My cat just had surgery to remove a bladder stone, and after recovering, he's like a brand new cat <3 Everyone has been really helpful throughout the pandemic.

I've taken our dogs to this clinic now for over 25 years! They have been professional and caring with all of our needs over the years. We love Dr. Grace who has been nothing short of amazing with how he has treated our dog and shown respect to us. The only thing I don't like about the clinic is that it seems they always have to put us on hold when I call. I guess it means they are giving personal care to someone else and I just need to wait in line. I am grateful for the consistency of care over the years.

I lived in Eden Prairie for over 20 years. During that time I always utilized Flying Cloud Animal Hosp. We moved to St Paul in 2018. Our Boomer, after living living in Eden Prairie, couldn't adapt to living in St Paul. His health degraded quickly. We decided we had to end his suffering. A few days after he was gone, we received a sympathy card from the Doctors and staff from Flying Cloud Animal Hosp. That special touch is something my family and I will never forget. We've moved to Bloomington recently with Capone our, newest addition to our family. He was just introduced to his new Doctors. I know he is safe in the hands of the people I trust.

I have been very happy with Flying Cloud Animal Hospital ....UNTIL I WASN'T! My most recent experience with less than helpful clinic manager and impatient staff answering phone. Pet Meds emailed them asking for a quick refill authorization of Rimadyl for my dog. Two days later, Pet Meds had still not received the okay. My dog needed the pills mailed by 4 p.m. Eastern time..... or he would not have any for several days until shipment arrived. I called several times and was "immediately put on hold"! Never got back to me so I hung up. Called back and asked for clinic manager. I attempted to explain the "urgency" of the situation; even had a pharmacy direct number she could call to authorize. Well, what an unfriendly, sarcastic, unconcerned person!! She "dressed me down" for having the "audacity" to keep calling to find out why my med request still had not been answered....after 2 days! She actually hung up on me! She kept running off at the mouth about "how busy she was; how many people were waiting, etc. etc. " Well, we're all busy. Maybe Flying Cloud should consider not taking "walk-ins" if they can't give good service to their regular long time clients!! I am seriously considering moving my client records and my business to another clinic. However, I do like the veterinarians and two long time admin. assistants. Unfortunately, I've noticed a huge drop in quality of care since the former clinic manager and hydro therapist left. She was wonderful. Now the feeling is '"We're too busy to help you, so go away."

I've been going to Flying Cloud for around eight years and they've never been anything short of fantastic. Caring, thoughtful, and primarily concerned with my pet's health and wellbeing.

Everyone at the animal hospital is by far the most amazing group of professionals! They truly care about their pet patients and the pet owners. I’ve been taking my pets to them since 2004. I couldn’t go anywhere else!!

One of the worst vet clinics with very poor customer service. The ladies at the front desk are not helpful and the clinic is very money oriented, not at all what’s best for your pet. I had two different vets from this clinic prescribe my dog antibiotics for a positive fecal sample… one vet prescribed an additional antibiotic that was “not necessary, but that particular vet likes to add it to the treatment.” That extra treatment would have been an extra $100…not to mention something the other vet deemed unnecessary. We have been bringing our dog here for 2 years and an instance where our dog was severely dehydrated from a cold and very lethargic gave me the answer of… make an appointment for him in 2 weeks for our first availability or go to a different clinic. Even though an emergency vet is more expensive, they gave him better care than this clinic could provide. Dr. Krull is a good vet, that is the only good thing I will say about this clinic. Unless you want to deal with a constant headache… I would steer clear of this clinic both for you and your pet’s sake.

Our first visit with one of 2 cats and we loved it. Everyone was so friendly and took great care of our little cat that is scared of everyone except her owners. We are bringing our second cat this week and I know we will be in good hands!

I have been bringing my pets to Flying Cloud Animal Hospital for about 8 years now and have always had a good experience with the staff. They are caring and knowledgeable. I have seen several different vets depending on who was available first and would recommend all of the vets that I've worked with here. My pets have gotten top notch care, but I have also been given options of different treatment approaches (including based on what I can afford). I would highly recommend Flying Cloud Animal Hospital.

