If you're looking for a great place to have your dog groomed this is it. Lindsay is my groomer but they are all excellent and are very friendly

Had to cancel my appointment, was told that I’m going to get charged a 50% on my next visit. Very disappointed. Never again! Update: My mother is getting charged for my missed appointment, which makes zero sense. She lives in a different household than I do. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would!

Had my Maddies nails done, did not take long at all. Very good job. Friendly people who care about our pets and what we want them to do. Would definitely be going back and highly recommended

I have been to Laundromutt several times and each time is a positive experience. They are friendly, reasonably priced, and have great customer service! They are great about accommodating walk up services and do a great job! I highly recommend their business!

Kobi, my toy poodle, has been to the same groomer for nearly his whole life. We had to change one other time and I was extremely disappointed. So I travelled long distance to keep bringing him to his regular groomer. She ended up making changes to her life and I was not able to keep bringing him to her. So I was stuck looking for a new groomer. I was NERVOUS. It is hard to trust somebody new with my dog, my baby. Also I admit I am very picky about his cut ????‍♀️. I decided to try laundromutt and HOLY COW. I mean it when I say it is the best he ever looked!! A week later I still can't stop staring at him. He smelled like heaven. He also seemed in good spirits when I picked him up (he does always stress at the groomer but he was not freaking out like he was the bad time) Sorry for the super long post but I suuuper appreciate you ladies. I cannot believe I forgot to get the name of who groomed him, but I will, and you have a furever client. Thank you!!

I just brought my dog in for the first time today and was so happy with my dogs groom! He looked amazing and smelled great! The staff was very friendly!!! I will be back for sure!

Did an awesome job on my dogs nails. She had some splitting nails and they got them done perfect and super fast. Worth every penny of the 20 dollars we spent.

My old girl needed her nails trimmed. She is very shy and afraid. She did wonderfully although wanted to crouch down. The groomer was patient.

First time bringing our dog in today for a nail trim and we we're in and out in less than 10 minutes and she did a wonderful job! If we had done it ourselves it would have taken easily 5 hours...

I have had all excellent appointments here. My dog sees Vanessa regularly now, but we've had Justin and Felicia, too, who are both really good. Vanessa listens and then does what I ask every time. She's patient and good at what she does. What I like about this business is they are fair in their prices related to the service they provide. They don't slowly raise the price, speed up service quality, or change employees regularly which must mean they are doing well in running things on that end, too. This business is an asset to Monticello and is largely due to their staff, good work, and location. I tell everyone about the Laundromutt!

This place has changed. I was a big fan the first couple of times I brought my dogs in. But the most recent time, I worked with them to pick a time that worked with my busy and weird schedule that day. An hour before said appointment, while I was working from home, I got a call from them asking if I wanted to bring the dogs in early, since they finished the previous dog early. I said sorry, but no, because of my weird schedule they would only have an hour and a half from then for them to fully groom, deshed, dry, and trim my dog before I needed to pick her up. If I dropped her off at the appointed time, they could take their time with her because I would be gone for an hour appointment. And they would really only have an hour fifteen after accounting for my drive there, if I brought her in early. Instead of taking no for an answer (which they should have done—it was fine to ask, but you have to let the customer say no!), the girl who called me pushed me and insisted they could do it in an hour and a half, and seemed annoyed with me. No respect for the rest of my day. I should have just said no, that I was working and couldn’t get away yet (which was true). But my real issue was that they were trying to rush. I did not accuse them of anything related to this so I don’t know why the attitude. I knew from last experience that it really took them about 2 hours to fully groom my dog. To make matters worse, they were so cold and rude when I dropped her off that I almost was afraid to leave her with them. They wouldn’t say hello, not even to my dog (in the past they had been nice, though not as lovely as my old groomer in another state). They got annoyed with me when I asked if they could put their dog (which hangs out at the shop sometimes roaming freely—not a huge deal) in the other room while they took me somewat confrontational corgi back. They huffed and angrily shoved their dog into another room as if that was the most unreasonable request ever. They took my dog in back without a word to me or her, and when I picked her up they only said enough to me to get my money. It was Halloween, and I’m not sure if they were mad because I wasn’t helping them get out early or something, but whatever the case may be, it was inappropriate. I won’t be bringing my dogs back. My dog was shedding a lot 2 weeks later so I know they did not do a good job on her this time. The lack of professionalism was disturbing for people who are taking care of helpless animals. I’m better off at the local Petsmart where you can tell the groomers really care about the dogs they groom.

I'm extremely pleased with how my visit just went! I have a 9 month old that has only had her nails trimmed a hand full of times and each time she screamed bloody murder. She started the visit as normal, fighting back and crying super loud. They where VERY encouraging in trying to calm her down and did not mad. By the last paw she had given in and was finally behaving. It was a miracle! HIGHLY recommend for nervous dogs!

They always do the most amazing jobs deshedding our giant dogs! They are a liiiiiittle $$. But at the same they look great and I DIDN'T HAVE TO GET DRENCHED!

My dog got the pampered princess treatment here. The groomers are super kind and friendly and the place has a great vibe. I see why they were voted Best Groomer in MN on WCCO. We will definitely be back.

Very impressed with everyone there. You can tell they are animal lovers and know how to care for your pets when grooming to make sure they are ok!
