Everyone at the clinic was great. They explained things in detail and even provide followed up calls to check in. Very reasonably priced too!

This use to be my go to clinic before an ownership change and name change a few years back. I brought my dog here and the care was not acceptable at all. My dog was experiencing dry flaking sore spots all over. She was also licking her paws like crazy. This clinic looked her over prescribed a spray for her itching. When asked about her sores the doctor said oh looks like she has some sorta skin infection but she’ll be ok. Truth be told because of her breed she’s prone to allergies. Luckily another vet recognized it and my baby is now on the proper meds

Very friendly staff. Thech Riley & Dr Thole were so patient & kind to our 3 cats???? Kitties purred through the whole exam.

They are very good with my dog they go above and beyond to try and help with her issues. We have gone to this place for over 19years. Keep up the good work you do.

They saved my dog Ollie's life. He swallowed a walnut and it became lodged in his small intestines creating a full blockage. They performed emergency surgery on him and removed it. He is back to his old self and I thank Vet Partners for everything they have done for my pup.

My new puppy needs treatment now, we called many vet clinics and can not get in couple weeks later, after talking to the staffs at Vet Partners in Apple Valley, she scheduled us to come in for check up the puppy the next day. Thank you everyone! Frankie

Vet Partners Apple Valley has only been our clinic since April but the staff is always so kind and accommodating with my anxious yorkiepoo. They always make sure I'm fully aware of my options when it comes to my dog's care. Earlier this week they were even able to squeeze my dog in at the end of a busy day (between appointments) after he'd been attacked to triage him. Thank you, Vet Partners Apple Valley!

I brought in our nervous Rottweiler for a checkup and the vet and the tech were super patient with her and very kind. Minnie gets growly when scared, but they helped her feel at ease and get everything she needed done. Great place!

My family have been going there for years before it switched names. They are really good with the pets in there care.

If I could leave less than one star I would. We were prescribed an antibiotic cream for our dog’s ear. They did not print out how many days we were supposed to use this cream so when we ran out after two days I called and asked how many days the cream was supposed to be used on our dog. They said 7. When I explained that there was only enough in the bottle for 2 days, they told me that I could come in and purchase another bottle. I explained that I had used the prescription as directed and there was not enough to complete the cycle. I asked them to replace the bottle they had given me and they said that the vet had already told them that we would have to purchase it for a second time. I stopped in to get my pets records as we will no longer be sending our pets to vet partners. The technician informed me that they would be happy to give me a demonstration on how to apply the drops. I said no thank you. I know how to do it and did not use 7 days worth of drops in 2 applications. (I’ve been a pet owner for 30 years.) She then said that it might be a manufacturer defect, but that’s not on them and I would still have to pay for the second bottle of drops. If I didn’t like it I could talk to the owner. So unprofessional! I would not recommend this practice to anyone!

We unfortunately put our dog Ollie down here yesterday. It was sudden and very tough to go through but Vet Partners here was very good and made the process less painful than it already was. This was my first experience of putting a beloved pet down and Dr. Tholl did a excellent job of explaining the process of putting down a pet and was very compassionate which helped out a lot. Thank you for the excellent service!

When I was having trouble finding a vet for my cat, Vet Partners saw him right away and were able to tell me what was wrong. Best Vets ever here in Rosemount.

The staff here are so kind and caring! They went above and beyond to take care of my cat. I wasn't able to get her into our regular vet, and even though we were a first time patient at this clinic they made time in their busy day to fit us in and get my cat the help she needed. They took fantastic care of her and I'm so very grateful to them.

We had a wonderful experience being first timers! Check-in was easy, staff was super nice, and the vet was very helpful in providing info on our puppy's health and next steps. Looking forward to continuing to bring our puppy/dog to this location!

We had a scary morning with our sick dog. The staff at the Vet Partners Apple Valley was so awesome to our family. The vet helped our dog feel much better and the entire staff was so caring and kind. I would highly recommend this clinic to my friends.
