Decent staff. Poor systems. Recommend bringing paper copies of all pet vaccine records for every appointment or else appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount due to system errors. I will be switching to another business after using this Bubbly Paws for several years and bringing multiple dogs there. Additional Response Below: There was only 1 reminder email and 1 text for the appointment. Perhaps, there is a system issue that needs to be fixed as I mentioned above if your records show otherwise? This would be the second appointment for this dog, which is up to date on rabies vaccination with the documentation I previously provided and would have assumed is stored in your system. I have brought 2 dogs to other Bubbly Paws locations (e.g. St. Louis Park) when they were alive, but you probably don't realize it with your faulty system.

I brought my puppy in for her first full grooming. I should have listened to my intuition and got her and left when I saw the groomer drag her down the hall. When I went to pick her up she was on the floor behind the counter. I lifted her and carried her to the car and carried her inside. When I put her on the floor she had trouble walking. She had a dislocated patella. Had my vet take care of her. When I called management they refused to refund their fee and gaslighted me. I don't trust them.

Had not been to the Chicago Avenue location before but it was awesome! Super helpful and welcoming staff, bright, clean and well stocked! Parking is right outside the door, they couldn't have made it much easier for us to get our pup scrubbed! Thanks!

I visited the Bubbly Paws in St. Louis Park today as I have so many times before. I have a very senior lab with bad hips so mobility is a challenge. In my past experiences over 4+ years I have never had a policy of tethering dogs in the tub enforced or brought to my attention. Today it was. When I questioned due to this never happening before, my dogs capabilities, anxiousness when tethered as well as the potential to harm for him if he fell, I was met with zero compassion and empathy. Just that it was their policy and would be enforced. Even after saying ok I’ll just put his collar and leash on so he is constrained, I was told to tether him. So I finally just said I would leave. Even though my dog was wet and soapy, I felt as if I had to leave immediately. When I did it was not offered to at least rinse him, etc. The employee just seemed content to enforce her policy and have a very visibly senior dog leave in that state. When I messaged the owner all I got was a response reiterating their policy and the dangers of not constraining a dog. He completely missed the point. I have zero issue with their policy of wanting a dog constrained. It makes complete sense in fact. My issue is the manner in which they are inconsistently enforcing it, lack of empathy and accommodation for an old challenged dog and the overall response and manner with which it was handled. Sadly I won’t be back even though I have enjoyed the facility and staff for a number of years. Frankly all dogs handle situations and stress differently. When my dog is tethered he freaks pulling and yanking on the constraint. However on his collar and leash he is fine and much safer. Now add water, soap and slippery floors to a potentially freaking out hobbled dog - not a good or safe combination. I would encourage Bubbly Paws to open their minds and hearts to individual situations.

I want to first off say I LOVE it here it’s so convenient for me, my dog has no issues, and I love how it’s set up. DANI does an amazing job and I can tell by the way my dog reacts to her before and after :) I do have an issue with other occasions it never fails when ROWAN is scheduled to groom my dog he always claims he’s too matted and denies service if i don’t shave my dog? Weird. This has happened on two occasions with the same person! It makes me wonder if he’s questioning if my dog is really mines by the way he says “are you the owner” or if he’s trying to get extra money somehow by shaving my dog. Either way it’s making me uncomfortable as a customer ready to spend my money i work hard for, especially after i took him somewhere else right after and the groomer said my dog was NOT that matted enough to be shaved and DANI has never had this issue with my dog. I’ll make sure to never schedule with him again.

Super happy with our first experience at Bubbly Paws! They were ready for us, the groomer was so nice and kind to our dogs, the man assisting us was helpful and friendly! Love the tubs and that they had no slip pads and good neck retainers! The towels were clean and fluffy. They gave us a head calming cover for the blow dry (she was still nervous, but I think it did help ????). Before the visit I called to get assistance with putting nail trims and baths close together (time wise) ~ the woman who assisted me was super helpful. I booked the baths online on their new system and it was easy with great reminder and confirmation texts. We will definitely be back. Covid: Good procedures and precautions. Wear your mask.

I have used Bubbly Paws many times for grooming of my two little dogs. They always come back happy and looking great!

This was our first visit at Bubbly Paws and I was SO impressed! Dani new what I wanted exactly after I showed her a picture and I couldn’t believe how handsome my pup looked when I picked him up. Love Bubbly Paws, they are so clean, and they do a great job with Jake. Dani took great care with Jake yesterday and he was so happy afterwards.

Isaac is wonderful. I can tell he really cares for my dog and does such a wonderful job grooming my pup. Goldendoodles are no joke and he does a wonderful job. I will continue to support this local shop and I am thankful for all the steps they've taken to keep customers and themselves safe in this covid19 season.

They had last minute availability for bringing in my chocolate lab for a nail trim. Brought him in and the place was spotless, staff was super friendly, and the nail trim took no time at all. They walked him back to a room while I browsed hankies and by the time I picked one out he was all done! Great experience!

Sarah was definitely in tune with what our big dog needed. Not just grooming but she took care of his stress level while he was there. I really appreciate that! And I so appreciate they don’t kennel the dogs! They are my go to!!

They're great both for grooming services and for self-service baths. My larger dog is too "energetic" for me to cut his nails, so, I started taking him to Bubbly paws this spring--he does great with the groomers there, and his paws, my legs, and our floors all appreciate it. He also has come to hate baths in our bathtub and had frankly become a filthy beast, but with the set-up for self-service baths at Bubbly Paws he does great, and I am able to keep him clean without the cost of a full-service groomer for that service. Just today, I took our 5 month old puppy there for the first time for a nail trim with the groomer. Our puppy has stranger anxiety, but the groomer was great with her. We are definitely going to be long-term customers both for the groomers to keep our dogs' nails trimmed and for us to use their self-serve baths to keep them clean (which is important when you have the kind of dogs that like to pose in front of Biff's).

Issac did a phenomenal job of grooming my 5 mo old cavapoo puppy, Bentley! The cut/style was identical to the pictures I’d shown him. Issac was also so sweet in his demeanor when handling Bentley. I think Bentley could’ve stayed at Bubbly Paws all day long! :) **I’d also like to commend Bubbly Paws on their professionalism and flexibility. My original appt was cancelled due to COVID related circumstances. Bubbly Paws was able to reschedule the appt to meet the needs of my schedule. Fantastic service. We will be scheduling with Issac at the Minneapolis location for our next groom. Thanks Bubbly Paws!

I was so scared because I was bringing in a Yorkie who was a hot mess. He was matted all over and I was afraid of what I would get back. (COVID did a number on our grooming schedule.). Dani did an amazing job! She was so sweet! And my dog looked amazing. I’m so happy with them!!!!!

I've been bringing my English Goldendoodle, Charlie, here for awhile now. Sarah does a wonderful job and I always get great reports on Charlie's behavior. The only suggestion I propose is shortening up that long answering machine message. That's a bit to wait through to leave a message.
