We had an emergency and between Heritage and Bluepearl, made the situation stress free and everyone was very kind and helpful. We needed up having to say goodbye to our little guy Max here and the staff were wonderful during the hard experience

Cheryl was amazingly helpful when I inquired about care for my green cheeked conure. She emailed me detailed care instructions that far surpassed anything I found online. I was planning on making a wellness appointment for my bird. It was obvious Cheryl was more concerned about my bird's preventative health so I wouldn't need to bring her in rather than being financially motivated to have me come in for an appointment. It's been. along time since I've seen this dedication to care for the well being of pets or humans.

I have always had a great experience with Heritage. They show great care for all of my fur babies. They are also very kind and sympathic. I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else

my Girl Lila was seen again today with Dr. Finkle. Heritage ALWAYS takes such good care of my tribe. Lila was lovin' up on Dr. Finkle like you wouldn't believe - kind of made me jealous she wasn't giving Me that attention. Love the all the staff and all the doctors!! A+ Care!! This is the first avian vet I've ever been too that my bird hasn't been returned to me terrified and upset (curbside service due to covid)! We brought our amazon in to examine an old toe injury that was giving her trouble and I informed them that she gets nervous at vet visits. Excellent service, excellent handling We will be back!

I am so glad I picked Heritage for my fur baby Radagast. He wasn't afraid to go there and the staff treated him with such love and care. If he had a health concern, we would be fit in within the day. Dr. Finkel is a animal lover through and through. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

$50 just to schedule an appointment. Quite ridiculous if you ask me. I really wish these vet clinics cared more about animals than making a profit

Heritage pet hospital in Rochester did an amazing job with my 8 week old puppy who got gastroenteritis from being rehomed. They gave updates through the whole process, were very thorough and professional. Everyone who take care of my puppy that day made her feel safe and I could trust. I would recommend heritage pet hospital for anyone who needs their furry friend looked at!

Our regular vet was booked out a month so we took our dog to Heritage. The appointment person was cheerful and accommodating. They got 5th us in the next day as it was not an emergency.the vet called and thorouvhly discussed the condition and offered his plan. We agreed and all conclud we dlllwell. A very good experience at our new vets. I would have given a 5 star but we did not go in due to their pandemic policy so no idea on the building.

I dont even know where to begin. Everyone I encountered yesterday was absolutely amazing! I had to bring my 7 year old great dane to 24 hour emergency the night before. She needed to see a cardiologist, but the only way she could see one right away was to go through the ER then be admitted for two days. The cost of just that would be around 5k then the cardiologist appointment would be 800-1200 dollars. Right now I just dont have an extra 6k laying around. Val called me yesterday morning because she got the report about Frankies visit and I told her my concerns and she at first wanted me to follow the discharge directions but there was no way I could do that. So Val talked to the doctors on staff and they agreed to do everything they could to help Frankie. I got the pleasure to have Dr. Travis as my vet and he was so down to earth and so very helpful I cant thank him enough. I will recommend this vet clinic to everyone I speak to!

My sweet little dog is everything to me and they treated her like she was everything to them too. I worry about her when I have even my family look after her, especially considering she’s a very nervous dog, but I feel very comfortable leaving her there for treatment and care. They even went the extra step to help me finish grooming her while she slept from a minor procedure, making sure that she could look and feel the best she can!

Dr. Finkel is amazing and always careful with my shy kitties, super friendly staff and they always make sure my precious kitties are taken care of when we visit. Highly recommend people take there pets here, you can tell that every staff member wants what is best for your pet.

At Heritage all staff is welcoming, helpful, and kind. During this time of Covid, they are taking our dogs in gently, with love and empathy. The doctors are learned and explain in detail their examination and conclusion about our dogs' conditions. (Thank you Dr.Einertson and Dr. Finkel.) You are our heroes.

Great staff. The vets and staff really seem to care about your pets and will make sure they are well taken care of.

Our cat got sick somehow. Dr Toddie checked him through two thorough visits. She has a fantastic "let's solve the problem" attitude, and is great at calling us back to see how he was doing. With the second visits, Xrays revealed some issues, that given medicine, should work themselves through. This is great place for our fur babies.

As always, I had a fabulous, friendly and caring experience with my 3 cats that were at Heritage Vet this week! One was neutered and the other 2 got vaccines. I very much appreciate them keeping us all healthy by having the owners stay in their cars. Their system to do this works very well and I still get the information I need about my pets.
