Why should people trust this woman after she “forgot” two out of 6 dogs in a vehicle and they died? She can apologize all she wants, but it could very easily happen again. I would never leave my dogs in the hands of this woman! Forgetfulness is not acceptable when you’re responsible for the lives of animals. Maybe you need to see a doctor.

The owner left two dogs in a hot car. The two dogs passed away from hyperthermia / heat exhaustion in the car.

Sometimes she does fly by the seat of her pants, but that's because she's flexible and goes the extra mile to meet the needs of the dog and the owners. Terrific service. Our dog Eddie always greats Cathy with a wagging tail and goes trotting off with her in complete trust.

Beware of this "business". They left 2 gorgeous dogs in a hot car and the dogs died. Google Simba, Jasper and the Urban Dog and see for yourself.

Our dog Simba and our parents dog Jasper were killed today by being left in the hot car by the negligent dog walker Cathy Menard from The Urban Dog. Do not trust her with your animals! Rest in piece Simba and Jasper.

Cathy and her team are amazing! We have been using them for 9 years now and they have taken such great care of our dog scout. Highly recommend ❤️

Not actually located on Fremont in Minneapolis. It's in St. Louis Park, and owner does not allow dog owners to tour. Left 2 dogs to die recently in a car. Do not use.

Cathy Menard has taken care of my dog for almost 12 years. Lucie was also picked up last Thursday morning and could very well been in that car. Cathy made a heartbreaking mistake which she took accountability for. I am proud to know her and defend her. Cathy’s heart is unimpeachable. You can choose not to use her service but do not denigrate her character as she is a truly good person and deserves forgiveness.

The review by Jeffrey Guest is baseless and sent in retaliation for his termination for dereliction and drunkenness. I work with Cathy Menard and think she and the Urban Dog team are superlative, going way beyond the expectations of most clients. Urban Dog is the best around.

i am being fair....the owner flies by the seat of her pants....throws curve balls which i, graciously, hit out of the park...not so good on her documentation (paperwork)...yet to be paid for services rendered..i did like working with most the dogs (the ones i walked and taxied around but some of the dog employees not so much

I have been using this service for seven months now. My dog has a fearful temperament, but the sitters (Gary) has bee wonderful. I highly recommend this service.

We have been with Cathy for about 6 months now and their team of walkers has been wonderful and very accommodating with our aging dogs varying needs.
