They are very helpful. Cashier even gave me a bunch of free samples to see if my cat would like certain foods. She was honest and didn't have me buy something higher priced to help my cat. Very reasonable honest and friendly place. Even some cats to look at there. Try it at least once to make your pet healthier!

We switched to a raw diet for our cats due to allergies. Both thrive on raw food and their coats gleam. The woman who runs this location is always chipper and helpful, and always offers to help carry my purchases. Highly recommend!

Really improved my cat's weight. His coat is just gorgeous since changing to a raw diet. How can anything that snells as bad as canned cat food be healthy!? So glad my son encouraged me to switch.

I go there for the dehydrated lamb lung. My dogs absolutely love it. Nice large bag for a reasonable price.

The head Lady at the St. Paul location is extremely helpful, and kind. The raw food is high quality ~ my British Lab’s coat changed, 100%, after eating only raw for 4 weeks! Super cool!

My German Shepherd was experiencing some dietary issues which prompted us switch over to a raw diet. He has been on a raw diet for 2.5 months now and is doing great! Woody's has been right there to answer all of my questions regarding what food to start him on and what type natural treats I should use. Maryanne is extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place!

Saved our cats’ life. Couldn’t process bagged or canned food and the raw food in the pet stores is prohibitively priced. Thankfully we found Woodys. Just wish I had one in Eagan!

The dog food here is the best quality food you can find anywhere. Workers are always friendly and helpful. My dogs love this food.

Not a great place. Not welcoming. I was walking with my dog and as I was going to open the door there was an off leash dog, which I assume is the owners, sitting at the front door barking and growing. So much so that the door was slowly opening by the dog lunging at the glass. Creating a safety concern for myself, my dog, and the public. The owner slowly got up and pulled the dog in the back. She didn't bother to check to see if my dog was bitten. I shop at Chuck & Dons often and wanted to check out other shops. Will definitely not check out this one.
