Our bunny went into pretty bad stasis and about 10 vets turned us away due to being at max capacity. Como made room for us, for that they are absolute angels and saved our pets life. I am forever grateful to Como Park and their staff.

New client, and both my dogs came in this week, and the staff was tremendous. Everyone was helpful, and accommodating. Special kudos to Tracy who was amazing with both of my dogs.

I just want to say Thank You to the After-hours Veterinary Care Team, for the exceptional service you provided to me, and my family at a very heartbreaking moment in our lives! Losing our beloved dog Coco Marshmallow was one of the toughest times in my life! But the care, and empathy you showed was just priceless! Then to go to my mailbox today, and to see a card from you all expressing sympathy, and for ALL of you to sign it really blew me away! It brought tears to my eyes! It shows you really do take pride in what you do, and truly care! Thank You again!

I live in the apartment next to the vet and you guys are very inconsiderate with your parking, leaving just enough space to NOT be able to park on the street. I understand your parking lot is limited, just as mine is at my apartment, but that doesn't fly. I'll delete this review when you guys stop parking the way you are by my residence. For any prospective customers of this vet, my review has nothing to do with their veterinary care. Don't use my review to determine your decision to use this business.

I had to bring my rabbit to Como Park during emergency hours when he stopped eating. Every person working was so kind and helpful. It never felt rushed when I called for updates, and I could tell the veterinarians and staff were very knowledgeable. I’m glad that if I had to go to an emergency clinic, it was this one.

Thank you so much to the staff that helped us the night I had a emergency, this place was really good to my pet and I’m greatly thankful they were available in such a short notice. I definitely recommend this place for many reasons. Kind, considerably welcoming and quick. Place was clean and I was greeted right away.

I had to call to ask a few questions about my cat's getting fleas and what to buy for them or if i could bring them in. They gave me recommendations over the phone. I followed everything they said and we have been flea free since. Very grateful.

We visited after hours when my regular vet was closed. I thought they were great. The staff was helpful and understanding, and the vet was thorough and explained things really well. I'd definitely come back.

Updated: 5 to 1 star. Care, communication has really gone down but the prices have gone up. We voted with our feet and found a better, more responsive vet. No longer recommend.

Had services done for a guinea pig and the staff was amazing. Would easily recommend and return for future services.

Great place for exotic pets.

After making a couple phone calls to other emergency vets who told me they were not accepting patients, I called Como Park Animal Hospital. They were prompt to pick up the phone and very courteous in sharing the vet’s schedule and expected wait time. When we arrived at 8:15, they also allowed me to check in from my car and called me when they were ready (no more than a 30 minute wait upon arrival). Dr. Casey and his technicians were very thorough, kind, and helpful from start to finish. I would not hesitate to bring my dog back to receive their care.

I really appreciate the level of care offered at this clinic! The staff seems a lot more transparent and straightforward compared to other places I’ve taken my pets. Almost all of the receptionists and techs who have helped me are welcoming and pleasant to talk with. Their team saved my cat’s life which I’m forever grateful for. It does get incredibly busy in there and sometimes it seems they are overwhelmed/understaffed, but excellent service nonetheless. My kitty says thank you!

Five star service! Although a small 24 hr urgent care facility, they were the ONLY pet emergency room that welcomed me right away and took immediate care of my dog who was vomiting and suffering from an intestinal obstruction. Every other clinic told me "no, sorry, move on, we can't help you, we are too busy." I appreciated the quick assessment and evaluation and the several proposals of how we could move forward. Costs were given in a range-best case versus worst case scenario which I appreciated. My dog did end up having surgery and quickly recovered and I felt well equipped when it was time to care for her at home (about 36 hours after surgery). They always picked up the phone for questions and I feel confident of every aspect of the care they provided my dog during her illness. I would highly recommend this clinic for whatever your needs for you pet may be.

They saved my vet sick ferret and the entire staff I have interacted with have been wonderful.

An emergency after hours vet that can care for exotic pets and small mammals with a great caring staff, that provided excellent care to our scaly lizard baby.

The staff at Como Park Animal Hospital are kind, caring, and knowledgeable about rabbits. I have always had a great experience in the past few years I have been bringing my rabbits here. I also love that they are open 24-7 for urgent care (it gives me peace of mind that if an emergency happens in the middle of the night I have someone I can call). Overall fantastic veterinary clinic!

All the staff was so kind, caring and knowledgeable. Dr.Todd was honest with us and spent time thoroughly explaining everything so we could understand what was going on. We ended up having to send our cat to Heaven, yet they made the experience intimate, private and comfortable and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and supplied us with plenty of Kleenex and water. They kept her comfortable and pain free and she seemed at peace enjoying snuggling with us until the very end. They are all so kind and I could let they truly cared for Mystique! Thank you for all you do!!!

Excellent and friendly staff. I brought my dog here for emergency care. They had no openings available but were able to accommodate us despite the fact that they were very busy. If you have a pet that needs emergency care, I highly recommend this place. Unfortunately they weren't able to help my pet, but it wasn't from a lack of trying. Me and Jackson will be forever grateful of the care we received when none of the other places we visited would help. I would like to give a special thanks to Audrey Pereira, DVM - As well as any staff members who provided us assistance on a very painful day.

We went to the location after getting off the phone with someone that said it would be a good time to come in. We arrived at 6:45PM and immediately it was sign minimal paperwork and go into a room. We waited in that room from 6:45PM to 11:00PM with no check up or communication what’s so ever. When we got hungry we stepped out for a short period of time and was told the doctor would be with us in another hour but we ended up leaving after the 2 hour and 20 minute mark. I understand if it’s a shortage on staff and covid is tough right now but it doesn’t take much to update on the situation or being hung in the dust. We even went up front and rang the bell to tell them we were leaving and nobody came up.

Doctor and nurses were helpful. Their advice is highly appreciated.

The Veterinarian we had (Dr. Audrey Pereira) was fantastic. She took the time to talk to us and make sure we understood what was going on. Would highly recommend bringing your bunnies here. Ours had gi stasis and hes now going to the bathroom again!

They are amazing for keeping an active list of vets near by if the wait is too long during an emergency. Give them a call at the very least.

We’ve seen every vet at Como and they are all great. Pets are expensive and no vet is inexpensive, but Como is at least there when really needed, while providing consistent, quality service. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences the past 5 years with our dog and cats.

We went in for an emergency and they were fantastic. Was worries may lose our fur-kid but they were able to help get him on the right track.