My dog Heater is young and over the top excited when he meets people or other dogs. He was very stressed entering the vet clinic. Dr Rodman and her vet tech were very patient with Heater and took their time working with him in order to calm him down. He got some pets and a few treats for some tricks, and he left there a happy dog.

Friday May 21st, My German shepherd was sick 8 times in 12 hours and had diarrhea, I called and requested a fecal examination for what appeared as blood, when dropping off the feces I was asked would I like a test for giardia and coccidia as well, I agreed and submitted a credit card for payment, I received a call later and was told negative for both, I asked about the blood in the stool, the gal at first ignored my question but finally agreed to call back with the result, no one ever called leaving me here with a sick dog over the weekend wondering if he was seriously ill. I watched over him Friday and Saturday and he rebounded Sunday, but what a low down thing to do to a animal.

We recently had to make the tough decision to put our dog down. After 13.5 years of seeing Dr. Kroll there was no one else we would have wanted to be there for our dogs final goodbye. Everything was perfect, our dog was comfortable and at peace and Dr. Kroll explained everything and was so compassionate throughout the experience. I can’t recommend them enough for quality care for your pet, they truly care and throughout the years have helped guide us on the path to caring for multiple pets.

Very helpful Veterinarians on staff who show compassion for your pet. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and will explain what is needed to treat your pet and why they made that decision. Very reasonable prices when needing checkups or medication.

We first went to Flying Cloud Animal Hospital about a year and a half ago when we got our first puppy. They are always friendly and very helpful! We had never had a dog before and they are always willing to answer any question.

I have taken my dogs to Flying Cloud Animal Hospital since the late 80’s. I came to the clinic when my original vet clinic was purchased by Flying Cloud Animal Hospital. I happily stayed. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the personal attention to the unexpected needs and routine care that my Boxers have needed over the years. This little office is a gem! I highly recommend them. The hydrotherapy is excellent too if you are looking for a post surgery therapy location.

Actually gave this place a chance twice. I really liked the vet we saw for kennel cough but I decided to go elsewhere for a neuter because the vet tech insisted I had to leave my dog overnight. I explained I was really anxious about this (and they are also open until 8 why couldn’t I pick him up then?) and they informed it it’s just how they do spays and neuters so they could not guarantee the vet would “clear” him to go home that day. They also charge for this service but don’t stay in the building all night. 2nd time I tried to use this vet for upset tummy. They insisted I did not need a real appointment I could just bring a fecal sample and it would show us what’s going on. Once it came back negative and they charged me they acted like it was not their problem. Stated they could not see him until 2 days later unless (of course) I wanted to pay extra for an urgent visit. Absolutely not impressed and wish I had not spent any money here.

I have taken a few pets to Flying Cloud Animal Hospital for about 6+ years. Every time I've had excellent service, compassion, helpful and informative Vets and Techs. They all truly love all pets that walk through their doors...I highly recommend!

We've seen a number of doctors and other staff over the years, and have _always_ found everyone to be caring, responsive, and very helpful. The level of service is consistently high. Flying cloud animal hospital has been absolutely amazing. I have been bringing all four of my dogs here for the past 9 years and the all the doctors have been so helpful, kind and patient with me and treat my animals with love and care. I couldn't be more happy with my Vet.

We have been going to Flying Cloud Animal Hospital for almost 20 years. Initially I went to this clinic because a neighbor recommended them and they offered great evening and Saturday hours. It was the best decision! Because of the caring, capable staff I have had two happy, healthy dogs!

Dr Krull and staff have taken such fantastic care of our pets over the past 15 years. Dr Krull is compassionate, takes time to understand our questions and genuinely cares about our pets. We highly and enthusiastically recommend Flying Cloud Animal Hospital and Dr. Krull!

I have been taking my two cats here for years. I love all the vets and staff because I can tell they care about the well being of my pets. Even in the Pandemic they’ve adapted and found a way to safely treat your animals while maintaining the same level of care and compassion. I will continue to drive across town to see this staff!

I'm going to miss this place. Dobie, has been here since a pup! He will be 8 yrs. In a month. Thank you everyone, and especially Dobie doctor - Dr. Krull.
