All the things you can't find anywhere else!

I have went back and forth on posting this but as a long time customer of local shops in the Glen Lake area what I witnessed in the parking lot between the owner of this shop and who I am assuming was a staff member of the hospital was concerning. The owner who is a larger adult male was yelling pointing fingers and active aggressively towards a younger women in the lot. I don’t know the interaction that was taking place but I do know another member came out of the clinic and thankfully seemed to diffuse the situation. While I have always enjoyed the staff at Petstuff and appreciated their knowledge when I have purchased my bird feed through them I was and still am so shaken and disappointed in the interaction I saw I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope this situation was addressed and there has been a resolution but I’m truly disappointed in how I saw this business owner acting in front of a number of people.

Didn't have what I was looking for, but they sure do have a lot. Food, treats,, toys, all sorts of stuff. Very large store. Great employees who are very knowledgeable and helped me with other places that might have what I was looking for. Now that I know what products they stock, I will be shopping there in the future.

It's a great pet store they have everything. From regular animal feed to tiny doggy sweaters...

This is the best! Tom is wonderful, and so is his crew. His help during Covid-19 saved me with 2 puppies that I had no intent to get, but love them, YES! I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you, THE BEST❤????????

A great locally-owned pet store with lots of great stuff!! Better quality foods and helpful staff. They have a dog wash station, too. I have not used this, but many people do!

I love shopping here and always have a great experience. I just stopped in today to get a few wild bird supplies and once again found everything I needed and was well taken care of by the very helpful and professional staff.

Very good selection of cat food, treats, and toys. Though the staff were helpful, the sales associates were on their phones the entire time we were there. Otherwise great!

Good shop for ALL pet supplies

I posted a negative review for Pet Stuff by accident. It was meant for Primp Salon. Pet Stuff is a wonderful pet store.

I visited Pet Stuff for the first time last weekend in search for dog food. Instead of going to a chain store, my mother, who was visiting from out of state, and I decided on Pet Stuff because it seemed like a fun local store. After looking around for awhile and passing by the young man (who was hunched over with his face in his phone) several times, my mother and I realized he did in fact work there despite the fact that we were the only customers in the store and we were clearly having trouble finding what we were looking for and he hadn't looked up once. Finally, my mother politely asked him for help, asking if they carried any Iams brand puppy food. He laughed.. in her face... and told her to "try a grocery store for that stuff." Yes, it's our fault for not realizing that this store didn't carry your typical middle-of-the-road brands, but this employee made us feel embarrassed for even asking. I won't be going back.

Great customer service and knowledge

Many staff on hand and I was asked if I needed any help within one minute of walking through the door.

Great variety. Only concern was some plastic pieces, rubber bands on the floor. Had to be extra vigilant watching our puppy so he wouldn't try and eat them. Would recommend.
