Mediocre service with a bigger price tag than most. There’s one vet tech that was so nice to me and my kitty so I thought I found my new home, sadly I was wrong.

Best vet around- very caring , attentive, and knowledgeable. I won't trust anyone else with my pets!

This is one of the best vet centers I’ve ever been to. Quality care and the knowledge to back it up. Love that is on grand and has semi easy parking. When I walked in this visit my cats name was on the welcome board. I thought that was a great touch.

We love Grand Ave vet for both our dog and cat. They are always so kind and the clinic is an old house, so it feels comfortable and inviting for humans and pets. Pricing is reasonable as well.

New to the area and called with questions on scheduling for a cat with new GI issues. After asking my questions about general appointment scheduling was told the next appointment would not be available until the end of December, even for a sick pet. I understand many places are overwhelmed with appointments, but at no point did the receptionist even ask any questions about my sick pet. My pet could be very ill, but no probing questions to triage my pet for even an emergency clinic recommendation.

This is such a high-quality vet center. They’re easy to work with and responsive and take great care of my pup! They truly go above and beyond when it comes to his separation anxiety. I would not consider them low-cost, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else and they do automatically apply any coupons or rebates they have going.

Fear-free vet! Love them. They provide high-quality care and great communication. The front office is great for things like emailing records where they need to be and arranging prompt callbacks. They go above and beyond for my dog! I wouldn’t consider them low-cost, but they do apply coupons and rebates automatically.

They are so thorough and caring. Everyone has been very gentle with my pets and they provide treats during the visit and pheromone towels to calm your fur babies. Love them!

My kitty Clarkie was so sick and Grand Avenue Veterinary Center has been so responsive and are doing everything they can for my little guy. They are the first ones we trust and are so knowledgable, reliable, and loving to animals and their families. They are an integral part of my kitty's health and wellness.

They seem ok. Its sad thou, that they thought it was a good idea, to send my daughter's cat to oakdale animal hospital. Not a good place to send a sick animal. The vet should be more knowledgeable about the places she is referring to.

Grand Avenue Vet has always been my first choice for the furry members of our household. They truly care for our pets, and treat the humans in the house with care and respect, too.

They are a bit expensive, but completely worth it for the trustworthiness and care that they show in their work.

Thank you so much to the staff that assisted me today with my sweet cat Hank! I was in a bind this morning when Hank vomited up blood and I could not get into my regular vet. Grand Ave. Veterinary Center got me in within an hour and a half from when I called and check out my boy. Luckily he checked out good and just had a sour tummy. They provided a few options for resolution and offered great advice. I am truly so thankful I made the call to them this morning and put Hank into their care! <3
