Great clinic- everyone is kind, Dr. Jane gentle and knowledgeable, and the exam + vaccines for my cat were affordable. Definitely recommend.

Dr Jane is very knowledgeable and the staff is kind. The facility is a little run down, but they make up for it with service and affordability. We will keep bringing our Labrador here!

I was treated horribly by the front desk staff. And never contacted for a follow up exam. Avoid this place.

We arrived 5 mins late for our appointment. The front desk lady made us wait 15 minutes and finally helped us. She told us we needed to reschedule because we were late 20 minutes. Doesn't make sense but never going there again.

I couldn't be happier about changing to Arcade Animal Hospital 2 years ago after the retirement of our former veterinarian. Dr Jane Gehr is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She has a gift for making her patients and their parents feel at ease, even in tough situations.

Front desk lady was rude. Didn’t even help us and told us we were late.

Brought my cat here, and Dr Jane Gehr really impressed me. She has a calm, attentive, respectful manner. There was no hard sell for services or products, and prices were quite reasonable. Can't ask for anything more! This is a small practice. The front desk person is also the vet tech. I think they are doing their best to handle customer service (anyone who deals with customers knows how challenging this can be) while keeping top notch care the priority. Also, a tip for those who live in Downtown & Lowertown St Paul. Their location is so convenient! I was able to park on Arcade right in front of their door.

First time customer, and very happy with the service we received. Our cat gets really scared when it comes to new places specially vet visits, but they made her feel comfortable and made the process a lot easier.

Arcade Animal Hospital is a great place to bring our "babies" for any type of care. Years with Dr Ryan and now Dr Jane, two of the most caring doctors. I've been coming to Arcade Animal Hospital since 1992 and have always appreciated the excellent care of my dogs AND myslelf (!). Unlike many corporate clinics, you and your pet can develop a one-to-one relationship with key staff; this has been incredibly valuable as my dogs aged because Dr. Ryan (and now Dr. Gehr) had deep knowledge of my pet's history. I was panicked when I heard Dr. Ryan was phasing down, but having Dr. Jane Gehr acquire the practice has been a real gift.

We adopted our dog 4 years ago, he came from an abusive home and had traumatic injury that's resulted in him being incredibly anxious around new people and vets. At every other vet I've gone to, we share his story and they immediately snap a muzzle on him and proceed to traumatize him further by holding him down as he struggles. I've never had a good experience at a vets office until I came here. Dr. Jane was AMAZING. She spent time getting to know our dog, calming him down, feeding him treats and encouraged us to stop by so our dog can positively associate the vet. Their philosophy is humane treatment of animals while keeping everyone safe. All I have to say is that Dr. Jane has a customer for life.

Arcade Animal Hospital is the best! We have been taking our animals there for 13 years, starting with Dr. Ryan. When he retired, we were nervous, but Dr Jane is awesome. We recently moved away from the area and it was a very difficult decision to leave this clinic. Dr. Jane and the staff are wonderful to work with. They never pressure you to do tests that are unnecessary. Their prices are very reasonable. Most importantly, they have worked so well with my animals over the years. A couple years ago, we had to put one of our dogs down after hours at the emergency clinic. The next day, Dr. Jane called us to express her sympathy. She is such a nice person. She had been working with us and our sick dog for the previous month and a half. She made us feel assured that we made the right choice and that we did all we could for our dog. They really are the best! When you walk in, they know your name and they remember your pet. We will miss all of the staff at Arcade Animal Hospital!

I have been going here for several years now. The staff is top notch. Dr. Jane really cares about my kitties.. As, I'm sure she does all the animals that she sees. They are not overly expensive, either ... Much better priced than most. You really can't go wrong with Arcade Animal Hospital.

This has been the primary clinic for my animals for a few years now, and I am always impressed by the level of care and consideration that the staff shows. Dr. Gehr, who introduces herself as Dr. Jane, is an amazing vet. She is so warm and considerate. This last visit, my dog Kirby needed some blood work done and needed to get her old lady tumor checked out. Dr. Jane was a pleasure to work with, and definitely made my nervous bby girl feel as comfortable as possible. She suggested some great preventative measures to make sure that as Kirby gets older she has limited arthritis. I don't doubt at all that the staff truly cares about every animal that comes though. When it came time to check out, a staff member named Barb was extremely helpful in helping me set up a payment program through a specific veterinary credit program called Care Credit, which will hopefully keep my bank from breaking. All together, my partner and I left more than satisfied with the level of care and service we received, and Kirby left relieved and no worse for wear. Would 100% recommend this clinic.
