The kindest and most knowledgeable veterinarian & staff while being reasonably priced. Dr. Jeff has helped our pets many times. We especially appreciate their help during comfort care for our sweet Beignet.

My six pound elderly dog dislocated her hip after jumping off a bed. The staff here was very kind and patient with me and my little dog. They gave me a referral to a specialist and the referral from them helped me get in much sooner than I would have been able to get on my own. All turned out well and she is as good a new. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We have brought our kitties here for a few years and have loved the service. Everyone has been very nice, the appointment times are convenient. Prices for food and services seem reasonable. The only thing that can cause confusion is what shots are needed when, it always takes a few min to figure it out but a very minor issue that is always taken care of.

They truly care about your pets health above all else. They provide you with pros and cons of every option, answer every question and make sure you leave confident and satisfied with the care you received. We ended up going to Blue Pearl for an emergency but ended up coming here because the issue was not resolved. Paid more at blue Pearl but had faster and more work done here, not only that but the problem was solved. Can't recommend this place enough staff and doctor are extremely friendly and patient, you won't regret making this your primary.

River Ridge has provided loving care for our dog through the years. The Vets and staff are wonderful. They have always provided us with options to best serve us and our dog.

Staff at every level are kind, empathetic and supportive. The Vets have always discussed what options are available for any health issues & carefully given their recommendations. Dr. Lundgren takes great care of my doggos and cat. He explains things and often takes a wait and see approach so as to not perform unnecessary tests or procedures... Unless immediate action is necessary--He's great about knowing the difference!

Great place cheaper on shot and overall exams

My Vet was closed today, and they were so helpful to get us in. The clinic is clean, staff are more than friendly. The Doctor was so personable and our Springer Spaniel loved them all. The Doc was extremely thorough in the exam. I think we may switch to this vet clinic!!

I’ve been taking my dog and two cats here for over a year and have had a great experience. I live in South Minneapolis and make the drive to Burnsville because the vet and staff are so awesome.

We had just gotten a new puppy two weeks ago and she fell ill. We chose to take her here. All of the staff were very helpful, professional and went above and beyond what they needed to do. It was determined by the doctor that our puppy needed to go to the ER. Unfortunately, she had to be put to sleep. The doctor called me a day later to express his condolences. I wouldn't have expected that. They really know how to, not only take care of our furry family members, but take care of us in the process. They have costumers for life in us.

My 7 year old dog became very ill over Christmas last year. We went into urgent care and found out that she was filled with bladder stones and that she would have to have surgery soon. I was able to schedule surgery with her regular vet, Dr. Lundgren who has always been amazing with my dogs. Dr. Lundgren called me daily for 2 weeks after my dog's surgery to check in on her, which is above and beyond and is more than any other vet has done that I have taken my animals to see. I even brought my dog in a few times during those couple of weeks due to complications and he never charged me for the visits. I am so grateful for the amazing staff at this clinic!
