The groomers are professionals and their grooming skills are superb. The cost is reasonable and so worth the outcome. What is most important is the loving, happy atmosphere in the salon and our pets sense this calm and gentle attitude. It all adds up to a top-notch fun grooming experience ❤️

I just brought my 13 year old puppy girl home from a session with Deb. She is calm and happy, not anxious and upset as she sometimes is when I pick her up from a grooming session. She looks lovely. Thanks, Deb, for taking such good care of my sweet girl.

When our dog was a puppy we brought it to PetSmart to get groomed and they didn't awful job. We then brought him to Blue ribbon grooming the next time and have taken him there ever since he is now 12 years old. Never had a bad cut.

Brought my puppy in for a haircut and a bath and nail trim been here multiple times before and I’ve never had any issues I dropped her off at 11:30 and she was done by 12:30 because the groomer Mary had to bring her dog to the vet so I paid $70 for my dog to get rushed through a grooming not even to get bathed and her nails barely cut. After looking at my dog after I got off work I was a palled to say the least I felt so bad for her she had razor burns around her tummy literally the worst place in the world. DO NOT COME HERE.

We took our dog here based on another groomers recommendation. My dog is 56 lbs and I was told this groomer could handle large dogs. My dog had never been to a groomer before, she’s 9 months and I told them upfront she was nervous around new experiences, they told me no problem, they take extra time with new dogs to introduce them to equipment and such. THEY DIDN’T!! They put her on the table and started cutting so when someone turned on the dryer she freaked out. What did they do? They called us and told us to come and get her. She was half groomed and not bathed and they had the nerve to charge us $30.00. I would never take any dog I owned here ever again.

We just starting bringing our 2 dogs here and love the staff here. They are very friendly and was able to get us in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to come here.

Mary is great with our Toby, which is saying a lot because he is a whole lot of anxiety in a feisty furry package.

Took my Shih Tzu there for the first time a few weeks ago. They came right out to greet us. The groomer asked some questions, made a few suggestions which I appreciated. An hour later I picked him up. She brought him right out, he looked so stinkin' adorable. The cut was perfect and he had a little decorative tie around his neck. In spite of having to do things a little different because of Covid. They did an amazing job at welcoming a first time customer, grooming the dog and making us feel valued as a customer. We will be returning customers and I feel very comfortable recommend this groomer to everyone!

Whenever we take our dog here, they always do such a good job, especially Mary. He always looks exactly how we want him. It also doesn't take that long for him to be groomed. Love this place!!

Wonderfully satisfied! I have a difficult kitty for grooming and was uncertain if they would be able to do her. I got to the point I couldn't do her at home anymore and even brought her to one groomer who pretty much asked me to not bring her there again (and they didn't do a good job). Thought I would have to have sedated to get out all the matting. But Mary was so calm and reassuring and said, "Let's try it out and see how it goes". I picked her up an hour later with such a great lion cut! I love it! Will only go here now.

I love this place. My doggie is treated very well. Nancy is his groomer and she does an excellent job. I will never go anywhere else.

Chris is awesome! Always does a great job! Doesnt have you drop your dog off until she is ready unlike many other places. Calls your right away! She always had my Springer in and out in under 2 hours! This is a big deal! Some places keep them almost all day which is ridiculous! She is great! Highly recommend!!! ????

This place is great. Mary is our groomer, and our dog is always happy and calm coming and going from Blue Ribbon. I appreciate that each groomer is working on one dog at a time, so instead of taking 4-6 hours like where we went before, our dog is finished in 1 1/2 hours. The groomers seem to enjoy each other and the dogs they groom. Very congenial atmosphere.

Great place for even a quick nail trim. My dog hated getting her nails done, but they are so quick she really doesn't mind it anymore. We are in and out in 2-3 minutes! Thanks

I googled groomers near my house and found Blue Ribbon with 5 stars, called, and got my all-white American Eskimo, Milo, in. Milo is a year and a half old and he has been groomed every few months since he was 8 weeks old. This was probably his 15th time getting groomed so he not new to this. My fiancé brought him in while I worked and told me that he was asked if Milo's been brought to a groomer before because he was so scared. he was always scared when we used to leave him at petsmart and I've been told that the more you bring them in to grooms the more they'll get used to it and be more comfortable. Well clearly this wasn't the case so that's when I knew we had to try something else. And oftentimes his long fur still had clumps in it and they would just say "he doesnt like to be brushed" at petsmart. Glad we found Blue Ribbon and hopefully he isn't so scared from now on. Milo is super white again, smelling great, and thoroughly brushed. We will be back! Thank you!
