Our dog loves going and always comes home tired! He is treated nicely, and when I watch during the day I always feel good seeing him get attention and petted.

Always a good time for my dog. Great opportunity for her to gain socialization skills with other dogs and always a great opportunity for us to get away for a longer period of time and not worry about what the dog might be destroying at the house.

Can always count on Birdie being well cared fir and pampered during her grooming visits. Much appreciated!

Did temperament evaluation one week ago. Noticed my dog was sneezing several times a day since bringing her home. Brought her to the vet and kennel cough confirmed. And she was up to date on bordetella vaccine. It is not uncommon for dog daycares, in fact my vet said they are seeing a lot of it right now. She saw six dogs today that have it. She is on antibiotics for infection, and I think she will be Ok. Puts a damper on ever going there again for me, or really any large dog daycare center. I notified Adogo right away.

Our little rescue puppy was in need of grooming. Ciarra was so mindful of his limitations and his learning to trust humans and gave him his first haircut with outstanding results. We already reserved his next appointment and are so grateful of Ciarra and her attention to his needs.

Been coming here for 8 years, place is awesome. Great customer service (they probably see hundreds of dogs yet they know mine by name, as soon as I call to schedule her to come in). Cameras so you can watch your pups inside, multiple levels of rooms for overnights, take excellent care of the "kids". Highly recommend. I have seen a couple of reviews mention kennel cough, which is interesting. From my experience up to this point, they are VERY strict about any sickness. If they even notice anything they will pull your dog out of the population and call you to have you pick them up.

We purchased a 10 pack for the doggy day care time. Our dog loves it and we love our dog that much more after she spends time here!

The staff is very friendly, good to my dog, who is a handful, and provides friendly reminders of when my packages are running low or when vaccinations are due. I have recommended Adogo to friends!

*KENNEL COUGH* At first, we were so pleased with the service, the care and friendly staff but we don't think we'll ever return to this location. This is now the second time in a row that we brought our two dogs to the Minnetonka location for extended and overnight stays 5+ nights. Both times our dogs came home with kennel cough and confirmed with our Vet. Each time our dogs returned home, we'd notice the cough the immediate day or the next day. We would have respected and appreciated the transparency and heads up instead of letting us notice it ourselves once the dogs are home. We're also sure the staff were aware of the issue prior to pick up. The very morning of pick up, we checked in on our dogs via camera and weren't able to see them on any of the three different size daycare. After calling to confirm the size daycare they were in, we watched for at least 15-20 minutes and still did not see either one of them come into camera view. We called back a second time to ask about our dogs and we're told they've been in daycare all day. (the second call was honest because after a long week away, I just wanted to see my dogs running around, happy and playing) Moments after the second phone call, our dogs quickly came running into camera view for about 3 minutes or so then disappear again for the next 10 minutes that we continued to watch. While our dogs were on camera view for the 3 minutes, they were both active, especially the smaller of the two. She was running around, hyper, playing and following the crowd of dogs so its hard to believe that for the total 20-30 minutes or so that we watched on camera, that they, or at least the smaller dog was only visible for the short 3 minutes -- If they had really been in daycare all day. It sure felt like they had just brought down our dogs for the short few minutes to seem like they have been in daycare all day. We can understand that with the large number of dogs especially over a holiday weekend that sometimes it may not be preventable, however, we would have respected and appreciated the honesty and heads up so we could have better care for our dogs upon returning home.

We used the Minnetonka location for the first time this week. My husky went in for a temperament evaluation to make sure he was a goos fit for day care and boarding at their facility. The staff was super responsive via email leading up to it, and they were wonderful during drop off and pick up. They have a camera in the day care spaces so you can watch your fur baby play and see how they are interacting with the other dogs. Their prices are on par with what I have seen in the area, and my high energy pup came home happy and exhausted from playing all day. Great experience!

I brought our 7 month old puppy there for 10 days and he came back thinner and with a cough. They did not give him his digestible chew sticks and way too much food came back. I will never go back. Edit the owner called me after the situation to check on our dog which was really nice, however he didn't offer to reimburse me for the vet bill because he did have kennel cough.

My dog loved his first day at doggy daycare! Only recommendation is to fix/upgrade the camera quality in the small dog room!

Gunner and I have been loving Adogo for nearly five years now. He’s an anxious pup, so having somewhere consistent we trust fully is so important to me. Even across the different locations we have consistently good experiences. He always comes back tired and happy! We’ll always use Adogo.

I want to truly compliment Sophia and Teri at main desk when I arrive with my dog Mickey. They have the nicest personalities ever!!!!!!!! It is a pleasure to see and interact with them. They deserve an applause ???????? Adogo is like a family for me as well as my dog. Thank you????
