Took my dog in for a nail trim and grind. I was unable to get it done because I forgot her rabies certificate. They were very polite about it, just reminded me of their policies. I will be bringing her back within the next couple of days.

Very helpful staff but recently very long long lines as there is not enough staff working. Fri we waited 30 min to be checked out and no explanation or apology from staff. I think if they just would have explained WHY they appeared to be just standing there doing nothing while we waited, myself and the other customers would have been more patient. But overall, very knowledgeable about their products and pets in general.

The staff was very helpful finding the product I was looking for, for my sick puppy.

I go to the PetSmart in Monticello and they usually have what I need. The store is always neat and clean and the cashiers are always friendly. If they don't happen to have what I want I can go online and order it and we'll have it within a day or two.

Ordered online for pickup and was ready when I got there. They waited on the fries to keep them hot.

Whent to buy my dog that just had baby's more food online it said they had it in cases got there n only had small cans

I brought my newest family member Cada in for a much needed bath and teeth cleaning. My dog will definitely be back and Emily H did a great job with my little tyrant I mean puppy dog Cada. We both enjoyed the shopping experience and liked being able to have the dog pre choose any toys that she seems to enjoy. We are due back very soon as this puppy won't stop growing wildly

Animal health section does not have a large selection but it's okay for the average shopper. Store isn't large but overall has most things the average pet owner needs. Employees are helpful and welcoming.

Allowed a kitten to be adopted with serious health issues. I asked several times about his incessant sneezing but was told it was just from his litter and excitement from being around people. I was lied to and the associate was just trying to get rid of the kitten and pass it off like the health issues weren’t existent. It sickens me to know how little they care even though they have a vet clinic within a few steps…

Pink hair lady, stop yelling "Hi welcome to PetSmart" every time someone walks past the door! It's enough to make me rate my visit a 0. "Would you like to rate your....HI, WELCOME TO PET SMART!... visit a 10"? ???? No thanks ???? If there was another pet store within 10 minutes, I would definitely go there instead.

Only place locally that carries Royal Canain dog food. Its all my finicky little buddy will eat. On- line ordering & curbside pick- up. Wonderful!

If I could give 0 stars it would be too good. I just wanted fish. They ask seemingly innocent questions first then they try to upsell you on everything. Then they try to shame you for not "valuing" the long healthy life of a guppy! Really!!! Its a fish. They can let the fish they have die in their small tanks!
