I honestly cannot say enough good things about Med City, Dr. Mannix and all the staff. I have three dogs and two ferrets, and have always received the best care for them. Tiana, Natalie and Erin are so fun and helpful. Dr. Mannix is knowledgeable, thorough and kind-hearted. Regardless of circumstances, I've always been welcomed with smiles and warmth. It is so easy to see that they truly pour their hearts and souls into their job. I feel beyond lucky to have stumbled onto their client list two years ago, and am so happy to say I have found a team that listens to me and connects with my pets, and that I trust entirely. With the frequent visits my senior dog requires, I am so grateful for the relationship I now have with the staff and clinic. Not to mention how much the dogs enjoy getting to see everyone... Pretty sure they'd all trade me in ???? I believe vet med is taken for granted and those who work in the field are not acknowledged enough for all they do. I sincerely appreciate you guys. Your care and concern for my 'band of misfits' does not go unnoticed and I am incredibly grateful. I will always recommend Med City. Thank you for being the best. ❤️

We take our 3 little dogs to Med City Animal Hospital and are very pleased with the care they receive from everybody we encounter there. We had been to 4 other vet clinics here (2 in Rochester and 2 in surrounding areas) but didn't find the best clinic for us until we came to Med City a couple years ago. This is the right place for us! The care is exceptional and the staff are professional, personable and kind. It is clear they love animals! Good people doing good work. Amazing vet services! My new rescue puppy couldn’t have been in better hands. In an emergency, Dr. Mannix responded right away with sensible and reassuring advice via phone free of charge. In addition, he diagnosed and sent a prescription for a common dog virus based on a photo without asking for compensation. He truly cares about his clients as does the whole staff. In fact, my dog actually gets excited when we go to the vet! The only reason I left was because I moved. Otherwise, you won’t find better.

I seriously couldn’t recommend Med City & Dr. Mannix more! He has been fantastic with our 2 cats, our rescue dog, and our puppy who was very sick when we brought her home. The vet techs/front ladies are all so kind and treat all of our animals wonderfully, especially our puppy who they’ve gotten to know quite well!

I have experienced a number of vet clinics as I have had pets my whole life and Med City Animal Hospital is the best. Dr Mannix is highly experienced and knowledgeable. He and his caring staff are always focused on what is in the best interest of your animal. We had a beloved semi feral kitty who had some tough challenges and eventually needed to be released from her body and they all helped me navigate this difficult time. And now I have a 20+ year kitty who needs end of life care and once again I am grateful for Med City’s expert and gentle support. They have my highest recommendation!

I cannot express how blessed I and my dogs are to have Dr. Mannix as a vet. Dr. Mannix has taken incredible care of my dogs as well as my family’s. He, and the entire staff, at Med City, truly care about the well-being of your animal. Everyone is incredibly kind and supportive. I cannot recommend this practice more.

We’re transplants from a national chain and so happy to be new customers. All levels of staff are so kind and informative. Communication is consistent and clear, surroundings are spotless and clean and — again — the staff are smart and happy! Dump the national brand (where we really felt like just a number) and get local! We’re Med City customers for life!

Fantastic vet & staff!!! They are so good with my timid, anxiety-ridden dog, Charley and go out of their way to be extra careful with her. We've had a few issues with Charley to where they've been able to see her on very short notice. They always take time to explain what they're doing and why; and they always listen to any concerns that I might have. I would highly recommend them. Dr. Mannix and his staff are simply THE BEST!
