DO NOT bring your pet to this place!!!!!!!! They are completely unprofessional, NEVER answer their phones, and cut my dog. She’s been bleeding for 2 days and I have to take her to the vet. They will never call you back even if you leave them 20 messages. There are so many better groomers out there. Do not choose this place.

I had a question regarding my breed and they promptly called me back. My dog wasn’t in need of a groom at this time and just needed a nail trim. I was able to come the same day as a walk in and they were great with my newly adopted rescue and quick. I will definitely be back for full grooming and his nail trims in between grooming. Highly recommended!

This place was wonderful and treated my dog Bella great before. We loved them so much that we ignored the red flags (not answering phones or responding to messages). Something happened and they're not what they were before. Our last visit didn't go well and I had to sit and watch my dog bleeding and in pain after she cut her quick pretty deep. This was also the first and only time she's bit me in 10 years. The bleeding wouldn't stop and required a vet visit. I'm not big on negative reviews but for you and your pets sake steer clear of this place.

Before and after photos of what they did to our dog for a simple summer trim. You can see they shaved him far too close on his ears and the back of his neck, while making him look hideous. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I have been bringing our Goldendoodle, Walter, here for over a year. Every time we were so impressed with the cut and how well they did. Until one day, we picked up our dog and he was severely injured. When we picked Walter up from his cut, we were told from the groomer that his paw had a "hot spot" and it was nicked during the grooming. The groomer wrapped it in gauze and advised us to keep the wrap on for 24-48 hours, then he should be fine. When we got home, there was blood soaked through the gauze and it was dripping through our house. We took him into the vet and they were appalled. They said it was definitely not a hot spot and that the groomer had somehow cut the skin open with a dull blade. You could lift up the skin AND the muscle above his knuckle on his paw. He also had razor burn all along his tummy. Please be careful about taking your dog here. We don't want anyone's pets to go through what our dog experienced. At the end of the day, this cost us over $500 in vet bills (with insurance), and over a month healing process for our dog.

We've taken our pug Louie here three times for a full service bath (including nails, ears, teeth brushing, etc.). Louie is a very sweet pug who loves people. The groomers here do a great job with him. He is always calm when I pick him up and waits patiently for them to open his crate. I really like it that they crate the dogs in the open so the dogs aren't upset by the noise of people they can't see coming in and out of the pet salon. The salon has a calm peaceful feeling in large part because the dogs aren't barking since they can see what is going on. We also brought our son's female pitbull mix here for a full service bath once when she was staying with us. They weren't intimidated by her breed. Winnie is an incredibly sweet natured dog and they recognized that right away. I really like this salon and plan to keep bringing my dogs here. Both Winnie and Louie were calm when I picked them up. And, it was nice for them to be placed in crates next to one another. Just a thoughtful gesture to add comfort to what could be a stressful situation for the dogs.

Fast and friendly service!! Not only did my girls receive great care, I was given a lot of great advice and information on issues I had with my pups. Definitely will be coming back!

One of the best experiences we’ve had with dog grooming. They are very understanding and flexible with all kinds of dogs. Our Brownie is a senior dog and a bit of a nervous one due to some birth defects, and they were very good with her. I highly recommend this place. They have that personal touch that the big chains lack. And the haircut was spot on! Her nails were also very nicely done. Overall, a wonderful experience every time we go

I would not take my dog anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and always does a great job.

We have brought our puppy here now a few times. The first 2 times were great no problems and the service was fast. The most recent time I brought my dog in at 8:30 am. At 11 am I received a phone call asking me how short I wanted his head to be cut. I was expecting a phone call shortly to tell me he was done. I called at 4:30 pm asking if he was ready yet and the response was "I need 30min". This is now 8 hours of him being at the groomer. When I went to pick him up it did not seem that she was done yet. She asked how I liked his head and I had to point out that she had missed a huge clump in the side of his head. By this time it was 5:10 pm and I just wanted to take my dog home. When we got outside he went to the bathroom for a long time making me wonder if he was even let outside the whole time he was there. When I got home I more thoroughly inspected him to find out that the groomer had missed whole sections, did not smooth him out, did not cut his nails, or clean out his ears. Another local groomer fixed him in 30 min and was shocked by the service we received. I sincerely hope these problems are addressed as it looks like we are not the first to experience this problem. We will not be returning.

Wont leave my dog their for 8 hours anymore. There’s other groomers that will do it for 2-3 hours. It’s way to long a time for dogs!

I had been taking my Westie here for over five years and most of the time it was a good cut. However we brought our puppy westie there for her first grooming along with our older dog. They were there for over 6 hours. When we got there they were only bathed and not cut .She proceeded to cut the older dog and it was a quick cut. Then she started on the puppy .She was very rough and short tempered with her .Pulling on her chin hair and making her yelp .Not to mention she was angry with my older children because they wanted to say hi to our puppy. We arrived when she said they would be finished and we didn't know that they were not going to be done .Still. After six hours. Our puppy had the ugliest haircut I'd ever seen I ended up cutting the rest myself at home. I am disappointed because we had been going there for so long. And seeing my dogs in kennels after they had been there for six hours was alarming for me. I think we were treated poorly and so were my dogs. Needless to say I found someone else to groom them and I won't be going back.

They do an amazing job

Dissapointing. We really like Woof and Whisker until our older dogs last haircuts. Not a good job on either of our pups..we were surprised as that is not typical. Woof and Whisker even said it didn't met their standards. We understood our oldest was being difficult not typical for her. We were surprised by this and even more surprised to see they charged is full price despite being told not up to their standards. ☹

My dog looks like a teddy bear and they were so sweet and kind to her. I highly recommend this salon, I've been to many places and this has been my favorite.

I have two older dogs and they took their time with them and did an outstanding job.

I took my 11 year old newly rescued puppy mill dog on a recommendation from the rescue. Grooming was very stressful for her and I needed someone with experience due to her age and background. I could not be happier. I was nervous dropping her off for the first time and they were great about reassuring me. They told me I could call and check on her whenever I wanted and when I arrived to pick her up they showed me pictures and videos of just how relaxed she was while they were grooming her. I don't live anywhere near this groomer but I am happy to go out of my way to take my dogs to a place where I know I won't have to worry about them.

Best place to take your pets! I have a Persian cat and a English Bull dog I have never seen them look so good!!!!! The Cat looked like a Lion its kinda funny to see but they are 100% the best!!!!!

We <3 Woof n Whisker Salon! We have brought our Aussiedoodle here several times and they do wonders! They educated us our her hair type and the importance of getting all the shampoo out of her hair. They also recommended brushes to use for getting out the extra hair. She enjoys visiting the salon and is always so happy when we pick her up. Your pups will be in good hands here.

The ladies did a wonderful, beautiful job with our eight year-old, long haired cat Hugo. We had a specific trim length in mind, and a large national pet store chain said they would only trim cats to one extremely short hair length -- tough luck, essentially. We stumbled upon a coupon for their services at our vet, and decided to look into it. The building atmosphere and design is nothing extremely impressive, but the two ladies that run the store are incredibly warm and friendly people. Give this local business a try! You won't be disappointed!

Jen and Nan have been grooming my two dogs since 2011 and also did several groomings for a dog that we fostered for several months. The haircuts always look terrific right away, and my anxious dogs are handled gently and carefully. I tend to call or email for appointments on short notice - Jen and Nan are always extremely kind and accommodate my scheduling needs. I am very glad to have found these groomers and recommend them to anyone.
