Excellent clinic! Super friendly staff, really helpful when I had an emergency with my cat

We love Midway Animal Hospital! Dr. Julie is amazing...she is loving, respectful and kind to the animals and so knowledgeable. The vet techs are wonderful, too...friendly, and they treat each animal like it was their own.

This clinic has the best staff . Dr. Nolte is wonderful, she always gives you least expensive options when available without pressuring you or making you feel guilty if you don't the finances for certain things. They truly care about their patients.

Loved Dr. Julie...she and the staff were great with my shy mastiff. Got caught up on vaccines and handled an incontinence issue with my dog. Convenient location and I appreciate their continued vigilance around covid with continued mask usage.

I brought my dog here for the first time and was very pleased with how knowledgeable, informative and thorough the staff was. My dog had a long list of things we needed to take care of and I didn’t feel rushed at all. This ultimately allowed me to get all of my questions and concerns met and my dog got all that she needed for her exam.I would recommend this clinic to anyone, everyone was great!

Wonderful vet that cares for our cat

I can't tell you how much I love the Midway Animal Hospital. I moved to the area and didn't want to drive all the way to another clinic (cats are not a fan of car rides). I decided to try the MAH. Was slightly worried about the costs (only experience with vets was with one of those $25/month care plan things), but was surprised at how affordable they are and how much they care. They are the go to clinic for my fur babies!

Was charged for an uneccesary lab work that my cat had to endure just because they had 2 veteranarians working with different views on if they would put my cat under anesthesia for a teeth cleaning or not. Was told by one vet they would still do the cleaning with a heart murmur. Well I guess that vet was just a sub cause when the regular vet came in the next day from vocation and took over my cat's care she was not comfortable with doing the cleaning. They had already had my cat for the whole day and had done some preliminary lab work on her. I was called to come pick her up and that the vet wasn't actually going to do the cleaning. They tried to still charge me with the bill. Not my fault I was told they would still do it even with a known hear murmur from PREVIOUS ASSESSMENTS and miscommunication between the veteranarians. When I told them this information i was told, "well we still did the labs so you still owe us". Some Vet techs have been also very rude at times. They have lost my business on my three pets.

Dr. Nolte and the clinic are amazing. They have been there for us for anything and everything. They know that our dogs are our kids and treat them as such.

I have been taking my cats to this vet for 5 years. They have always demostrated a professional comprehension of the health of my three cats and helped convey issues in laymans terms so that I could do my best to take care of my pets.

My cat got attacked by a dog and Midway (my regular vet) got me in right away, provided me with options and cost estimates quickly and provided surgery and followup visits for a very affordable cost. Me and my kitty are very lucky. ❤❤❤

Overall they are a very acceptable and professional small practice. My 'average' review would be higher if they had a larger staff to cater to emergencies. Due to a lack of availability, we sought a bigger practice. If you are looking for a very good animal physician, this is your place. Otherwise, be prepared to take your animal to an emergency hospital if sudden misfortunes or circumstances should arise. Due to necessity, we opted for a practice that was more affable to emergencies.

We’ve had the great fortune of going to Midway Animal Hospital for several years now and they are an incredibly kind, competent team. They’re fantastic with our Labrador puppy and even more amazing with our cat (who is a complete nightmare to work with). So patient and easy to work with!
