Great staff there! Good folks who treat your pets with love!

Everyone at this animal hospital was really helpful, kind, courteous, gentle with pets, and professional. As my first time being a fur mama, and bringing my kitten in for his wellness check, they gave me and Toby the kindest and warmest welcome. Thank you ladies! Toby and I will see you again in few more weeks!

I started coming to Scenic Hills in 2019 when I first adopted my dog. A friend recommended a vet there and he was truly fantastic but he left to pursue his own practice. I sought out other vets wanting somewhere closer to where I live. I had bad luck at a few places so I decided to go back to Scenic Hills when my dog needed to get her annual bordatella vaccine and an annual well visit. It turned out that the previous vet I took my dog to had given her bordatella earlier this year so she didn't need another one but the old vet had taken a while to send the records over and apparently it got lost in emails at Scenic Hills. The doctor decided to comp my visit since my dog didn't need bordatella and she was healthy, which I was so grateful for. On top of that they are communicative, friendly, reliable, and accommodating. They make the drive worth it and I will keep going back!

The professionals at this vet are amazing. They really care about animals and took the time to get my cat in on short notice. Really showing that they care. They took the time to take care of my cat and did a great job doing so. They clearly explained aftercare and made sure it was understandable.

Everyone on staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Harrison was very gentle and knowledgeable. I like that the clinic isn’t too big or too stimulating! I definitely recommend this place.

I Feel very good bringing my cats here, they are very well taken care of! The Staff is amazing! you can tell they really care!!

We went there for a couple of months the Dr that seen our dogs good doctor. The customer service just no good. The front desk lady told us if we dont put a credit card on file we cant have our dogs go there anymore. They said its a new policy. I think it's a security issue. Nobody else does it. We will be going somewhere else.

The staff are all amazing. My pets are well taken care of here and their process during the pandemic has been awesome.

I brought my puppy here for the first time. He was very excited and the aura of the business was very positive and welcoming. They are affordable and I felt like my baby was taken care of well. Everyone was good to us and your could tell that they care more than anything about the animals brought into their facility. I will continue to bring my puppy to Scenic Hills and recommend getting the paw plan ????

I've been bring my dogs to this place since 2012 and I love the experience they give me every time I come in with my dogs. They treat my dogs very well and care for them in the best way possible. Great place to take your dogs to.

Everyone there is so caring. They have so much love for every pet that walks through the door. I like how the vets listens to my concerns and provide exceptional feedback. They take their time with me and my dogs. They play with my dogs and both of my dogs love going there. It’s a cuddle trip for them as far as they know. Both come out oblivious that they just had shots.

Staff very un informed and dont care , lived her all my life had multiple Pets and I'm done with these fools !!!!!

They are all changed since the older gentleman left. We brought our dog when we first got him took him in for the puppy check up and she didn’t even find his bad knees so we could have gotten our money back. Then they charge way to much for everything. I brought my dog yesterday because he was sick and pooping blood asked them to check him out not with out money and we have there paw plan what a joke that is. I asked them to do X-rays and she would refuse cause we didn’t have the money right then. I am a disabled veteran with ptsd and other problems when my dog get sick I shouldn’t have to worry about calling the vet. Also while we were there for a emergency they had door dash delivered and then told me they had all the other patients to look at. This place is a joke. I have also been can not return because they say they are scared cause I yelled and told them to do what I’m paying for.

Every time I have been to Scenic Hills (annual exams, sick pet, end-of-life services, or new pet), I have had a pleasant experience. The staff is so friendly and the vets are very calm and kind. Everyone takes their time with my animals and makes sure that all my concerns or questions have been addressed to my satisfaction.

I took my cat Mr. Business in for an eye infection. It was our first time going there and everyone was so nice and welcoming and Dr. Hartson is just the best. I will definitely be coming here for vet services long term!!! 10/10 highly recommend

I was surprised that the vet didn't check my Shih Tzu for the known dislocation of the joints, as the vets have in the past. I also felt that they were pushing expensive tests that may not be required.

They were absolutely Awesome taking care of Rosebud. I would recommend them to everyone.

I NOT ONLY HAD ONE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM I HAD TWO! THE FIRST TIME I TAKE 2 PUPPIES TO THEM I TELL THE MY DOG HAVE AN EYE ISSUE WITH THEM WHERE IS SWELLING they say"bring them in" I DO WHEN I SHOW UP THERE I CALL 15 MIN BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT THEY TELL ME "OK WR SHOULD BE OUT TO PU THE PUPPIES" 45 MIN PASS BY I CALL THE.THAT I AM OUTSIDE THEY TRY TO TELL ME THAT I AM LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT... I MANAGE TO HAVE THEM LOOK AT MY PUPPIES THEY DONT DO ANYTHING AND SAY THEY CANT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE HOW THEY ARE .SOMETHING THAT COULD BEEN SAID OVER THE PHONE! OH AND THEY CHARGE FOR THAT! THE SECOND TIME I CALLED THEM TO ASK HOW MUCH IS GOING TO BE FOR GIVE SHOTS TO 10 PUPPIES THEY SAY 150.00 I ASKED THEM FOR ALL 10, OR EACH ONE? THEY SAY ALL 10.I ALSO ASKED THE AGE TO GET THEM SHOTS IS THEY SAID 6MONTH. WHEN MY SISTER GETS THERE THEY SAY OH THEY ARE TOO YOUNG WE CANT GIVE THEM SHOTS AND IT WILL BE 485 FOR THE SHOTS. I TELL THEM WHAT THEY SAID OVER THE PHONE AND THEY GO ASK A MANAGER AND THEY COME BACK SAYING THAT I WAS IRRATE AND SCREAMING...WHICH IS FUNNY BECAUSE ALL I DID WAS ASKEX THEN WHY THEY SAY ONE THING OVER THE PHONE AND AN OTHER THING IN THE CLINIC. THEY DO NOT ASSUME RESPONSABILITY AT ALL!!!!!!

The Vet, Dr. McCarl is so kind and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff, the vet techs are incredibly patient and attenative to your concerns. I'm at ease bringing our furbaby there!

Good place to take your pets

Brought Frankie my 11 week old pup there.They were absolutely amazing. So friendly and informative. I also have a 2 year old pup who will also be going to Scenic Hills now. Cannot say enough positive things.

Great experience here. Very friendly and accommodating. Five stars on taking great care of my cat and communicating with me on how to approach the issue.

The main reason for the appt was to get more heartgaurd and flea and tick medication. But they did not have the heart gard in office for my dog so I have to come back when it comes in. Then after her appointment they forgot to bring my dog out to me??? Not a good review for visit.

The staff were very welcoming but there was some confusion regarding the free wellness exam for new customers after noticing the charge for it on the invoice. I was told that it was the clients responsibility to inform them if I was a new customer which I thought was a bit odd as they should know whose new or not? Was told they would correct the charge but I haven’t heard anything back from them. Other than that, seems like a nice facility.

Got us in quickly, very affordable and very friendly. Blood tests next morning, and i got the feeling they really value and adore their pet customers. Will definitely return!

I LOVE the staff and this place. I ALWAYS refer people here.. HOWEVER the last few times I’ve been coming the communication has been slim and yesterday my appointment was at 2;45 I waited in my CAR till 3:30 till someone FINALLY came out for my dogs.. NOT HAPPY as people That pulled up a half hour after me got in before me!!! ????‍♀️ I did not leave there till 4PM.. also another problem with the communication but they did fix it! I know things are a mess because of Covid but it just seems like the doctors and techs are not on the same page.
