic for 15 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. They've taken excellent care of the 3 cats and 3 dogs we've brought there. They have been available for questions, routine visits, difficult diagnosis, the awful goodbyes, and the exciting new hellos. They handle everything with skill, kindness, and experience. We love care our pets receive at Eagan Pet Clinic.

Very unhelpful at times and often times a little rude when i come in. Not sure if i would continue to let my both my dogs go here for care any longer.

I have only had great experiences with Eagan Pet Clinic! Today I brought my cat in for her annual wellness visit, which is a very stressful situation for all involved. She is extremely aggressive in clinic situations, though we have tried different methods to improve her visits. Dr. Musser took time with me today to discuss a specialized treatment plan for her and answer any questions I had. He undoubtedly cares about what is best for each pet as well as their owner. Everyone is friendly from when you walk into the door to checking out at the end. Thank you for being so awesome!

I was extremely happy with the quality of care provided by Dr. Peterson and her team. The level of competence along with the genuine love of pets shown through their demeanors will always be remembered.

Extremely disappointing experience. My cat has a stress induced eye issue that has previously been diagnosed by this office. In her appt today she sat for 4 hours in her crate without seeing any doctor. I called and text twice for an update and was not given an explanation for why she hadn't been seen by a doctor. When I complained to the manager they stated this is how drop off visits go. BEWARE OF DROP OFFS. They said this was "a miscommunication", but made no effort to remedy the mistake. So if you're ok with your pet sitting for up to 8 hours in their crate then drop off here. In response to the owner: I was able to get another appt in town with a different clinic within 10 minutes of calling. Keeping pets in a crate for up to 8 hours is completely unacceptable.

Eagan Pet Clinic is exceptional in their care for our furry friends. My dog Alice, who is now about 1 1/2, had some very serious liver issues. They were SO incredible with fitting her in constantly for fluids, meds, and addressing her care to make her comfortable. She is now happy and healthy once again. Couldn't possibly say enough kind words about their docs and support staff- they simply rock and we are grateful!!

Dropped off my cat for a scheduled appointment due to stress induced sinus flair up to get a renewed prescription and they left her sitting alone for over three hours without even seeing her. I understand the need for contactless visits, but why set up an at all appointment if they force your pets to sit alone in a cage for hours waiting to see the vet? Schedule the appointment for later or tell me you are full for the day. Go somewhere more humane. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Update: I was able to schedule an in-person appointment at another local clinic for the next day. This method of dropping pets off is clearly just a ploy to squeeze in a few more appointments a day. My poor cat was thirsty, hungry, and needing to use the litter box after the ordeal. I would call this system neglectful and the business response downright unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

I had my first experience with EPC just 2 days ago and am very happy. My pittie baby Henry has not been feeling well and was already seen by his usual vet, and they were not able to determine what was going on with him and advised to an ultrasound, which my regular vet does not do. I called EPC and updated them to the situation and they said to bring him in and the Dr would see him as they are able between scheduled surgeries, for a small urgent visit fee- which was VERY reasonable. I bought him over and he was such a nervous boy- but they were great!! They calmed him and got him in the door. I updated Connie his symptoms and she assured that he would be seen as able- his ultrasound and exam was completed in less than 4 hours- I expected longer as he was a work in appt. When Dr Schowalter called she obtained a extensive history and findings from his work up were reviewed, as well as his outside results from his regular DR. We agreed on some additional work up and that she would call today with results. I got a VM today to call back as his blood work was negative and to please call the clinic with an update on his symptoms. I called back and had another conversation with her. She is concerned about my boy and admits that she is not able to verify exactly what is going on, but some things have been eliminated as the cause. Dr Schowalter apologized for not being able to provide an absolute diagnosis, which as an RN myself, understand that medicine is not always a straight line from symptom to diagnosis and that she has nothing to be sorry for. Dr Schowalter requested that I keep her updated and let me know which partner I should update with temp readings/symptoms while she is out for the holiday weekend and when she is in the clinic next. I did not feel pressured to do any unneeded tests and agree that process of elimination is the best way to go and if his symptoms persist, then likely a specialist referral. I felt like I was listened to and Dr S is genuinely interested in figuring out what is going on with Henry. It is always stressful when your pups are not feeling well or when going to a new DR and am so happy that this team is so caring for my boy and willing to try to get to the bottom of my Henry's mystery. The prices were very reasonable as well. I would recommend Dr Schowalter and EPC to any pup parent. Henry on the right, his brother Stanley on the left- competing for mom's attention as brothers will do ;)

The staff here are great despite it being very busy. I take both my senior dog (13 years) and my cat to this location and the vets are very knowledgeable and caring. My dog has several health issues including a chronic disease so you could say we are "regulars" here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

My cat had an appointment at 3pm yesterday for kidney issues. After dropping her off and advising the vet, which she has been to many times before, that she requires sedation before being handled, I was not contacted for more than an hour. I texted the clinic at 4:15pm asking for an update when I was promptly called and told that my cat had bit the vet and she had to go to the hospital. My car was left unattended in her carrier for more than hour, left to stress out. Then instead of being sedated from inside her carrier, as instructed, she was grabbed from the inside of the carrier. Not even let to come out on her own. The vet was bit. My cat could not even be examined. So now she needs to stay sick for ten more days while they “quarantine” her for rabies, even though she is an indoor cat that has no contact with other animals. After advising the Eagan Pet Clinic that I am not comfortable with how they treated my cat, I contacted other vets and explained the situation. Eagan Pet Clinic advised the other vets that my cat is not safe to handle. Now I have a sick cat that can’t be seen by any local vets. If you have an animal that you truly care about and want to see taken care of, find another vet.

This is a great clinic. The team is incredibly kind and passionate about critters!! My dog is a nervous rescue and he LOVES going here. The team is always so kind. I also have appreciated their covid procedures- very safe and streamlined practices for us and the clinic employees! Thanks Eagan Pet Clinic!!!

Tomorrow we will be moving out of state with our cats and one of the saddest parts about that is going to be finding a new vet! Dr. Peterson has been our vet since day one of getting our kitties and she is the absolute best there is! We are truly going to miss her and our time at EPC!

Their staff is just amazing. They are always so kind and helpful. When ever I have an emergency they get me in right away. I have two pups that have had a couple strange issues. They work so hard to figure it out and help me make the comfortable. Dr. Peterson is just amazing, she is so kind and helpful. She gave us hope when we were certain we had to put our puppy down due to his issues. We drive across the suburbs just to come here. I am so happy we found them.

We have been going to this vet for a little over a year, and I thought they were very good. But now I see that they are great. My dog was attacked and has had a lot of follow-up appointments. All the vets and techs that we have seen have been great with her.
