Horrible place! I booked 2 grooming appointments for my dogs and when I arrived the stylist was rude and overly added services that i did not want! Once I told her what packaged I would like she refused services! She told me of I didn’t purchase the package that she recommended she couldn’t touch my dogs !! I end up using there self grooming tubs for my dogs! I definitely will be reaching out to there cooperate office ! I’ve never recommended there pet salon but the actual store has really nice employees!

The store is clean and and staff is kind and we founds all we needed when we shopped there.

The staff here were very attentive and helpful. They answered all of my questions, and helped me find the right product for my cat.

It was a great place for a pet store. The staff is really helpful and well knowledgeable. The only thing is if you have young ones who look at the fish be careful,my 7 year old pointed out fish eating the dead fish on the bottom of the tanks. Other then that a good store!

The staff is knowledgeable and is always willing to help when asked. They have great input as to products to use for specific pet care needs.

A lot nicer then the cities.

Found a really great harness for my little dog that is not step in. Mixture of velcro and snap shut closures....only place I could find one.

The only thing that disappointed me was there wasn't much stuff for a dog my dogs size she's a xl in clothes also I saw one bandana that was the only one but it wasn't her size PetSmart didn't have alot of xl so I wanted to try Petco other then that we are very happy with petco

Samantha and another associate were very helpful in setting me up with the pet club and also gave me good information about puppy/training classes.

They were helpful with getting starter fish for my aquariums

Terrible experience here.. the woman that checked me out was very rude and was acting as if it was a burden that I was even there. I asked a question about their reptile stock (which is non existent) and she literally chuffed at me and never even responded. Will not be back and recommend you go somewhere else as well.

The worker that helped us pick out our fish was helpful and kind.

There's girl working there that's just kinda over the top rude about things and tells you things you need to do roght after you just tell whoever your with thats what uou do and every time i get bugs for my lizard they all are dead without 24hours unless I'm meant to give 100 worms to him in one day it really pisses me off

I had pond water tested. There was much more algae growth recently and we put hydrogen peroxide in the water to control it. The person helping me said the ph was slightly high but it would be back within a week to lower level. She sold me three comet goldfish and assured me they would live in it.

WORST experience iv ever had at a PET SHOP. My fiancee and I brought our 2 year old son to this Petco to look at animals and buy some more things for our Fish Aquarium's And our turtle tank. We love coming to the pet stores to shop. Normally we don't like to travel so we go to pet plus in Austin; where we are Never let down!! Since Petco is "supposed" to be one of the best pet stores; we thought we'd give it a shot. When we got there, we filled up our cart with filters, food, aquarium accessories ect. Almost $100 we had sitting in our cart ready to buy. Then we want to buy some Bettas and Molly's to add to different tanks at home. The young lady that was there to help was the Rudest sales associate iv met in my life! Although she "thought she knew everything" I liked that at first. (Because when I go to a pet stores it's their job to answer questions I may have.) The girl said "to have no less than 6 Betta females in a tank together." And I listened and talked about that for awhile debating if I wanted to spend more money on 3 more fish I wasn't expecting to buy. But I made the decision to purchase all the female Bettas and a male glow fish Betta. (Obviously I know you can't keep them together.) But this gal thought it would be the best idea to keep telling me I can't get the fish I want "unless she's sure we're not putting them together." So we bought ANOTHER glass bowl to "put the male in" so the Petco sales associate would sell us the male. ( EVEN THOUGH WE HAD ENOUGH SEPARATED TANKS AT HOME) My fiancee and I were fed up. All we wanted to do was get the fish and buy our stuff and leave to go feed our hungry son. But no. This girl kept running us around. My fiancee asked what this girl's name is so he could talk to the manager. And this girl SCREAMED across the store " You don't need my name, (laughed), it's on the board up there. (Which It wasn't) so we waited for the manager. When the manager came up he listened and calmly apologized like a manager should. But the rude associate kept laughing. (Don't you think the manager should have sent her home and allowed us to be satisfied with our purchase leaving the store? I do.) I guess not though. No; the manager of Petco let her stand there and snicker at us. So we said thankyou to the manager and left. OUT OF ALL the commotion, the other sales lady had apparently checked out all of our items Except the male Bette and put our things in our cart. So after we thanked the manager and we're still be harassed by the rude sales associate, we went to our car and loaded it up. Then the girl comes out to smoke a cigarette. While we sit in the car calming down, the girl runs up to our car screaming how we didn't pay. WOW. She also says "my manager is in there freaking out" (Okay. So not only did the manager allow her to harass us the whole time we were in the store, but instead of him coming out to kindly say "we forgot to get your payment" he sent Her out to scream at us. WOW. That's all I can say. Just the worst customer service I have experienced ever!! So my fiancee goes back into pay, nervous now (because we are honest people and wouldn't have drove away with all their merchandise. We would have drove back from Albert Lea to pay if we would have got that far.) SO My fiancee goes in with all the bags, and drops our female Bettas on accident, and so the rude girl associate runs over, picks them up, and walks away. That's when my fiancee says to the manager "if it's all right with you, we're not going to purchase anything now." Because WHO ON EARTH would feel secure spending money here after the way we were treated. Both the manager and the sales associate need better training on customer service. We will never return to this Petco and will choose to stick with Pet supplies Plus being they always have what we want and are never rude.

Every time I go to this store the employees are very helpful.
