Fantastic store with thought going into the treats and food they sell to be good for my dog. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have raw food and some locally sourced treats. I love the bar full of safe chews for my dogs!

Nice place-clean facility, very kind and helpful staff. The store itself has some unique products! The groomer did a great job trimming my nervous dog’s nails. I was underwhelmed by the lack of offerings for the self-serve washing station. All that’s available for you is one shampoo. There weren’t any brushes, face wipes, ear covers for the blow dryer, etc. Other self-serve places I’ve been have had much more available.

They do an amazing job with our cats nail trims and have always been so friendly when we go in. Love the store cat as well, she is very sweet!

Pricy, but good customer service

The employees are very helpful. The groomers are great too! We have one of our dogs in there fairly consistently to be groomed and they do a wonderful job. I was also able to get my dog in for a nail trim during the week. I always call first, because I know they are busy and want to be done at a decent time. Therefore I don't want to extend their evening. Just grateful that they are close and accommodating.

We have membership here which means unlimited self-serve dog washes and a bag of treats per month. They have a full grooming service too. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

First time going in for a self service dog wash, and a girl working there told me dog washing ends an hour before closing which I understood and was willing to come back another day. She asked me to go ahead because my dog was small enough to where it could be done quickly. I bathed my dog and asked for instructions on how to use the dryer, she then told me I could not use the dryer because they were closing soon but I could towel dry my dog instead. Took me a lot longer to towel dry. If you knew I wasn’t going to be able to use the dryer then why would you let me pay for something I wasn’t going to be able to use fully? Oh and there was another lady there who bathed and dried her big poodle btw, except this was a white lady ????!

The people at the store were very helpful and gave us lots of free samples since it was our first visit there

Excellent service at Pet Evolution, Arden Hills. Tonya has been our groomer for little rescue girl. She has had separation anxiety, and fear of larger dogs. Tonya has made special arrangements, to help Lucy have a great experience. I'm very particular with her care, and am more than happy with how gentle and friendly all staff are at Pet Evolution!

Friendly and knowledgeable people working the storefront. Groomers did a great job and were also very friendly! Very happy to have found them.

Called ahead to make sure that someone would be available to trim my dog’s nails and was assured that yes, someone was available. I let them know that I was just on my way and that I would be at the store in fifteen minutes. Walked into the store and asked for a nail and trim and was told that I couldn’t because the groomer was leaving soon. What a waste of my time! I wouldn’t have made the drive if I knew that the service wasn’t available, which is why I called ahead in the first place. Just a terrible way to do business.

Not eager to write this review cuz groomer is extremely good, and everyone will now know. Tonya "the dog whisper" is amazing. See for yourself. Sofi(B/W: impossible), Nino(Tan:Temperamental) . Then another time brought them in covered in mustard seed burrs. Also give 20% tip.

Kat has been grooming our 2 dogs for over a years. She is great with both dogs and both pooches look amazing. Her priority is keeping the dogs as comfortable as possible so they have a good experience.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! They genuinely care about your pets safety and health! Everyone tries to make the experience for your pet as stress free and happy as possible!

We love this place. The groomer is amazing! We can walk in on a weekend and be done within 20 minutes! They are always super friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and we love the option of the self serve wash!

The staff are always extremely friendly, and there’s usually a cute furry friend to see! The dog food is well-priced, and they have a first-responder discount.

Great customer service and friendly staff. First time taking my pom chi in for a full grooming service and everything turned out great. I was a bit nervous for her but the staff did a good job. Definitely going to return back for their service.

Wonderful place to give my dog a bath without making my bathroom a complete mess. Staff was wonderful they even did a nail trim while I was bathing my dog.

Love the lady who works here I don’t know her name but she’s always here. She is exceptionally friendly it’s kind of impressive. BIG FAN. Shouts out this place. Plus the store kitty is hella cute. Place is mad luxurious, 10/5 would recommend to any homie.

I drive 20 miles to visit this store. I love supporting local businesses that really care about their customers. Today was spa day, nail trims & self wash. Associate was a big help giving information on dog foods. So I could make the best decision possible for my pups. Terrific staff.
