This clinic has been wonderful for us. We have brought our dogs and cats there and feel they have been cared for well.

Great people. They really helped us out with our cat. Very pleasant on the phone. I feel they go out of there way to help. They go above and beyond all expectations. They are the go to clinic for all pet needs. I guess I can not say enough nice things. Highly reccomend them.

My kitty loves them, and that is saying a lot!

Doctor Clinch is great. I was in my car while my dog was inside, and he still made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that everything would be okay regarding the the unfortunate circumstances of my visit. It was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders after a short phone conversation with him. I’ve seen other vets here too and I don’t have any complaints! My dog has some serious vet anxiety and they all handle it very well. Highly recommend, and I’m grateful to have found this place.

We have been going to TLC for over 15 years. We took our dog Lael when we adopted her at 6 months. He put her so at ease she fell asleep on the exam table and didn't even wake up for her shots. Dr. Clinch is amazing. He is honest, patient, compassionate and a darn good vet. His prices are fair and upfront. We are so appreciative of the time he gave our dog from her first visit at 6 months to the time her bad days outnumbered her good days at 15 and a half. He was there every step of the way. We are adopting a new puppy, we have already booked his first check up with Dr. Clinch. We cant imagine taking our animals anywhere else.

My father is a veterinarian (not at TLC), but I mention it because I have very high standards when it comes to medical care for my cat. Dr. Clinch (at TLC) is a very capable veterinarian, and I feel comfortable trusting him with my cat's care. Kitty has a respiratory issue, and he was the first to identify that she might have allergies exacerbating the problem. I appreciate his willingness to walk me through his evaluation of Kitty's issues and why he proposes the medications that he does. Thank you, Dr. Clinch!

They did all they could for my pup. A few miscommunications which was frustrating especially with the circumstances. Nice that they send u a pic of your pet saying goodnight. Understanding and empathetic.

Awesome staff! My Pups and I have moved cross country several times; Dr Langness is one of the best! She is easy to talk to and I greatly appreciate her willingness to educate me. Thank You!

We recently moved from West Mpls to Oakdale and have had to find a new place for everything. I can't believe how great my dog's first visit to this new vet went! I've had horrible luck finding vets that can handle my difficult dog (he's aggressive when he's scared), and he's 12 so he's a bit grumpier these days. They were so nice and made my dog feel confident enough that he was a lover with these strange new people instead of a Cujo. It's kind of shocking how many people that work in vet offices don't seem to know how to handle aggressive dogs. But TLC was a really good experience for us.

I enjoy the staff as their very upbeat and efficient people, I've always gone and come back home with a healthier, happier pupper.

Always takes great care of our 2 cats. Exams and diagnosis are explained. They take multiple forms of payment. I recently asked to get the bill a specific way as one cat has pet insurance and they did it. Doctors and staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Though I appreciate the fact that they were quick to take my cat in. He came home WORSE than when he went in, he was NOT ok. I had to go in 2x, the 2nd time they say I needed antibiotics, told me it was $35, I gave them my card (MISTAKE), then they decided to upsell me WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME, charging me 2x as much. THAT IS ILLEGAL!!! You CANNOT charge without permission. Dr Tim has no idea what she is doing and doesn't know how to talk to anxious pet owners, and is clearly not very transparent on charges. Originally I brought in my cat because he was having a urinary issue (just passed a crystal) , but other than that was VERY healthy. They did an exam and cleaned his ear. When he got home he was disoriented and NOT ok.... I had to bring him back in. They claimed it was an inner ear infection (you would think they would have noticed that when cleaning his ears?). That's when/why I had to bring him in a 2nd time

I have been coming to this place for the last 5-6 years with my cat and for the first few years I thought they were very good, but in the last year they seem like they do not care anymore, not the VETS (Dr Clinch is the best) but the people answering the phones. The lines are always busy and it takes FOREVER to get through to them and they seem like it's a bother to them that you are calling. . The Vets are very good and Shawna?? is a good receptionist and friendly. (I wish she would always answer the phone) Please try to be more pleasant when you answer the phone and get rid of "press 1,2,or 3"

My vet of choice for years. If somethings wrong they will do what they can to squeeze us in. They are always there to answer questions. Highly recommended. They truly care here. ❤️

I'm going to say that I am super impressed with Dr. Langnus. She went above and beyond finding out that my dog is allergic to a certain type of anesthesia during a dental cleaning and tooth extraction. Good job guys.

TLC staff all clearly love the animals they serve (and their people). This is the best vet we've ever had: friendly, reasonably priced and super knowledgable. They also have mastered maintaining social distance when intaking and returning our pets.
