The entire staff at Woodlake Veterinary Hospital is exceptional! Everyone is always very friendly and professional. When we bring our dogs to Woodlake we know they will receive the best care possible.

Great staff from the front to the back. I was incredibly pleased with my doctor! Her nurse was wonderful too. They handled my 15 year old ((cranky/triggered)) cat, Stitches with wisdom, respect, and compassion. I've never witnessed my lil Steetch respond so positively towards a Vet before. She even ate some treats! Their wellness plan options are nice and the fact that they accept CareCredit is even better!!

We had a very positive experience with Dr. Luanne and Martha the vet tech. They spent time asking questions about HB's history and performed a gentle thorough exam.

Very informative and helpful! Our dog, Henny, was in to get updated vaccines. He's an overly excited, big, and friendly German Shepherd mix who jumps for kisses, pulls, and gets vocal when people are not acknowledging him. Everyone was very kind, patient, and accommodating — giving him treats and distracting him cheese while examining. Our doctor was Dr. Megan Leverentz, and there were some vaccines that were suggested. We appreciated that it wasn't "sold" or pushed upon us to get them. Instead, the doctor explained them and why people get them based on lifestyle and environment. This allowed us to make the decision that it didn't make sense for us to get these additional shots for Henny.

As a new-ish pet owner, I really appreciated that they took the time to listen to my questions and give thorough, honest answers. I know my pup felt well cared for and comfortable there as well!

The help and service that I received was beyond what I expected I recommend them without hesitation

I have own a number of fur babies and have gone to a number of vets. Woodlake has left a very warm feeling with me. The front staff who greet you as you come in; not one ever avoids your eyes. The vet I see listens to me when I have questions.

I love all the Doctors and Technicians at woodlake. They take such sweet care of our dog Chewie when he is and is not feeling well. We moved and still drive to Richfield so that he can still see this awesome group of people. They took our dog to a back room to do tests and I hear everyone loving him and comforting him. It was so sweet.

Dr. Leverentz was very thorough with her examination and explaining her diagnosis. She went over all options available and possible outcomes. She treated me and my cats with compassion and respect. They were very welcoming and we were able to make appointments for all 3 of our cats in a very timely matter.

Recently moved to Richfield and steered to WVH for my feline needs. Staff are upbeat and friendly. The attending tech and doctor were the best. No nonsense about pushing maintenance packages. They only recommended what was prudent for what my criminals needed. They are very warm and friendly. They discussed the costs up front, and actually came in a little under what they estimated. This is a business in it for the long run, and are my feline felons go to for all there medical needs.

I had been going to Woodlake veterinary hospital years ago and the only reason I stopped was because of moving quite far away. I have recently returned, and I’m much closer and very happy to be back they are very professional, with fair pricing, wellness plan which helps alot. they are also very attentive and really care for my baby ???? We can’t say enough good things about the team at Woodlake! They treated our puppy with so much love and compassion, it’s clear they love what they do. The PAW plan is also a fantastic offering and made the costs manageable. They never made us feel silly for asking any and all questions!

my 20 year old cat is now nearing her end, the veterinarian was so lovely and empathetic. she even cried with me and wished she could give me a hug. she spent so much time explaining and offering options. this was my first time there, the building does not look like much from the outside but the team working there are excellent!

All the staff at Woodlake were knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to provide compassionate care to my fur baby. They were very helpful explaining my options and made me feel in control of my pets care!

They treat our spoiled teenage kitten with gentleness and good humor. The wait time from scheduled appointment to “admission” was about 10 minutes - not too long - and the shots, exam, trimming nails was completed in about 10 more minutes. Staff was in good humor and treated all customers with respect.

Woodlake performed surveys on our pup and they did a great job. Checkin, surgery, post surgery recovery and pick-up were all great! Again we had surgery on a dueclaw and all went well. Would like to have had a little more preop consult with the vet tech or vet.

Show me another place in the cities that still does this type of stuff, I will wait… Just awesome service, awesome vets, and we were lucky that a bad situation for us turned into meeting our new vet (Dr Godding) for our boy Duke!

This was our first visit to Woodlake and I told my husband this is our permanent vet now! I won't go anywhere else. FANTASTIC service; everyone kind and helpful and let me ask so many questions. And made a fuss over our pet. :) Awesome experience!
