Good, prices are really high but they have a variety of pet supplies.

Didn't have accessory items to fit most small dogs. Had a limited amount of winter boots available. In Minnesota, a state with extremely cold and freezing snowy weather. The clerk was aware and not willing to call the other PetSmart in the city to see if they had any..

The service here is impressive! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Have always been happy with their service since I’ve gotten my pup but my most recent grooming appointment today on Christmas Eve really got and my dog so happy! Our groomer was Sophy and she was very caring and coco loves her! Coco had her very first haircut and sophy was so good at taking care of her we left with coco feeling good and she even got two bows, a goodie bag, and a card! I’ll never forget seeing her so happy and will definitely be booking with sophy again!

Missing something at the North store? Head to the south location. Always better stocked at the south location.

Very nice groomer. She was able to handle my very anxious mini dachshund, calmly.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful but one of them stood out the most and that’s Eric. He helped me found the perfect fish tank set up, accessories, etc. he was very nice and respectful he knew his stuff and was on top of it. He’s the reason why I’ll continue to shop at this PetSmart thank you Eric

Not the place to buy fish. I don't live in town but the last few times I have stopped in, I have been far from impressed with their fish. I keep on thinking it will get better but it does not. Over a dozen dead in tanks. When I mentioned that, they said the probably hadn't gotten around to it. The store had been open for over 2 hours. And many of the fish did not look healthy. Usually a pretty good selection of plants.

The store is clean and big so you have manageable space but I don't care for the store layout it makes things difficult to find and I can't find the products that I need on the shelves always under stocked, they need more employees.????????

Don’t go here if your looking to get prescription food even if you have a script from pets mart/van field they do not sell the food here. Not sure why this location is even a location there wasn’t much in stock of anything there, basically a shell of a pet store…maybe it’s closing soon

My vet is here, and they exchanged a delivery and honored the price at an online savings of 40$! Wow. Supee friendly!

Staff is always pleasant but when I choose curbside pick up I shouldn't have to go into the store to ask for my order. Twice, I click the "I'm here" button, waited 30 minutes and no one brought my order out. So had to go into the store and ask for it. Kind of defeats the point of curbside pick up.

Petco is a better option.

DO NOT PURCHASE FISH HERE. I bought 4 fish from this petsmart. I normally go to perco, never had a problem there, EVER. The fish i recieved infected both my 55 gallon tank and my 35 gallon tank. When i called and reported and asked why they were selling diseased fish I got a response " oh well we try not to." Even after treating my fish multipule times the ick is stillthere and has killed many of my fish, a few of which were very special to me. I called petsmart again to complain because im just so upset, and they hung up on me.

Clean store, very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Brought my pup in to get his nails clipped. Making the appointment was a breeze. The groomer was very professional and patient with my dog (he's a big baby and was pretty nervous!) He had a broken nail and she looked at it and let me know it looked okay but needed to grow a bit before it could be clipped with the rest of them. My dog escaped the harness a couple times while I was peeking in at him, and she was able to keep him calm and back to where he needed to be. Will for sure go back for future clippings since thats something my pup wont let me do myself! Great experience. Had some other staff stop by while I was waiting to make sure I was being taken care of. Also, the cashier gave Zeus a few treats (after asking permission, of course!) while we were checking out.

We came home with lots of treats for our critters and were really happy with the fun selection and helpfulness of staff.
