I love taking my animals there. Every time we walk in Tammy greets my dogs with open arms and a big smile! They do a great job grooming our shitzu/bichon and they also do a great job working with our hound mix that hates getting his nails done. They are very patient with him. I also find the pricing to be very comparable to other groomers in the area.

Great service! I brought my pup here for a good deshed and groom. She can get matted with her long fur and has a very thick undercoat. They did a great job making my dog feel very welcomed right when we walked in! Their space was clean, my dog was very happy (she looked, felt, and smelled awesome), and they were very quick with their service. I already scheduled her next groom. They do book out far in advance so it may take a few weeks for them to get you in.

My pup isn't the kindest of them all, but he was so joyous after his groom today. The bathed him, shaved him to give him a fresh start for a new cute hair cut in the future, and they filed his nails down. And they were so kind to him and that's the most important part. Thank you!!! They also rearranged my appointment with no questions asked, especially during this busy time. Very happy with all the services!

Got a call from my mother this morning crying cause she felt so bad she missed her apt by 25 min and when she called right away she was treated with disrespect and rudeness and got hung up on. I understand its a hard time right now but come on. people make mistake and you have no idea what kinda stuff people deal with in her daily life. Very uncalled for. Were gonna see 3 dogs and 25 min late and ask to only bring one dog in... True colors show when someone makes a mistake and you treat them like that...

Left a 3 inch long piece of cotton in my dogs ear. Was disappointed when I spoke with them about it. Would not recommend them and will not be going back

I was very afraid to clip Remy’s nails. They were very long, and they looked painful to the touch. I called every where, and nobody could squeeze us in for a few more weeks. As soon as I called Dog Gone Gorgeous knowing they were booked a few weeks out too. I explained what was going on, and they cared enough to squeeze us in within a few hours from the time I called to clip Remy’s nails! When I brought Remy in even though he was really scared they were super good with him! And treated Remy as if he was their own. They go above, and beyond, and really seem to love what they do. Good job guys! Remy and I will be back. ☺️

Super service and they always make our two Westies look great. We won't take them anywhere else.

I have two Alaskan Malamutes, majestic keepers of insane amounts of fur and sass. To say they did a great job is an understatement! Both of my pups are absolutely beautiful with their fresh trims, baths, and cologne. And both were done in under 3 hours! Highly recommend!

Prior to finding DGG, we were fortunate to have the same groomer for many years. So it was stressful thinking about finding another groomer. Im happy to report we made it thru the appointment, thanks to DGG, oh yes Daisy & KC did ok also, our dogs???? Thank you DGG, i think we found a new home. They were ready to go and they were beautiful!!

Super friendly staff and very beautiful results for my dogs fur. My only complaint is my mom talks to much. Which is my problem not there's.

I am extremely impressed with the service and detail with this grooming company. I had my jack russel fox terrioriz groomed there and she has awful anxiety. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were patient and did things according to my dogs needs to make it as smooth as possible. Amazing results, a happy pup and wonderful customer service too! I highly recommend this groomer and I will return.

I scheduled with this salon on three occasions. The first time I thought her to be very kind and my pet loved it. Unfortunately they gave my retractable leash to someone else, it also has a carrier for bags and it took several days and phone calls before they returned my leash. I was pretty frustrated. They loaned me a cheap plastic leash to use. I scheduled another appointment thinking mistakes happen. The next time all went well. However, I was chastised for not returning the cheap leash and promised to bring it back when I picked up my pet. I did return it. My third appointment I was totally engrossed in work and missed the appointment. Once I realized I missed the appointment I called to apologize and reschedule. She was rude about it and told me I would be charged a fee for this when I came in for my next appointment. I chose not to return. Mistakes happen and I did call to apologize and did not deserve to be treated so rudely. I agree with other customers that this salon is rude. I’m sure it will all be my fault after seeing the responses she’s given other customers.

Buster our black lab/golden retriever always comes out looking and smelling great! They seem experienced with not only small dogs but bigger dogs like Buster also.

$25 Cancel Charge. Apparently good customers aren't appreciated. We have had good caring groomings here for a few years now even though prices are a bit higher than most in the area. We always were on time with drop off and pickups in which they are quite particular and we respected that. We tipped well, so we thought, to build a good rapport but when I had to cancel the morning of I was told there would be a $25 cancel fee! Well, I am not going to pay $95 for our next grooming. No way. My husband suggested we just shouldn't tip for the next few appointments. But no, we will figure out something else. Bye.

Tammy (owner of Dog Gone Gorgeous) was recommend to me 4 years ago by my vet. Tammy and her husband have been nothing but kind, gracious and professional. I have moved further and further away from Dog Gone Gorgeous and she is worth the drive! The customer service I get from Tammy and the gentleman that works there (I think maybe he's her husband) is AMAZING! Tammy is so accommodating that she often does her best to "squeeze" us into her schedule. (I'm one of those customers that doesn't plan far enough in advance). My two boys, Eddie Munster and Taquito, will ONLY have their spa days at Dog Gone Gorgeous!

Unfortunately I was treated rudely by Jared at Dog Gone Gorgeous too as was a friend of mine. Tammy did a good job grooming, but when you are rude to your customers, you will lose business. In this case and that of my friend, they have lost 5 dogs as we both have moved on to other groomers. Disappointing.

Unfortunately I too was treated rudely by this location. Having spent literally thousands of $$$ with Tammy over the past 10 years, I never thought she'd have such an attitude. The other day in a local store, I was speaking to someone else whom just had a terrible experience with Tammy. Nevertheless, time has passed and I still feel irritated when you bring money to a local business, that they feel it's ok for you to be inconvenienced and it's you it's ok to be rude to. If you make errors in your scheduling, it's not your customer's fault! Why not offer an apology and reschedule. WOW! We would NEVER EVER go back! Luckily there are other GREAT small business in grooming that do an excellent job. I am sure you will also find you'll save $20-40 going elsewhere.

Dear Zane, it is very unfortunate you feel you had a bad experience with me after all the years of us dealing with each other and I do appreciate your business. Now, to the issue to which you felt compelled enough to give my business a bad review. I remember that morning quite well,it was 8/16/16. You had a 9:30 am appt, which you showed up for at 10am knowing that I was squeezing you in. If I had made a scheduling error I would be the first to admit it and apologize,but in this case you were simply very late, therefore I couldn't groom your dog. I don't know what I could have done differently. I enjoyed your dogs and wish it could have ended differently.

All of my pups, past and current have loved going to see Tammy at Dog Gone Gorgeous. She is professional, kind and caring, and you can just tell the dogs love her. She listens carefully, and gives great suggestions and advise on grooming and how to maintain at home, in between visits. Tammy's experience allowed her to find an ear infection on my newest/littlest, (that I would never have known was there) and she advised me to follow up with the vet.

Very nice experience for my Dog who tends to get nervous. He came out looking awesome. Thank you guys.
