Love this place. Quick to get in and very friendly! Definitely recommend.

They are very caring and get your pet in quickly. They are also very patient and listen to and answer all your questions.

We do not care for this place at all. Last year the doctor gave our golden retriever medication that almost killed her. Additionally this same doctor would not listen to our concerns regarding our other dog. She totally judged us because we were inquiring about an anxiety medication trial for our other dog. We feel we were not listened to and the care we received was extremely poor quality for both our dogs. We will definitely not be returning here for our vet needs:(

We have had 2 dogs with Village for almost 15 years. They are amazing to work with and a very personal almost small town feel. They remember the dogs names even when we call with a question. They often follow up with calls to check on the dogs even weeks or months after procedures. When we had to put down our first dog, they made a tough day a little easier with good communication. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We get our prescription food here. They are always nice when we call

My year old pup is very shy of strangers, the last vet I went to insisted he be forced to interact and be touched by the staff in order to desensitize. This only made his fear of strangers worse. So when my dog got a laceration on his belly I dreaded having to bring the poor guy in to get it stitched up. The staff at Village Animal Hospital were very respectful of his boundaries and let him sniff and warm up to them before getting hands on. Ultimately they were able to clean and glue the wound quickly without sedation and he even readily approached the Doc to take a treat after they were done. I'm so pleased with how they interacted with my shy dog and figured out the least stressful way to treat him. I will continue to take my pets here!

Dr. Matt Lindberg and his staff have cared for 3 of our dogs throughout their life stages for the last 25 years. They are highly skilled and professional but are also very compassionate and caring, both to the animals and to their owners. The office is clean, comfortable and animal friendly. Our current springer is highly anxious and they have been so willing to work within her tolerance to do her recent surgery and to follow up with us. Prices are reasonable. We treat our dogs as family members and feel so confident in the care they have received here. We have recommended this practice to many friends.

I have been taking my King Charles Spaniel to Village Animal Hospital since I got him as a puppy. We are moving out of state and I am so sad to leave this vet behind. Dr. Benning and the team have taken great care of him. Highly recommend!

I've been to a few vets but Dr. Morgan really knows how important animals are to their owners. I've always felt like she empathizes with us and values our concerns. I won't go anywhere else.

We began taking our dogs to Dr. John Hotvet in the 1980's. And returned to Village when we returned Minnetonka. The staff is knowledgeable and professional.

Village and everyone there are the ABSOLUTE best!! My first dog has congestive heart failure and has been treated by village for over 10 years. They provide the best care and are always so happy to help, even when we call multiple times a day! I also recently got a new puppy and they are taking the best care of him. They sent me home with anything and everything I could possibly need to help adjust the new pup into our world! I couldn't recommend them any more!!!!

My dog was stung by a bee and was having a severe allergic reaction. My usual vet would not work him in, and the wait at the emergency hospital was 4 hours. I must have called 10 other veterinary hospitals trying to get him seen before Village animal hospital said they would work him in. He was see within 15 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. My sweet boy was treated and I was able to take him home after 1.5 hours of observation. So thankful to have found this place, thank you village animal hospital!

This is Peg Hofer. I've had concerns about my 10 year old lab's health. Dr. Morgan has been thorough in her care of her yet not doing too much so as to avoid unnecessary expenses. The clinic has made time for her even though they were very booked and my concern was not an emergency.

Our first visit to the vet with our new pup went great in the midst of covid-19. Dr. Matt Lindbergh took all the time to answer our many "first time puppy parent" questions, share information regarding development and behaviors as well as how to effectively train our four-legged family member. 2 shots and 2 meds later, she's still smiling! Highly recommend!

We have been using Doctor Benning for years. She has taken wonderful care of our three dogs. Our dogs are senior. She goes the extra mile with their care. The staff is all very nice, attentive and informative.

We were very much impressed with our visit. Cat suddenly showing symptoms of concern. Village Animal Hospital worked us into an appointment within an hour of calling. The process was very organized, clear communication by phone. Humans must wait in the car, we had a nervous cat but they handled her well. Bill was very reasonable. We'll be back for future needs, sincere thanks to all of your staff today.

We started going to Village Animal Hospital about 6 months ago when we added a puppy to our family. Little did we know they would be the best thing that happened to our senior cat who was diagnosed with diabetes. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful when something unexpected comes up. I've gone to a few other local veterinarians which were fine but since experiencing Village Animal Hospital they are my vet. Phone calls are answered promptly, appointments are timely, and most importantly the vets are knowledgeable and understanding to you and your animal(s) needs. Consistently a good experience.

Great vet techs & vets . it is obvious they love animals. Just had to put our babygirl to sleep...Dr Matt and Jen, the tech , made a most horrible situation....doable. As hard as it was....Their compassion helped.
