Gave my dog One of the best cuts he’s ever got . We were new and they excepted us with open arms .

Was a customer for several years until this week. My husband walked in ten minutes late with our dog and we were refused service. He was treated rudely and in a very curt manner. As a prompt (until this week) customer who paid the high prices and gave good tips, I believe I deserved better treatment.

Love this place. Very good with our dog understanding his little quirks .

Have a dog that was not too fond of going to groomers. Now that we go to Premier Pet, she's not keen on arriving but doesn't really want to leave. Awesome friendly service for both my dog and my cat.

The hair cut was clean and looks great. $118 for a 10 lb dog's haircut is just way too much. I appreciate that they take care of just her and don't put her in a kennel to air dry, I really, truely do. I just cannot afford that kind of price on an ongoing basis and neither can their employee... so... at that point... maybe the price is too high. $30 more than other places? I'm trying to reconsile it, but I just can't. If you're uber rich, this is a great place for your pup. If you care about value at all, you shouldn't go here. I wish I could say otherwise.

We took our new rescue dog for a grooming here this week and couldn't be happier. It's a little pricier than I'd normally be comfortable with, but the service is worth the extra cost. Our little guy is nervous about everything but Emily was patient and gentle with him and he looked fabulous when he was done.

Love Emily, she does an awesome job bathing and clipping our two Persians! They're both much lower maintenance thanks to her.

They have taken such good care of my Persian Oreo. He had a lion cut last summer and just a brush out and belly shave the second tine. Everyone is so friendly and they are great with communication! I’m so happy I found this place and already have my next appointment booked!

I get my large Spitz breed groomed here at least twice a year. They always do a great job removing his undercoat, brushing him out, and trimming his nails. Very nice people and take good care of Coda during his visit.

My dog loves this place, it's expensive but for us it's worth it.

Absolutely love this place! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I've been bringing my (very) anxious rescue dog here for the past two years. Not only does he end up looking adorable, he genuinely loves his stylist. As for the price- you get what pay for and more. This isn't an assembly line place where your dog is just a number. The stylists here take the time to get to know your dog. Making sure the process goes as smoothly as possible.

My kitty loves this place. She always so relaxed while getting her nails trimmed.

I've been wanting to switch groomers for awhile now - I used to take my 2 dogs to a pet store chain and I hated having to drop them off for 3 hours knowing they'd be kenneled for some of that time surrounded by other anxious, whining dogs - it can be a rather traumatizing experiencing for your pups! One of my dogs is a long-haired mini dachshund and requires more regular grooming, so I decided to give Premier Pet Salon a try. So glad I did! When you schedule your appointment time, that's the actual time they start on your dog, and they are with him from start to finish (no kennel time to work on another dog). So instead of 3 hours, he was done in about an hour and a half. And I couldn't believe how soft he was when I picked him up! The last grooming salon would shave his fur which made petting him feel a little rough for the first couple weeks. The groomer at Premier talked me through the best way to groom his type of breed and I could tell she was very informed. They even put the cutest bowtie on him when they were done! Yes, it is more expensive than what I normally pay, but it is worth every penny. The grooming is top notch, and knowing my dogs won't be locked in a kennel during their appointment time gives me peace of mind. All the staff members I spoke with in person and over the phone were so nice. I can tell they are committed to what they do and they genuinely care about making sure they give your dog the best experience possible. A big 'thank you' goes out to Diana who groomed my dog, Wiley - she was wonderful. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a new groomer.

Amazing service! They are very focused on quality while minimizing stress to the animal. My dog was only there for an hour; at other places they keep her for at least 3 hours. And she looked way better verses the other places. Comes at a cost, but worth it!

They do such an excellent job on my shih tzu yorkie mix. He always looks so nice when he leaves!

If I could give a lower rating I would. This place is one of the worst pet groomers I have ever been to. They didn't give me the style on my toy poodle I asked for and cut the hair uneven. This us the second time this has happened, they sort of fixed it the last time right away, but when I called to talk to them about it this time there was no apologies, no trying to fix the hair cut, just insisted she gave me what I asked for. Umm, uneven hair no mam I didn't ask for that! To not give the style I asked for, umm no mam didn't as for that either! Needless to say I am done giving them chances and I'll never return or refer anyone to them. It's sad because for 6 years I was spoiled with the best pet groomer ever (Scooby Dos Pet Grooming in Elk River MN the owner Shelly is amazing, never had an issue) but I moved so now I'm stuck trying to find a new groomer and so far no luck. But tgese people cant seem to figure out how to give me what i ask for, i mean forgive me i am the customer am i not, i am paying you to do your job am i not....This is the WORST place EVER!!!! How hard is it to understand I want only the pom pom on her tail (pom pom not the entire tail a big hairy mess with no shape to it, looks like a feather duster for Petes sake. Her feet shaved down so you can she the shape of her toes not a fluffy paw, her hair ontop of her head fluffy but not looking like you but a box over her head and cut so it looks square, her ears shortened so she isn't chewing on her ears when she eating, and for her hair to be evenly nicely cut not choppy, I'm tired of seeing chunky spots on my dog, and two bows in her hair one on the top of each ear not a round ribbon pinwheel looking thing attached to her color. I think I deserve to get what I'm asking for when I pay about $100 fir what I'm asking for.

Great, friendly staff! They talk to my dog like it's their own. They encourage pet owners to pick up their pets within 15 minutes of the grooming being complete, so this place is very calm & quiet (no anxious, barking clients).

Great service, real groomers, perfect for any dog. Very expensive though.

They did a fine job but charged me $96 to groom a 12 pound mutt.

The staff a Premier Pet Salon are so caring, gentle and compassionate. My dog has a beautiful coat of short white hair that sheds out of control. He's not very excited about getting a bath but once a month he goes to get the double bath and blow out to remove loose hair and help reduce shedding. They are patient and kind as he goes through his antics and whining. He comes out smelling and looking beautiful and it really does cut down on the amount of shedding he does. The staff at Premier are like family and we are very glad to have found them!

Overpriced!!!!!! They don't tell you the cost unless you ask so make sure you're willing to spoil your pet if you're going here because it will make a dent in your wallet.

We have a rescue dog Juniper. We adopted her in September 2010. Her foster Mon searched for someone to groom Juniper as she was nervous and needed one on one treatment. From the first time we met Karen we realized she was right for Juniper. She took the time to assess Juniper and make sure she was comfortable. Juniper adores Karen and loves going there. She has been going since January 2011. Karen does a full on service. One on One adapted to each dogs needs. She is amazing with all the dogs she grooms and it is well wroth every penny. Every time we pick up Juniper she looks really happy and relaxed and looks amazing. People always ask where she was groomed. When my husband and I got married one of our friends paid for a special grooming for Juniper and Karen added flowers and a nice heart trimmed into her hip side with little gems glue on and heart shape in the middle. She makes sure that Juniper's harness and leash are correctly fitted and informs us if there are any problems that visit.
