So thankful for the staff at MN Pets. My Stella was able to go peacefully at home and she was treated with the utmost dignity. The vet was genuinely empathetic and took the time to make sure I was comfortable at each step. They have my sincerest gratitude.

The veterinarians and staff and MN Pets are heaven sent. They have a very difficult job to do but are extremely kind, supportive, and compassionate. During an extremely difficult time I am very happy that we reached out to MN Pets.

Where to even begin…we said goodbye to our sweet boy Tony this past week. From the beginning, MN pets was caring and responsive. I reached out on NYE and heard back from them that same day. Dr. Lindelof was incredible. She gave us time to say goodbye, walked us through the process, and even created a clay paw piece for us to cherish forever. She is an angel on earth and now we have our angel boy watching over us. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for what you do. To lay Tony to rest in the peacefulness of our home was the best possible choice.

Stop searching and use MN Pets. I was not prepared for the level of grief I would experience when it was time to let my chronically I’ll cat go on to his heavenly home. MN PETS was amazing and worth every dime. They helped us to understand that we were making a difficult but necessary call in our loved ones care. The questions rolled in: did I do enough? Is it too early? Should I have done something sooner? Has he been suffering? All came flooding in as the appointment came and afterward. And at every turn there was a voice from MN pets answering our questions, helping us make an informed decision and validating our feelings. From the initial call, to the follow up emails helping with processing grief, the thoughtful card sent afterward and the work done in the appointment. They were there and had thought through every tiny detail. In home euthanasia protected our hearts to ensure Gucci our kitty who battled chronic kidney disease most of his life had a peaceful and comforting passing. I cannot thank them enough. This has truly been some of the most meaningful money I have ever spent. Thank you for protecting Gucci’s peace and helping us heal our hearts as we learn to live without him.

We said goodbye to our sweet cat today. Dr. Rebecca made a huge impact on our whole family. She was so kind, patient, and understanding as we all (including our young children) asked questions and said goodbye. She explained everything thoroughly and was so gentle and caring with our children and our pet. My husband and I have never said goodbye to a pet at home this way before-I can say we will never do it any other way, if possible. It felt very sacred and peaceful and private. They were also able to schedule us with 24 hours’ notice, on New Year’s Eve, no less. Thank you so very much, Dr. Rebecca. You made a hard day much easier and more special for all of us.

Our sweet girl had a beautiful 12 years of life. She had been declining for some time. When we made the decision MN pets was quick to respond. They accommodated us the next morning after the request was made. Dr. Marisa was so kind and patient with us. The process was fast, easy, and preserved her dignity. Thank you for taking care of our boo boos in her last minutes. I really cannot imagine another option other than MN pets.

MN Pets was recommended to us when we had to unexpectedly say goodbye to our dog Chena. Dr. Melinda was incredibly patient, empathetic, and caring during the entire process. She helped us navigate the incredibly difficult and painful goodbye. We were extremely impressed with Dr. Melinda and would highly recommend MN Pets.

Having MN Pets come to our home to send our cat Rocco off to the Rainbow Bridge was a blessing. Everything was explained ahead of time. There was no rush. We had a very compassionate and understanding veterinarian. Rocco passed in his home peacefully. No dreaded last ride to the vet's office. We can't say enough about the wonderful,albeit awful experience of losing our beloved Nero, our hero. Dr. Jessica Mumm was so kind and professional. She explained everything so well and answered our questions about Nero's failing health. We felt so much better in the decision as the process went along. We also can't explain the pain of the loss, however, Dr. Mumm made it so understandable to us when she said, the last thing he will know is how much you loved him as you held him. That meant the most to me. Thank you Dr. Mumm amd MNpets. Nero was our last pet, but I highly, HIGHLY recommend her to you. God Bless her for her compassion and service to others. The compassion that this company shows you from the second you call to even days after the appt, is amazing. They were so caring and patient and gentle. They made such a dreadful experience as comfortable as it could be, for us and for our Baby Lucy. I would 100% recommend this company and if I ever need to, would use them again in a heartbeat. The experience of putting your long time best friend (dog) down is never pleasant. However, I was really amazed with the way everything went with this company. First they were extremely easy to work with, responsive, polite, caring etc Then when they came to the home, you could sense the professionalism, the care, the empathy they had. It was a rare experience to actually be impressed with customer service these days, thought it merited a review!

I've used them to do a quality of life assessment. I honestly thought I'd have to use them WAY sooner than I have. Either way, an incredible experience. Beyond happy. I've been blessed as I have yet to finalize anything, but they were very knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. Strongly suggest using them!!!

