PetSmart Roseville, Minnesota

I went to this location yesterday after I talked to a woman on the phone inquiring about a kitty, I didn’t catch her name but she gave me all the information I would need before I came. Once I got there, she was the one who ended up helping me adopt “mr. gray” (now named Hayze) and was extremely kind, funny and very informative. She made sure everything worked out for me, answered all my questions and helped me find some new food for my cat! I loved this experience and I would definitely adopt from here in the future!

Rude manager disrespectful towards his other employees and us. Super passive aggressive and treated us and the employees like they were inconveniencing him. I hope they get a better boss.

I like going there and the staff are really nice

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had trouble making an engraved dog tag and a staff person was was right there to walk me through the process. Thank you for making it stress free!

The staff that work at the hotel are awesome!

It was cool when i worked here and Rachel in grooming repeatedly talked about wanting to shoot dogs. That was a great thing to hear while grooming dogs.

Ordered curbside pickup and they didn't come out with it

First time at the store. Field trip with the grands. It was clean and well lit. They had a variety of pets. We look at the fish, birds, hamsters, turtles and rabbits. We walked through the entire store. We picked up some dog food for our dog. And as we're getting to the front of the store they have a doggie Buffet of treats. The kiddos loved it. Of course the one-year-old thought that it was food for him no. Each of them were able to pick out 4 treats from the buffet for the dog. This was a store I recommend. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Maybe the most disturbing thing was watching an employee tap at the glass of the small creatures... Maybe it's that there was so much of some items that they looked like they were going to fall off the shelves and then other items were sparse... No, it was the tapping on the glass. A big box pet store already has a bad name. I know it's just one employee but if one is doing it, more are doing it or not being told how bad that is for small creatures in small spaces. It's how you treat others... And definitely how you treat those that cannot defend themselves. Really bummed to see creatures treated poorly even in a place where it shouldn't surprise me.

Great customer service... Some things are spendy, I recommend comparing prices with other stores. Overall great place to shop.

I stopped buying Purina pro plan now. The substance has changed. Too large chunks now. This is for cats. I have to cut them down so it's easy for the cat to eat.

I adopted my first cat on Friday. And she’s perfect! Tanya was so helpful and it was easy to tell how much she cares for the cats that end up there. I was genuinely impressed :)

Adopted a cat here she's very nice super healthy and happy. 3rd cat...that'll be it for a while but very nice staff during adoption process.

I was very disappointed on how they take care of their betta fish. There were even dead ones still on display and there water was growing algea i was very disappointed and their prices were way to high for betta that werwnt healthy

This store is great but too expensive. Workers are nice but we want to cut hair our cat. They said: your cat is not quite we can't cut it. I think they are not professional about cats.

This store is wonderful on customer service because if you call to see if they have a product or have a question about your pet they are willing to help.The employees and management are very knowledgeable about pets and people who have pets.its wonderful to have that nowadays.

Rachel does a fantastic job with our dog, Buddy. He comes home looking fresh and happy.

My hubby surprised me with a kitten ????????❤️???????? and I originally went to Walmart ????????‍♀️????, shame on me, okay????????????, so I was like oh snap theirs a PetSmart in Roseville, so boom ???????????????????? I immediately go. Idk this place is like pet heaven (more for dogs) but who cares, it's legit cool af????????????. I didn't know the speciality of foods, for example, they make cat food for if ur cat has urinary issue, hair balls, etc...I'm mean tht blew my mind, I can't make this up. The dog ???????? hotel ????️????️ was so cool. They got play dates with other dogs???????? Why the cats don't have a hotel ????????‍♀️????? Thts a real question ⁉️❓ by the way???????????????? The chinchilla thts I really want, but my King said No???????? So here is the kitten food I purchased for her, oh her name Acacia, it's the name of an African Tree ????????❤️

I went to take my dog there, for nail triming, there were dogs in the back and no other dog in the whole area, but because she can sometimes be dog agressive they refused any service. Funny thing is I take her to other grooming places for nail trimmings and no one has had a problem with her. I guess some people are just too ignorant to understand that she was in a very bad dog fight before we got her, and she is missing part of her ear.

Got cat a new kind of cat food that if my cat doesn't like, I can return it within 60 days.

Has most pets needs including grooming.

The doggie day care here was wonderful! Great experience, clean, and attentive staff. My dog didn’t want to leave. When I had questions, the staff worked to answer them right away.

Always a great place, SUPER friendly staff and they’re rarely out of things I need.
