The pet fish from there seem to have infection which spread and killed all other fish in my aquarium in 2 months with fish TB.

The website is very easy to navigate to find what you need. The order is always ready under two hours, and the curbside pickup is super-fast!

I would not recommend anybody to go there even though it's a non profit organization I brought my My cat in for bladder surgery and they should have known that my cat had a blockage when they opened her they opened her up while obviously they weren't doing their job and all they wanted was the money when now here I end up putting my cat to sleep thanks to them

Very friendly people and dogs there. The workers are also very friendly. There's a wide selection of whatever you would need for your dog or cat.

Went to the Banfield clinic. Won't be going back. Exam table had dried blood spot from previous animal. Wasn't seen within 30 minutes of appointment time. Left, and found a new clinic.

Sales associate was pushy and rude. She made me feel as though my current aquarium was not appropriate for my one small female Betta which is 2.5 gallons. Cashier was argumentative and actually belittling another pet store. The staff at this store needs to take a course in customer service. Don't belittle customers! Politely and respectfully teach patrons. I will definitely take my business elsewhere! Amazon ships overnight! Just a thought in case you want to save yourself a hassle.

We started getting my dog haircuts here and it’s horrible, they never do what you ask for and they returned my dog all shaved! Horrible! Bad experience here and they always make an excuse and it’s the same one each time.

Wasn't a very friendly greeting at all today. I felt Dean wasn't thrilled to be there at all. Alison was nice to explain how she cut my dogs tongue. It's been bleeding off and on since I brought him home. Unfortunately I will not be back. UPDATE: Alison reached out to me by phone, to apologize for injuring my dog. I felt she was very sincere. She offered me a refund. Because she took the time to make this right, I will return to have her groom my dog.

Some really helpful staff. But I was very disappointed in the care given the beta fish. Dead ones were still on the shelve and while they are fine in small amounts of water, the water quality was really bad. Other animals and fish looked ok.

This was a bad experience. The employees were very rude and dismissive and that really rubbed me the wrong way. I asked if someone could help me with crickets and I got a short response from eve who was a manager. Another person who was really rude was Mark who told me to go help myself and that he was too busy. They clearly do not meet Minnesota customer service standards. Went to Petco in Ridge-dale and had a better experience. Not the only one who has had issues with Mark.

I ordered the wrong size dog crate off in store pickup. I notified the staff when I went in and they made it very easy for me to exchange for a smaller one and got refunded the difference. And also helped bring it to my car.

Every single betta fish was in very poor condition, their fins are bitten and shredded i have yet to see one in perfect condition, their fish selection is very wide but they are kept in such horrible conditions that all I can feel is sad for them.

Horrible customer service. I came in before close to get my cats prescription food and I have been coming here for about a year and I used the same prescription that the vet told me to use and was denied because the cashier said I was lying to the manager and thought I was trying to get my cat sick. Just very rude cashier and I’m not coming back.

I will NEVER go to this store again!! Last night I went there after talking to Angels of Hope rescue throughout the afternoon and I was pre-approved to adopt. I was excited to meet Cinnabon. I get to the store and it was busy but that is no reason for the store to be so RUDE! First I had to hunt someone down to get someone to open the cage and they were nasty about that too!! saying that I could only visit her through the cage,( umm.. I am paying $245 so I think I should be able to hold the cat for 5 minutes) they could care less if these rescue babies got homes or not, its pathetic!! Then I asked to buy the brand of food the rescue uses and they were OUT! I asked for a small bag from the back just to get us through the night and the staff member said sorry we don't give food for free you can have whats in her bowl since we can't re-use that! (nothing about this kitty was free and in the end the staff member stormed off and didn't even give ANY food at all) I didn't have a crate in my car so I purchased the box and I'm grateful I have my fur baby!! I will be filing a complaint with Petsmart Charities and notifying as many people as I can about how little this company cares for animals, I think hundreds of cat moms in my facebook groups will have an opinion about this. I also wasn't happy about the way the staff member rudely shoved her in the box and didn't show patience or compassion at all.

Tryna decide if I need a pet and my visit was very helpful. Staff are attentive and helpful. Not unusual in these Covid times but one of the aisles had merchandise on a cart and was blocked. I enjoyed looking at all the potential pets

I went to get my dog's nails trimmed. This would be his 3rd time since I've moved to Plymouth. The first time the staff was rude. The second time was fine and we actually tipped the person because she was excellent and super kind. This time I was told to wait 10-15 minutes and they'll call me over the intercom. I understand because of the virus and how busy they are, okay. But then they never called after about 20-25 minutes. My fiance goes in and checks and they said it'll be 20-25 more minutes because the first person never wrote my name down. That's ridiculous. Don't think I'll come back to this location.
