Service was good. Had some printer issues but nothing that really hindered the experience.

First time in the pet hospital and didn't know it was that big inside

Schedule with Dr. Kody Carr! Knowledgeable, personable, and honestly cares for your family pet. Staff here was outstanding especially while being so busy. This is the first time I have had a pet seen by Banfield instead of a private practice and I will be continuing with Dr. Carr.

Waited 30 min past my appointment time. While I waited, I cleaned a previous animals blood drop off the exam table, which made me uncomfortable, so I walked out. My cat will not be going back. Have no idea if the vet was good or not...we didn't get that far.

My cat is well treated, and the staff are pretty cool

Didnt actually visit here but sat outside while waiting for uber. The sidewalk was pretty maintained and clean.

This is probably one of the worst places you could bring your pet don't waste your money on this go find a good vet who's in a private office

They did their best for my cat

I had to bring my German Shepherd to this clinic due to our usual clinic had poor availability, I was really nervous because of our dog is big and has not been kind to the strangers. I was impressed with the fact that we had an appointment scheduled within 5 days for physical exam and vaccinations, our usual clinic was only schedule us 1 month apart. Even we were about 5 minutes late, as a medical provider I understand how that is important when the new patient is running late, staff kindly proceeded with check in process, it was so easy and they accepted our previous immunization records. The assistants and doctor were very calm and kind to our dog even he was barking, certainly muzzle did it’s job to provide safety. I am coming back for next physical exam to this clinic definitely!

I requested to call in a prescription for my dog and after 3 days and calling Banfield to return my call no one got back to me or the pharmacist.Very dissatisfied with the service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! We dropped our Cat off at Banfield Plymouth ON 01/28/2020. Only to then be told she would need to come back for an addition appointment if a tooth needed to be pulled. This was after they cold called my wife and fast talked into an appointment out of the blue. So she went with it as Kitty hasn't been in to see the vet in a year or so. The last time she went they let a dog pee on her kennel while she was in it. So, the time comes to go and pick up Kitty. Well, they fast talked her into some flea and tick medicine for 97 dollars. I call as soon as she gets home because she is in tears after the entire experience only to be told that they can not refund us for the medicine since it was taken off the premises. Asked to speak with the manager and they were not in office on a Thursday. My assumption is that people are not taking their pets to the vet or at least that location so they are working angles to attempt to derive some type of revenue. The entire experience left us with a sense of distrust and distain for the entire company. When asked if we could cancel our pets health insurance we were told that we couldn't do that until August.

I've always had good experiences at Banfield in Plymouth. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors have always been professional and great with our dogs. We're able to get in whenever we need to.

Banfield is amazing! We are so impressed with the wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, friendly staff! Dr. Carr is the best! The Dr and the Vet tech were great with our pup Toby! They took the time to answer our questions and took a lot of time getting to know our puppy! Dr Carr sat on the floor with our pup...so heartwarming ????! Really wonderful experience, we are so impressed with Dr Carr and his team! We definitely recommend Banfield in Plymouth!!!

I had horrible experience with canceling the plan, they claim no hidden fees or cancellation fees. I don’t have my dog any more and tried to cancel in the middle of the year and they want me to pay the full year ahead to cancel. Although I did not go to my second visit, they claimed that one visit is for the cost of the whole year if I cancel. I tried to tranfere the plan to my cats and they said it is untransfererable. Don’t Go there!

They take good care of my pet

I had the best experience at Banfield this morning! They are extremely knowledgeable and patience. The staff treated my cat Sappho and I with so much care. I thought for sure that I was going to leave with an empty bank account but their prices were surprisingly affordable. Sappho is old and needed to see a vet. Last summer we brought our cat to Banfield. She had a history of UTIs and was showing symptoms of one again. After the exam and urinalysis they concluded it was not a UTI and sent us home with pain relievers. When her symptoms had not improved we returned. They once again concluded it was not a UTI and sent us home with stool softener in case that was the issue. Again, symptoms did not improve. We took her to another veterinary clinic and they discovered it was, in fact, a UTI. At this point the UTI had gone undiagnosed and untreated for so long the bacteria had moved to the kidneys. We made a last ditch hail mary attempt to cure it, but it was too late. We had to put our cat down because of it. Banfield, along with the lab they outsourced the urinalysis to, missed the UTI both times which led to her death. I can hardly even shop at PetSmart anymore, but I will never bring another animal to Banfield. I waited almost a year before writing the review in hopes some of my bitterness and anger would subside. But, a year later, the empty house is still painful.

Amazing experience with Dr. Alyssa Gohr today! We have a complex boxer with severe year round allergies. We have seen numerous vets (at Banfield, dermatologists, holistic vets, hospitals, etc) and have tried handfuls of medications in the past. We have been to see many Banfield vets and most not reviewed the chart to be able to offer good advice and see the struggle we have had with his allergies and subsequent infections. Dr. Gohr has reviewed the chart, she listened, and gave advice. We had been thinking this was our last visit at Banfield and we would switch to the Rockford Animal Hospital across the road, but she changed our minds today. We also really like the vet tech that was working with her, she was sweet and a great communicator. We plan to stay with Banfield and continue to see Dr. Gohr moving forward.

Dr. Kody Carr was so empathetic when it was time to put down my 16 year old doggie. He was very compassionate. We have new puppy now and saw Dr Carr again. He is the best vet ever. You can tell he really cares. He sat on the floor and played with my new puppy. Dr Carr is the BEST!!!!

I've been to the Plymouth location only once for my cat and it went smoothly. They were friendly and helpful. I've been taking my dog to Banfield for 3 years though and it's ALWAYS been a pleasant experience.

Knowledgeable vets. Sometimes hard to get an appointment depending on the day, so make sure you call beforehand.

Banfield is always an amazing place. They treat my pets great, give advice on questions I have and help me with any concerns and issues I have before, during, and even after my visit!
