Kind staff who is professional while navigating the additional work associated with COVID precautions. The lobby is closed, but the receptionist response times are quick. Boarding is reasonably priced and simple. They can accomplish additional care while the pet is there as well, e.g. vaccines and nail trimming.

Over priced and covid freaks, not a hospital, a clinic!

With the caronavirus, the system they have in place is safe for both the owner and family pet as well as the hospital employees. My pet was well taken care of by people who really care about their health and well-being.

They took very good care of Gabby during her surgery. Everyone at France Avenue Pet Hospital is always caring and I can tell they love my girl as much as I do. Highly recommend them. And I have heard people saying they can’t get into their vet - I haven’t ever had that problem.

This team is the very best. We are so grateful for their care. So glad we found this clinic and the incredible Dr. Doyle!

My dogs and cats get all the attention they need...

The receptionist Lisa was very rude on the phone. Kept deflecting my questions. Kept cutting me off, and tried to have me hang up and wait for a call instead of helping me schedule an appointment which is well within her job scope. I tried to give her a short summary as to why I was scheduling an appointment and I got cut off twice. She clearly didn't want any of that information so I cut to asking to schedule an appointment. I had to ask three times to schedule an appointment as she kept giving me half answers instead of just choosing to take ownership and help me. Finally when we got to the date and time she asked what the reason for the appointment was and I repeated my short summary. What could have been a simple phone call felt extremely combative. All of the other staff at France avenue have been absolutely wonderful. When I ask questions over the phone and during appointments they do their best to answer my questions. There have been a few instances with my not receiving a call but overall informative and friendly staff. To Lisa: I have had a sick pet for months now and I understand that you don't have the answer to my lab questions however you are fully capable of scheduling an appointment for me and being kind on the phone without cutting me off. Please check yourself. You're in customer service. You have been kind in person, please be kind on the phone.

The vets are fantastic, but the staff are the best. They care for my pets as much as I do.

This is one of the only places that carry prescription dog food. We gave them our prescription from our vet and they were more than happy to fill the order. Nice people there too.

I chose this place because of good reviews and overall they've been good to me. But wow was I ever blown away when it came time to pay my bill for my cat's spay today. I knew they were a premium service and that I would be paying a little extra, but I could have found a way to get the procedure done for hundreds of dollars less. I'm sure the doctors are worth what they're paid, and I should have asked for a quote beforehand, however I didn't expect to pay nearly that much. It was a busy day -- I forgot to ask. There was nothing I could do of course because the procedure was already done. It's going to be a little hard to fit that into my budget right before Christmas. I hate to leave a bad review for a business charging a premium for a premium service, but I just really really would have had it spelled out beforehand. If I had known I would have gone elsewhere.Just be aware the level of care you'll be paying for here, I suppose

I can say that I have always had an amazing experience here and that they have taken very good care of my dogs for years. Both France Ave and Bush Lake pet hospitals have treated our dogs like they would their own.

Our two senior cats are being treated at France Ave Pet Hospital. The staff has been wonderful and helpful. Dr. Doyle has been compassionate, answers all questions and makes herself available to our furry kids. The prices are reasonable also.

Love it here! The staff are all incredibly polite and friendly, and always prompt to answer the phone when I have to call about buying more prescription food for my kitty.

I made an appointment, but when I showed up they couldn't find it. Not sure why, but regardless they got my pet in right away and did a checkup and immunizations. My cat seemed less agitated than normal after a vet visit. The vet answered my questions thoroughly over the phone, and gave me some tips that have helped improve my cat's health. During Covid they will take your pet directly from your car, and return them when completed.

Simply put, Dr. Jessica and her team are absolutely incredible. They know our dogs by name and always make them feel comfortable when we come to the office. We have called with questions many times and they are always willing to answer them for us, and are flexible with us coming in the same day if we need to. They are upfront with pricing and it is very reasonable for the care that your pets get. I don’t trust just anyone or any vet clinic with my dogs, but I confidently can say that my fur babies are always in great hands at France Avenue Pet Hospital.

Fantastic staff from check in to doctor's visit. Follow up calls from doctor after my dog had surgery. Very fair pricing for procedures I though as well.

I have been bringing my Rachel dog here for a dozen years and they have a friendly staff that is helpful and nice.

An affordable clinic with very helpful and friendly staff. Although I dont live nearby anymore, I still try and make it my primary location.

5 star for visability. Dr. Jessica has her own clinic now in Victoria MN. Well worth the drive, she has been my pets veterinarian for the last 6 years!
