I gave them 2 stars for how much they cared about our Dog Marty and for being so responsive during the holidays. However, when we brought our dog in on Thursday the 23rd for a growth on his stomach area. After paying for an ultrasound the only thing they could come up with was a bruise from some type of trama and that we should watch it. By Friday, Xmas eve that Bruise had doubled in size. At that point the vet said that we should bring him into emergency vet as they were only able to wand over his stomach area with the ultrasound technology they have. We ended up having to pay for X-rays and a new ultrasound at Blue Pearl. Had I been told that the technology they charged us for was not going to give us any answers I would have made the decision to take him to a place that has better technology so I don’t have to pay for it twice. I would suggest in the future River Vallley tell pet owners that they can offer limited services and technology to Diagnose minor things before they charge you and tell you after the fact that they can only offer a simple wand of the area.

We drive from Eden Prairie. They saved our 16 year old kitty twice. We would not let anyone else care for our fur baby. They always let you know how much things will cost before they provide service. Highly recommend.

The staff was very kind in dealing with the loss of our beloved dog. They allowed us plenty of time to say goodbye and explained our options well. We received her ashes in a beautiful box, along with a paw print. We even received a sympathy card with a heart shaped seed mat. Thank you for your kindness during this time.

Great place! They take the time to explain things in detail, email a descriptive summary (so helpful if you don't recall the details like myself!!), and are very friendly. Keep up the customer focus and loving care towards folks best friends!

Very professional. Vet was consultative and kind. She had a very logical approach to treatment and gave us options to fit our family's comfort level.

The vet came to our home to put our 14 year old dog to sleep. He was wonderful. She went peacefully. I would recommend him for sure.

It's too bad that it is "curbside service" but the service is great! I love that's they answer any and all questions no matter the amount of time it takes. Great value to what you get!

This was a hard decision because we're new to the area. It was time for our cat sadly and I was told over the phone that they do euthanasia at the end of the day so "you can have as much time as you need to say goodbye". Well, that turned into 20 minutes. As well as they won't allow you to be with your pet to the end. The take them away from you and "sedate" them, and then bring them back to "finish" the process. Our fur baby was already gone when they brought him back into the room. Our last pet we had 15 yrs ago was able to stay in my lap the entire time. Making it a less stressful time for all. Our pet was not just sedated, but never saw him take a breath after he was brought back to the room. There was no reason to take him, sedate him, or anything else to make it harder than it already had to be on all of us. The being told we'd have "all the time we needed to say goodbye" and then being interrupted after 20 minutes...sternly making it clear, "your time was up". Was even harder! The only kind thing I can say about this was they sent us a card and a seedling to plant in the spring on honor of our baby. As well as a ceramic paw print. Doesn't make up for the extra cost or stress that was put on us during this sad time, but wanted others to know what to expect. We didn't have much choice as we recently moved to the area and out regular vet had sold their practice. However, doing it again? Never would I walk into this clinic again! 1 car in the lot when we left, yet "take all the time you need". Really makes me wonder what care was taken with our baby after we left, v.s, how quickly could they all leave because they closed? Don't be this your last memory of your fur baby. If I can help anyone from experiencing what we did, I will. This is such a difficult time and situation to have to go through already, don't make it harder on yourself.

They were over booked but still got me in when my cat was sick. Turned out she was more seriously in need of help than I thought and Dr Miller and the tech team did wonders to quickly get her back to me. Great communication and all my questions were answered, even with social distancing protocols.

They are so thoughtful and accommodating of our dog who is very dog aggressive. They take great care of her and we always feel comfortable talking through any needs or concerns we have. It's so nice that they have boarding and grooming facilities right there! When she is boarded they will take her for a nail trim with a vet tech too. Have had nothing but great experiences.

We used to bring our 2 dogs here for care. The fees we paid were expensive but we never thought of looking into other Vets. After being with them for 7+ years we began to notice how sarcastic and rude one of the Veterinarians was. We took some advice from friends at the dog park and switched to a clinic in Savage. We received quality care from a friendly, caring staff at much lower prices - without the snarky, sardonic comments.

This is by far the very best full service veterinarian business we have ever seen. All of their employees are caring and just plain nice people, who have your pets best interest in mind at all times. We would not consider any other place for our dog.

We've been bringing our dogs here all my life! Very kind, caring, and gentle vets who remember your name, your pets name, and take a real interest in their care. It's not cheap, but this vet is high quality!
