Ride got cancelled just because they did not have enough drivers. The workers on the phone are rude. And I'm always late to work.

We have been using this service ( East Zone)for our disabled(wheelchair) son since July. Went just fine in the beginning, but since November we have had nothing but problems,,,late @ one point over 45 mins to get him to an appointment, just recently, picked up from appointment almost an hour late and sitting on a bus for close to 2 hours before arriving home. I thought that this would be a public service for our disabled son that would make his life easier and less stressful, it has been the opposite. I know that COVID has been a blow to all of us, but to the elderly and disabled that depend on public transportation to get them to appointments on time this service needs to be re-evaluated by people in charge to make adjustments for the clients that need this type of daily help with transportation to be on time and not brushed off by statements that they are sorry...Don't be sorry,,,do something to make this service better. We appreciate the drivers that make this their career choice and have had a great rapport with the reservationists, but the system is not working...

Metro Mobility is a Professional Organization where are the reservations management staff drivers and dispatchers all work very diligently and organized to get the client's to their destinations in a reasonable amount of time

They really need better drivers. Every bus I see drives way below speed limit and hogs the left lane like they own the road.

Work on being here when u say u are comeing never on time once lame service I took it three years you would think they get better but no they decide to cancel ur rides and give them to a different driver

Driver on bus 61728 on 11-18-21 almost ran into me because he didn't want to get stuck at a red light. Someone was in front of him so he veered into my lane to which luckily I was able to move my car out of his way. These guys need to learn they have numbers on the bus. Waiting to hear back from their customer service cause he needs fired.

As a disabled person, I rely on Metro Mobility and they do a great job.I appreciate this service in my community.

Just had a most satisfactory conversation with Dave. After 3 efforts, over 3+ more months, I am now all set. An MM Card will be issued and sent to me. The errors were all minor, some human, some fate, but now all is done - just in time for my Halloween Birthday. I am very pleased. Thanks, Dave!

10:12 am 9/28/2021 Hanson Blvd cub foods. Driver ran me into a curb. Called in, customer service hung up on me I will be visiting them when I have time tomorrow. To make sure a formal complaint is written!!!!!!!!

Arrival times at your house/apartment aren't that consistent. I recommend a taxi. Though, price of M.M. is cheaper.

The website and the agents on the phone are perfect: helpful and(the agents, when the online booking falters…) knowledgeable. The drivers are kind, attentive, empathic.

Seems people who require this service have nothing better to do with their lives than to wait on transportation and travel different communities all day to reach their final destination. Not a priority, just a commodity.

most unprofessional service in the state it is disgusting how you can ask to be somewhere before your appointment time and the driver will be 27 minutes late to picking you up and not even bat an eye because they have a “30 minute window” to pick you up before it’s late. absolutely atrocious to paying customers and clients I would give it -100 stars if I could

I called MM today for a return ride home fr a Dr appt at 4pm. I waited the usual ten minutes to call and confirm with the "transportation plus" taxi service that they got the request from metro mobility. They said it had not come thru. I called back ten minutes later. They still had not rc'd the request.. I kept calling mm and at 4:45 metro mobility finally resent the order to transportation plus. I finally gave up at 5:15 as TP said they still had never rec'd the request from metro mobility.. I told the taxi co to cancel the request, if it ever came thru and called lyft To go home. The clinic was closed, so i had to wait outside in high heat. Now At 8pm, 4 hrs later, I got a text from TP that they got my request and a taxi would be coming to the Dr office to take me home! Thank goodness I had enuf funds on a credit card 4 the lyft ride home, since it had to be paid on a credit card at time of request via phone

I used metro for the first time and it was wonderful! What a great service for us people who no longer can drive. They were prompt professional and very friendly. Making sure I was safe and secure on my trip. I can’t say enough good things! I had Shawn and Leah as my drivers and they were wonderful! 5 stars!!

They always forget to lock my Walker my walker ends up banging into all the seats when the driver pulls off , the buses be so hot no air conditioning I ended up in emergency room for overexhaustoin

I had an 11:30 pick up. When the driver came she said she had to drop off the person in the van. Then proceeded to tell me the dispatcher just added 2 more pick ups AND drop offs before me. I called and got some Leanns voice mail. I got to the place an hour and twenty min. later which would normally be 15 min trip. Then to top it off I had less than a half hour to rush and here comes my pick updriver 20 min early. I had to leave my items at the checkout. I noticed the dispatcher added the word. DEMAND. below my name on the screen so this has become intentional due to my past complaint. I had ordered a ride to work for 8 pm. acouple months ago. to get to work 15 min away. The driver picked me up then drove to pick someone up 20 min. away then drove way out to Columbia Heights another 20 mins. Then drove right past my home where I was picked up originally and went tord my work. I got to work at 9:40pm. I have to work at 9 and its originally a 15 min ride. I made a complaint and since then my rides are really late 45 min, or come in the morning not evening, or give the driver the wrong info.I am beyond frustrated.espeshally knowing its being done intentionally due to making a complaint. I am checking into taking further action.

Very poor service. Issue Everytime I book a ride and they are always late. Some drivers are rude and act like they don't like there job . The call center is even worse they act very disrespectful to u alot of times when u try and book a ride. These people should all be fired

I am a healthcare worker & even after scheduling my ride 1 hour before my time, they are never on time. Many a times, they never showed up. It has caused me being late at work. If they are providing this service to healthcare worker they need to stick to it. Plus, the customer service is TERRIBLE. They are very rude. If we as a healthcare workers are paying them, they need to respect our profession & time both. Terrible terrible experience & worse service.

Scheduled a ride for 11AM to get to work. It was chilly and snowing, so I decided to wait just inside my door, watching from the window. Waited 45 minutes and no ride. Called them and they told me the driver had come and left. Where? I saw no busses pull into my circle. If it's true that they came, they didn't bother to knock or ring my doorbell letting me know they had arrived. Thankfully, I was able to find alternative transportation, but it really puts clients in a bind when we need to get to an appointment or work and then either not show up or at least notify us that they're here.

Depending on the driver and/or the customer service representative you can either have a 1 or 5 star experience. Not always the most timely for clients that use the service. We usually transport our clients to their jobs so they aren't late, return rides are usually not an issue.
