Two of my pets (cat and ferret) have been patients at St. Francis Animal Hospital for several years now. We have experienced nothing but professionalism and amazing care from the veterinarians, vet techs, and the entire staff. They always take the time to explain everything to me and treat me as a partner in my pets' care. Everyone on the staff is patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Even though SFAH is a bit of a drive for us, it's definitely worth it! I cannot recommend SFAH enough if you are looking for a wonderful team to take care of your pets.

Dr. Jennifer Blair and the staff at St. Francis Animal Hospital offer top-quality and compassionate veterinary care. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond the norm to care for our cats in both health and illness for many years. They are extremely responsive and reach out to us with guidance and test results even well outside of normal clinic hours. The level of veterinary expertise they offer is very high, and our cats have been treated with gentleness and kindness. We feel fortunate to have St. Francis caring for our precious companions.

I've been using St. Francis for years (almost 10?), for my former dog and my two newer ones. Even when we moved further away, we've continued to go back. I love the care and attention that our dogs get at St. Francis. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Dr. Novak and all of the St. Francis team are AMAZING. They treat your pet like your own, often going above and beyond to take care of your pet. I have received emails and phone calls well beyond the hours they are scheduled to work just so I'm not waiting to hear results or a care plan on my pet. I often find myself telling friends and family, I wish my own physician was as responsive as the team at St. Francis. Needless to say I couldn't be happier with the care my dog has received there.

We love St. Francis Animal and Bird Hospital and we love Dr. Blair. She has been wonderful to work with and we will continue to bring our Labrador to St. Francis...even though they are expensive. :-)

The veterinarians and staff have always been helpful and caring during the past 20+ years that they have taken great care of our cats. Even during covid we were able to get the care we needed for our dying cat. We highly recommend St Francis Animal Hospital!

I have been taking my dog here for about seven years and have always been happy with her care. I am even more impressed during COVID - with all the extra work of keeping appropriate safe-guards in place they have continued to provide outstanding, compassionate care.

Great care/expertise for small animals! Wonderful veterinarians and clinic staff make it very easy to get an appointment and appropriate care for Guinea pigs!

We have used this hospital a couple of times ... the last was on a 4th of July weekend, when we ad to make an emergency visit, and ultamitly had to have them euthanize our Norwegian Elkhound. They were very kind and understanding of what I was going through.

If you're lucky enough to be accepted as a new client here, take it! Your pet will be taken care of, and monitored. I have human children as well as my fur baby and I wish their doctors were as responsive and caring as these vets. I like that I always have a plan of care, and I find the staff responsive.

I first visited St Francis about 8 years ago when my cat experienced urinary crystals. The vet I was using at the time had very limited hours and did not have the capacity to see us. I was referred to the AERC. A friend encouraged me to give St. Francis a try. I was able to get my cat in that very day for an exam and begin the recovery process. What impressed me SO MUCH was the follow up by St Francis staff members. After referring me to the AERC, the vet I had previously been using never reached out to check on my cat. I decided to make the switch and I have been so pleased with the care that has been provided to my pets. Every time I visit, I feel like my pets are in the best hands. St. Francis treats my pets with the same compassion and gentleness as they would their own. Thank you for your exceptional level of attention and amazing service.

Everyone is so kind and compassionate at St Francis Animal Hospital. Even when I showed up recently without an appointment because my 17 year old Bichon/Poodle mix, Pippin, was having an emergency -- the team immediately took him and made room in their schedule to triage Pip and stabilize him, for which I am forever grateful.

My pet's have all had great and compassionate care at St. Francis. The doctor's are always quick and very informative about my pet's care plan and follow-up.