Just like the other reviews I read, MN Pets made a horrific situation somehow easier. Our 20-year-old cat buddy wasn't doing great and finally stopped eating, drinking and being lovingly annoying. We knew it was time. We called earlier that day, the doc/vet came to our home, and compassionately ended his misery. I was horrified by my sense of relief to lose my buddy, but our MN Pets vet (sorry I forgot her name because I've been trying to forget about that entire day) explained it's totally natural to feel relief. She remembered a story we told about our cat and even mentioned it in the sympathy card we received. We even had an appointment for him later that week, and they called our vet to cancel it. It is said our cat never met a stranger he didn't like. That's true except for his vet visits. He didn't like going to the vet, so having his end come at home was so much easier. We really miss him, but working with MN Pets made his transition to his 10th life so much easier. Thank you MN Pets.

Absolutely amazing. They didn't rush me ..we're super patient . The vet sat down outside (where I wanted my dog to be put down) with me and my dog for a little bit so my dog would be comfortable with her. The vet gave me my space as my little girl fell asleep into my lap. As much as losing my dog sucked....I couldn't of been more happier with the service

We had to say goodbye to our sweet cat, Bridget and we couldn't imagine bringing her somewhere for our final goodbye, so we contacted MN Pets. Dr. Tali came to our house, got to know us a little bit and let us take our time with goodbyes. The whole process was super tough but Dr. Tali was very professional and compassionate, making us feel comfortable and confident Bridget was in good hands, and that this was the right decision. Getting to hold her while sending her off was the best decision we could have made. It is never easy losing a pet but when the process can be so heartfelt, it makes it just a tiny bit easier. I can't thank Dr. Tali enough and would highly recommend MN Pets to those seeking in-home euthanasia services. They also have great resources available for those grieving.

I cannot say enough about how reassuring it was to deal with this establishment. Dr. Jessica Mumm was incredibly empathic about the situation and made one of the hardest moments of my life so much easier.

I have had to say goodbye to two former cats, but this in home experience was definitely the easiest -- Cosmo was comfortable and calm -- and did not require leaving a vet office bawling my eyes out while trying to drive home. Dr. Mary was extremely considerate and caring and allowed us space to say goodbye. I will recommend MN Pets to every person I know!

Dr. Susan came to my home to help my say goodbye to my fur child. I named my kitty Silver because she has been my silver lining. I have been treating my cat’s kidney disease for 5 plus years, but one night she started howling inconsolably, pacing, and having trouble keeping her balance. It became obvious I had to let her go. I am thankful for this service as the very kind and respectful Dr. Susan came to my home; Silver passed in her favorite spot on my couch without excess anxiety. I completely went to pieces with guilt and grief but in the end I think I did the right thing for my baby.

Saying “goodbye” to your pet is heart wrenching. Everyone at MnPet (phone support, veterinarian, delivery) was incredibly compassionate, sympathetic and caring. My deepest thanks to them all.

Words cannot express how hard it was to say goodbye to our pet but this group of amazing people cried with us, said some beautiful words and were so respectful. I hate that we had to go through the experience but there’s no other organization I’d hire to do it again. Thank you.

It has taken me 3 years to leave this review as losing our Lincoln was so very hard for us. The vet that came out to our house was so professional , so patient, and so kind. She sent us a card a year after his death and that meant so much to us. Her kindness and professionalism are remembered and appreciated 3 years later 5 stars is simply not enough for her. Thank you!

From the very first phone call I made to the minute Dr Cecilia walked out the door of our home, MN Pets deserves 5+ stars. Saying goodbye to our furry family members is a heartbreaking experience, just awful. But having MN Pets come to our home to allow us to say goodbye to Stud while holding him, talking to him and loving him added comfort and peace to his passing and to our experience as well. The compassion shown to our 16 yr old baby as well as to us as his grieving family was second to none. Last week, we had to say goodbye to our sweet little kitty Kallista, after 13 wonderful years together. She was such a joy, and we will miss her every day. MNPets came recommended to us by a friend who also had to go through this recently. I cannot say enough good things about MNPets, and Dr. Karen specifically. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the support staff (I am sorry to say that I cannot remember the name of the person I spoke with) was wonderful and so compassionate. The day of the appointment is a bit of a blur, but Dr. Karen was kind and thoughtful, giving us information about the process and as much time with our kitty as we needed. In particular, I appreciated the beautiful basket and blanket that Dr. Karen wrapped my Kallista in after the appointment. Thank you for treating her like a treasured family member. I am so grateful that we were able to say goodbye to Kallista in our home, and for the kindness and compassion that everyone at MNPets showed us.
