The owner hung up on my friend because their dog was in the hospital and couldn't make it to an appointment.

My wife brought our dog over to this place for the first time and the first thing she said when she came home is she won’t be back. Similar to other comments, my wife was barely and rudely greeted at the door and told to fill out a form. She heard one of the dogs being groomed yelp which matches up to some of the other reviews on here and the dogs being frightened to return. Learn some customer service and how to deal with people.

Looking for a simple nail trim for my dogs . I called the salon this morning to book a first time appointment for my dogs . The person who answered the phone was short , rude , and dismissive. I asked if I was bothering them , she said NOPE ! Sad way to make an impression

My dog violently shakes when he even thinks he’s going to her. She never greets me or my dog and have seen her throw my dog into the gated pen. She cut him once and said she didn’t realize it so I had a vet bill, she did refund some of the bill. Vet said she must have known. She is unfriendly with people and dogs and will not allow you in until she is done with your dog. The pictures of the dogs say it all. They all look totally sad and exhausted. My dog even had a bluish tongue on a picture and panting. I’m afraid as he is older that she whips though without giving them a break he may die as he is ten. I will try chuck and don’s instead.

Little hidden gem! I love how my beautiful dog gets groomed in this place. I used to take my dog to Petco and Petsmart and he always came back scared and traumatized, but I found this place and I am no worry anymore as he comes back happy and neat!

I’ve been taking my Morkie here for over a year and I’m really happy with the service and pricing! They are on time, provide good service and Lucy looks great when they are done with her!

We had a great experience here, we have an older dog who isn't great with other dogs so they took special care making sure our dog was separated from other dogs. Our dog was frightened by the noise of the dryers so there is now a note in her file for next time. I highly recommend this place!!

Rude person that answered the phone. hard to hear her, and no people skills. I would NEVER let them groom my dogs. I will keep driving to Burnsville. MANY better choices out there! ????????

Just called to ask questions and possibly book something even though I saw some of the bad reviews. Yea rude person who answered the phone. Not going to trust this place. If they don't care about the customers experience, they are definelty not going to care about my dog.

If you're looking for warm, fuzzy customer service to blow smoke up your rear posterior, you're not going to get it. That said, I have never, ever had a problem with getting an appointment, nor have I ever had a problem with "customer service" - as for those who "can't hear the person on the phone," I'm sorry, but I'm very skeptical. Why am I skeptical? I'm deaf and with my hearing aids, I can hear them just fine. If you're looking for people who are professional about grooming animals and treat them with loving care, this is the place. We have been coming here for over 5 years and have never once had a bad experience. Our dog loves the place, too!

I called to make an appointment...I was told to hold on. The lady put down the phone, didn't even put me on hold and said, "Heaven forbid people ******* call in advance!" And you want me to trust you with my dog? Terrible!

I brought my dog Bear there today at 1:30 when I contacted them at 11:00 am so they squeezed me in which was great! Not only is Bear fluffy and smells wonderful they included a picture of him in a Christmas scene which they gave me when I picked him up! Everyone in my family is fighting over that picture now! What a great experience! I would totally recommend this groomer to anyone.

Emily is fantastic! She was able to get me in last minute for a nail trim and she handled my 175 lb Mastiff with ease. She was very sweet and patient with him and did his nails better than they've ever been done before. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I am normally not one to write reviews but I was just bothered by the lack of customer service this place has. They do a decent job grooming my pet but if you are in the business of working with people (with their pets) that is not the only thing that matters. The women who took my dog was a snot when I asked for them to groom my dog a certain way. I felt very uncomfortable I was tempted to just get my dog and leave. The staff was not friendly at all which makes me feel like they are not very friendly to my furry friend when I am not there. Dont expect any sort of smile or eye contact from any of the staff. Every time I have brought my dog there, I get the vibe that the staff hate their job. This is my 4th time bringing my pet there and will be the last unfortunately. I did leave 2 stars because the appointment avaliblity is quick and they do a decent job grooming my pet but honestly there are many places that do a decent job grooming animals but treat their customs with actual respect.

I had to find a new groomer after I found out dogs were being abused where I had my dog previously. So far I'm pleased with their services. Always very prompt and professional with communication and my dog always looks great, they definitely pay attention to detail.

Took two dogs in. They were quick and both of the dogs looked great!

I was able to get in the same day. The price for a nail trim, grooming, and ear cleaning was very reasonable. Our dog has never looked and smelled so good. They even gave us a holiday card of our dog. Zero complaints.
