Super pro staff. Great facilities. Fair price given the accommodations.

My dog Ruby gets so excited when she hears she is going to Camp Bow Wow. I say the name at home and her tail immediately starts wagging. I love that the staff knows her by name. I also appreciate that I can watch her on the cameras. It’s a great place for dogs to have fun with other furry friends! Highly recommend this place for daycare and boarding.

My family's dog, one of the most timid, non-aggressive dogs I have ever met, stayed here for nine nights and came home with multiple large gashes on her face. The business nonchalantly informed my family that this happens 12 times a year. This place lets 20-30 dogs plus in one room with very little to no supervision. Camp Bow Wow's business practices are inhumane as they are sacrificing the well being of your animals for more money.

We’ve been bringing our dogs here for day care and boarding the last five years. Always great experiences.

Best Doggie Daycare ever! You are patient with my dog and every morning he is scheudled to go he bounds out of best and herds towards the door. Being able to check in on my dog is also a great perk. I moved to Camp Bow Wow after an unfortunate experience with another daycare. another thing I like about Camp Bow Wow is it is centered to meet your pets needs and they aren't constantly trying to sell you things. Thank you Camp Bow Bow!

Very disappointed. I use to really like this place but the last few times I've taken my dog there he's gotten sick. This past time he came home with many scratched on his face. He must of gotten attacked by another dog which no one mentioned to me during pick up. He was also given a bath after his stay and had an allergy flare after coming home. The most annoying part is every time I call, no one seems to know who my dog is or that he's been boarding there for many days. Certainly doesn't make me feel like my dog is being well taken care of!

Picked up a client's dog. Efficient and friendly front desk staff, and the dog seemed happy (and very tired when she got home)!

Fast, friendly and convenient service. Staff is always helpful. It's easy to book online with website. Love that we can see our Simba on camera whenever we want. We also like that he is under excellent care and able to be with other dogs during his stay!

All they care about is money, they don't care about your pets

I reached out on 5/19 to set up an interview for my 2 dogs and asked about pricing. I was quoted $48/night for first dog and $34/night for second dog. I then placed my bookings on 6/3 for a 6/18 trip and a 7/2 trip. After the 6/18 trip I reviewed my invoice and noticed I was not given the pricing I was quoted. When I spoke to a manager I was told that pricing changed 5/15. I asked if employees knew this increase was happening and was told they did. The manager said he would only honor the pricing for the first visit and not the 7/2 one even though when I was quoted the original pricing the employees where aware of the price increase happening the following week. When I told the manager that I was very unhappy with the customer service and accountability and that I would not be coming back after our 7/2 trip he said that he was canceling my July reservation. It is 6/26 and I now have less than a week to find a new place to board my dogs before we go out of town. The manager I spoke to was Nick Netly (not sure on exact spelling). I cannot explain how dissdalpointed I am with this experience since I have gone to other locations in IL and loved Camp Bow Wow. I will not be coming back and will be warning other dog owners of this terrible customer service. Edited: I contacted for a quote 5/9 (not 5/19) and was also told I couldn’t get in for an interview until June so again not sure why old pricing was given. I also never stated I would not pay full price for July visit I only stated we would not be back after. The owner decided to screw us over 6 days before our trip over a holiday weekend. But we never said we would not pay full price, nice lie though.

15% increase in rates gives me reason to look elsewhere for dog boarding. Ive always liked Camp Bow Wow but this sudden price increase is ridonkulous. Almost 70 a night is a greedy franchise trying to take advantage of covid times.

We love camp bow wow! Our Golden Retriever is always so excited to go to daycare and even knows what the word “daycare” means and once we say it, she is hyped up. I like the ability to check in on cameras throughout the day to make sure she’s still having a good time. She always is!

We tried another dog daycare and had a horrible experience. Camp bow wow staff are so kind, excited to see our dog and I love that we can watch on the cameras. The staff is so friendly!

Camp bow wow is a wonderful place to take your dog! They do a great job of placing your dog with others of similar temperament. My pup is always so excited when we pull up. I've also done their overnight boarding and have had no issues. Every play area has an indoor and outdoor area where your dog can pick where they want to be. I was very nervous to leave my dog since I had never done doggy daycare before but I'm so glad we found camp bow wow! The staff is fantastic and friendly. Plus there are even cameras so you can see what your pup is up to while you're away!

Camp Bow Wow is the perfect place for my little pooch when I’m busy or want a break; whether it’s for a day or for many days. All of the staff are clearly dog loving people. They will bathe and clip nails for a small fee. It’s so great that they don’t need reservations for daycare and it can be last minute with no notice. I had a sudden family situation come up and they were able to board her for five days starting the day I called. I believe the cost is a fair value because my dog is very important part of my family. They also have packages to decrease the price. I’m very grateful Camp Bow Wow is in my neighborhood.

When I picked up my dog on Saturday 03/13, she had a gash on her neck which nobody had told me about. It took less than 30 seconds of her being in the car for me to see blood on the car seat cover and in her hair. I had also checked in around 3:30 pm and saw an employee favoring 1 dog in particular and when my dog calmly walked up to her for attention, she sprayed her in the face and pushed her away. My dog is a 5 month old puppy. About an hour later I checked in again and my dog was no place in sight on the cameras for over an hour, so we decided to pick her up early because last time my dog attended and all day previously, she had been playing or following staff constantly. Apparently she and another ‘puppy’ had been playing too rough and got separated, but yet nobody let me know of the incident until I called about the blood after picking her up. I even asked the guy at the front desk when I got her if she did well and he said if I didn’t get a call that things were good and obviously they were not. Nick was great though, when I called he looked into it and also called a few hours later to check if she was okay. Seems to be a lack of communication and despite having cameras, a lack of supervision. They asked for a rating on the visit shortly after and I sent this feedback and have not heard anything since. She will not be returning. She went twice and the first time was great, 2nd not so much.

We took our 6 month old puppy to Camp Bow Wow for his first overnight boarding experience and it looked like it went really well! It's nice that they have cameras you can view online/the app to see all of the dogs playing with each other. When we picked him up the next day, he was exhausted from all of the playing. We're hoping to make Camp Bow Wow our dog's permanent boarding location.

Have boarded here for years. Our dog "Buddy" is always excited to stay.

Love it! I love being able to check on my pup over the camera. She was super tired when she got home, so it was nice knowing she used a lot of energy there and got it out.
